I can t say enough good things about Seth! I had a tire blow on the interstate, and I pulled off on the next exit to find a safe place. It was a Sunday, very few places were open, and Seth was there in under a half hour.He pumped up my tire to see if he could patch it, and when he realized the sidewall of the tire blew he got the donut on in no time flat. He charged me a very reasonable price for his time, and even recommended a tire place nearby that got me in and out for a great price that same day.Honestly, he d be my first call if I had car trouble in the area. He was quick, professional, very knowledgeable, and as a woman traveling alone I felt 100% comfortable with him.Thanks you for all you do!!

Dude, Seth, while I appreciated how quickly you were always able to check out the car and the time spent on diagnostics -- you and your wife literally ghosted me or made excuses as to why you couldn't schedule an appointment for 2 months once you realized the timing belt might be the problem. You also swore you fixed the seal on my car but it wasn't fixed and continued to cause problems, I ended up fixing it myself. Please communicate with your customers if you no longer want to provide services. Now I understand what people were talking about in the 1 star reviews. Changed it to 3 stars because I just found out you guys ended up not charging my card for the last $200. I know you work long hours and have a family to support, I'm sorry.

Seth is very knowledgeable and he gets straight to it. Had my alternator changed in no time. (Other mechanics told me it was the battery numerous times because my alt was at a hard to reach spot and they didn t wanna do the work)What I love about this company is they are straight up they don t cut corners. Thanks for everything. Whenever someone asks for a mechanic your the first person I bring up

Called them to plug a tire and Seth arrived soon after. He plugged the tire and had me back on the road in no-time. A week later, and it still hasn t lost any air. Very knowledgeable. Very convenient.

Seth came by to take care of my 2010 subaru forester, very quick and efficient work. Works well clearly knows what hes talking about and is honest in his assessment of work and time. Will be recommending his work to friends in the Lynnwood area.

I do not recommend this mobile service for no one.They come quickly after I call and give me a diagnostic, and they convece me that they know they work. I paid for the visit on site and for work they could do at the moment. For the main work to be done they need parts so I pay for it in advance. After that, they just had excuses and didn't come to do the work. I call multiple times, and they promise to come but never show up. They stopped answering my calls and never responded to the multiple mensagem I left.Be careful to deal with these people and do not pay for parts or give any money before you get the work done or they will gost you and you will lose your money like they did with me.Be careful with these thieves.

Definitely adding these guys on my contact list. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and thorough. Aside from fixing my car issue he also checked my tires, brakes, battery, engine fluids etc. as part of the service. Totally appreciate you Family Mobile Automotive Services - you guys made this hassle free and resolved it quick!

Awesome mechanic I spoke too. Very knowledgeable and tried his very best to get my car back on the road unfortunately, and not by there fault, the problem required more space then they had available. If I was able to proceed with them I would have! I recommend this company 100%. My car was not working at all hardly he came out diagnostic it and was 100% right timing chain. On top of that he was able to diagnose the problem so quickly he only charged me half his minimum, to me that means great knowledge (and like I said he was 100% correct). Great company good mechanic. Finally very prompt and always answers there phone.

Seth and Alex were fantastic! Both very knowledgeable and helpful. Several calls to other places with no call back, or doubting I had any idea what was wrong? Soon as I called here - they actually listened to what I said was happening. And when discovered other items of concern, they were quick to discuss without the upselling bs! All in all, fantastic company & fantastic service. Thank you again!!

I knew we needed something to do with battery terminal something. Having the truck towed for such a small job seemed like an expense that this would cancel out. They knew the trick, got done fast and the hassle of towing and being seen at a a garage was done in less than half an hour.Service: BatteryService: Battery

I can t compliment these gentlemen enough we were in Seattle area for my sons appt at Seattle children when our truck started making weird grinding sounds I called many places including dealerships and they either couldn t help or never called back these guys not only answered but got to us the next day they found the problem and ended up having to replace my whole rear axle which they did in a time crunch as we only had two days before we had to leave the rv park there name says family and with theses guys there name says it all!!

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday morning and was no called no showed. Called multiple times with no response. Now when I call I'm getting hung up on. Incredibly unprofessional..

Overall, great service. It took a while to get everything fixed, but in the end, the problem is fixed and I'm pleased with the results.
