We had a technician come out this morning and go above and beyond helping us get our vehicle back up and running. I m so impressed with this service that when we get paid next week we are having him come back out to look at our other vehicle that is down so we can finally figure what s wrong with it and how to go about fixing it. If you haven t thought about using these guys as your mobile mechanic maybe you should they bring friendly service they get right to it don t waste no time so you re not wasting no money. Definitely beyond thankful for their see their service we received today.

The business operator, Masen is very responsive and honest about running their business, especially the price. Also, my mechanic DRAKE deserves a recognition for his professional timely manner and knowledge for car he fixes. It s my first time having a mobile mechanic, but it s very convenient and worth the price to avoid hassling towing the car to a close mechanic shop. Definitely submitting another quote form for another maintenances!!! If you are hesitating and unsure, DONT BE.

Terrible experience. Mechanic came to the house without the necessary tools for the job and charged us for multiple trips. Brake job was never completed. Used the wrong parts. Would not respond when we reached out. We were without our truck for almost a month. Would not refund us for the parts that are still sitting in our garage. We had to take it to another mechanic to fix the problems caused by this company. Would not recommend unless you want to spend twice what you should and still not have a functional vehicle.

Solid company, through and through. I run a general contracting company, and my work van is essential. When I had issues with my brake system and needed a reasonably priced repair despite it being an emergency, Masen was able to shuffle his schedule and get my van back the same day. No extream add-on charges. He will be working on all my fleet vehicles moving forward. From one small business to another, I can't express my gratitude enough for Easy-Fix Mobile Mechanic! He got my Ford E-250 back on the road and my projects back on schedule without skinning me alive. Super resonable individual, easy to talk to, consistant, considerate and thourough.P.s. always give your mechanics some doughnuts or coffee! He also came out and used his chrome polishing kit to repair some tile edge trim (Schluter) that one of my guys spilled acid wash on and fixed that for a super fair price. The dudes Handy. Much respect.Thanks Masen! You the man!

Great experience! Masen responded quickly and provided me with a fair quote. He was able to fit us in, which I really appreciated because my Nissan Frontier is currently my only vehicle, so with a worn out, grinding wheel bearing I was stuck. Easy-Fix Mobile Mechanic is the best! They are timely, affordable (not cheap but not expensive), and most importantly, knowledgeable and honest at their craft.Thanks Mason! You have incredible etiquette and customer service that s only out-shined by your mechanic skills. Thank you for taking care of my AC issues! This summer is now bearable! Thank you also for flushing, my transmission fluid, I feel the difference! I highly recommend this mechanic. Very knowledgeable and capable of any service. I ve had him work on my car multiple times and he never disappoints. As well, he s the most fairly priced mechanic amongst any shops in town.

I have a 2000 suburban that needed rotors and pads on. He was up front about parts and labor cost with me. And worked with me on my schedule. So nice to have him come to my house. Masen was excellent! Very communicative and punctual. He showed up when he said and helped me out with my 96 subaru legacy. First the headgasket, then a axle and finally a water pump a few months later. When my wheel came off on the freeway he literally dropped everything and rescued me for free. After all the work ive had him do and the favors he has done for me I was happy to give a review. 10/10 would recommend.When I didnt have cash he even wipped out a cardreader and was able to take digital payment. If you dont want to deal with overpriced shops and want to support a local I would recommend Easy-Fix Mobile Mechanic!Thanks Masen, wishing you success and prosperity!

Had a oil leak due to the filter not being tightened properly at my last oil change at Jiffy Lube. I was unsure of the issue when I called and was worried it was a lot more serious as there was no oil left in the reservoir. When I called, we were planning on setting up a future appt when he was more available. After asking me some questions, I think he had a suspicion it might be an easy fix. Either way, he said he was only 10 minutes away and that he could at least swing by to take a look at it. He drove to me and fixed it on the spot. Took him just a few mins to diagnose and fix it.When I saw the oil everywhere and the oil light, I was really worried about the cost and just not having a car to drive for awhile. It was that feeling of my whole day being ruined. He was confident, informative, efficient and went out of his way too get me back on track. Turned my whole mood around and gave me back my peace of mind. I will absolutely be returning to him for services in the future!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I can t recommend Mason enough. He doesn t serve the Seattle area typically since it s a bit far, but luckily had an opportunity where he d be in Seattle already. Great communication and solid ingenuity skills. He went above and beyond. Thanks again Mason!

Friendly and quick service!! I had a weird noise coming from my front axle and he was able to swap out my sway bar links in just a few hours. These guys are the best! They were the only mechanics to properly diagnose an interesting problem in my Toyota and get it back on the road. Honestly this is the first mechanic that I actually trust. The added convenience of them coming to do house calls is amazing. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
