Really helpful assistant manager. I told him I would probably have to come back the next day when I got there because it was 30 before closing time and he said I made the cut and to not worry about it. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After visiting cycle gear I know went to the right place. I found the helmet I was looking for!

Had a great time in this amazing shop! I was only there for gloves, but I could tell they had a lot of other cool stuff I'll want to check out later.The clerk was very nice and helped me find what I needed. I was also happy to see B.A.C.A. stickers!

Great selection for motorcycle gear. All price ranges are reflected here. I have bought 99% of my gear from here. I started with inexpensive gear and slowly upgraded to nicer higher end products. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great spot for sure!!

Bought tires and they had a mounting special for a great prices. Was quoted 24-48hrs turnaround for the service. At 96hrs (4-days) they finally started mounting the tires. Put the wheel weights on the outermost part of the rim (eye-sore) and didn t remove the old weight residue (which was correctly located on the innermost part of the rim). You get what you pay for. Staff was friendly though.Follow up DM got ahold of me and offered a $25 refund. I declined and said I d prefer some answers to concerns/questions. He told me the store manager would contact me. No calls or voicemails. 6 months later I finally told him this complaint isn t going anywhere and asked for the refund which he promptly did. Not the resolution I was looking for but what do you expect.

I had a good experience at this store. I am a new rider and the dudes were very helpful and patient helping me pick out some basic gear to get started. Lots to choose from although a bigger boot selection would be nice. On the flip side they have an unbelievable amount of helmets! I would definitely recommend checking this location out.

Customer service was terrible. I felt the employee did not apply my 10% discount on purpose. After he lectured me about people abusing the discounts.Very unprofessional in the way he talked to us and treated us. I spent over 1000$ dollars to be treated like a second citizen.I will NEVER shop cycle gear again!

Came in for a tail bag for my Hayabusa. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The gal behind the counter even let me borrow some tools So I could mount it. I will be going back next week for a new jacket.

Pretty cool selection from road bike to dirt bike style gear and equipment. They have a variety of items for women too. If there is something particular you re looking for the staff even offered to see if they can order it in for you. Andrew offered to help me go through various products to help me find a gift for my husband. Very knowledgeable and down to earth.

I was at the Lynnwood location March 8th 2024 it was a great experience. Staff was very helpful and helping me purchase a lithium battery for my motorcycle. I will definitely go there again.

I just bought a bike and needed to fit a helmet and explore safety gear. I d been looking at the website for a while, but I didn t know what I didn t know. Customer service in store was amazing. Austin worked with me for an hour while I tried helmets, swapped pads, and showed me everything I need to know about shoes, armor, pants, and he even showed me discounts I didn t know about. I ended up spending more than I d planned on my helmet, but I have a safer rating and it fits my head way better than the one I was going to get. Thank you, Austin!

Kandice was very friendly and answered many questions I had when I stopped in to purchase a helmet and security lock. She was very patient in listening to my needs and finding the right lock for my bike and helmet to fit my head throughout their vast selection on hand.

A we ll run Cycle Gear. Thanks you team. You serve us north Enders well!New tires mounted today. <24 hour turn around for $50 ($25 per tire, purchased on Revzilla). Weights were over .75 rear and over .5 front. I rebalance my own tires before mounting with a Tusk balancer and I actually appreciate the slight overage! I know it can be hit or miss but I ve had good experience with Cycle Gear tire mounting. I ride very hard. Balance your own wheels. It s a good feeling when riding high speed.Ps don t expect your never gonna get a scratch on your wheel please. That s just cray cray. It happens. If you want to baby your bike and not get a single scratch on it, I suggest using Pit Stop GP in Bellevue, Or the dealer. Both are ($$$$).They have an extensive tire intake process to make sure no mistakes are made. I ve had a dozen sets of tires on there in the last 8 years. I ve tried the other more expensive guys. Cycle Gear is great! What a deal.The store is very clean. Bathrooms were clean. Changing rooms clean and safe. Lots of selection. Staff are friendly and helpful to everyone in the store. My wife likes it.This is a good Cycle Gear. As are most I suspect.

Dead battery; dead bike. Called Cycle Gear to confirm stock. They had it. Nice employee had it waiting for me at the counter. Back on the road. Could not have been better or smoother- and could not have been same day solved online. Thank you, Cycle Gear.

I have used multiple motorcycle gear stores online and otherwise. I find Cycle Gear to be the best at customer service, they have useful products at varios price ranges backed by a knowledgeable team always ready to help. Their people at all the Seattle area stores are great! Thank you all.

Tire replacement review - Good customer service at first, got my tire done same day, but it didn't get done without damaging my wheel and having the wheel weight incorrectly stuck to the wheel. My wheel was unscratched before bringing it in and left with scratches from them installing a new valve stem. The scratches aren't terrible, but they are noticeable and this was totally avoidable if the person installing the tire had just used a cloth or rubber protector instead of my wheel as a leverage point to pull out the valve stem. Also the weight wasn't centered on the flat section between spokes and is stuck to an edge causing one side to be lifted up. Over time this can cause the weight to fling off and possibly cause more damage to the wheel or front fender while riding. Again totally avoidable, and with a quick qc check could have been fixed before sending it out. They also snuck in a motoguard tier 1 protection for 14.99 when I had already declined. I did not notice this until I had already got home.

I wanted to buy some size 15 motorcycle boots but I didn't dare trust buying them online. They shipped them to the store for free and took care of me. Also the price was better than anybody else I could find online and that was surprising. I have bought from the store in the past and I will continue to in the future

Found this place online and was very pleased to check it out. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The selection was amazing in store given most shops and better online. Was able to find more than I intended to purchase but definitely want I needed. Only downside was trying to squeeze into my normal size for the pants.

Went to buy a couple of helmets, and was patiently and warmly attended by the staff. They took their time to explain the fit and comfort in detail. Were also gracious to give a demonstration of other riding gear on our request. Hoghly recommended..!

Lacking. Not a whole lot of options when it comes to gear. The merchandise also seems outdated. Customer service is great though and they mount tires.

Riley was so helpful. I m a new rider and it was my first time buying gear. He was patient and explained the pros and cons of different types of helmets, gloves, and clothes. And I got a new rider discount. Great experience.
