Great shop they always do a great job on our fleet of patrol cars. They are dependable and help us keep the patrol vehicles on the road.Professional staff and the owner is awesome.They just finished extensive maintenance work on one of our patrol vehicles and it s like new.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Robert and Mike at Carson auto-repair are of the kindness people that I've met in a while. These guys are truly a God sent! When I was having a major issue with my car and I couldn't afford to pay for a timing chain these guys understood my situation and they worked with me. I literally could not thank them enough. I'm a single mother of two kids and i'm also a student, so a timing chain repair was not in the budget. I had also been to other car repair shops and spent money that I could not afford and the problem was still not fixed. These guys fixed my car so quick, and I haven't had an issue since!

I have a 2017 Land Rover discovery sport, I used to take it to Land Rover Lynnwood but the service there isn t great and the prices are high .I got a recommendation to go get my rover service at Carson auto repair, I have to tell you this was an amazing experience, friendly staff , very professional and the price was a third of what I payed at the dealership.Highly recommend!!!!

I wish I bought my car at carson cars. I have a had so much trouble with my truck I bought at another dealer and they wouldn t help with any repairs I had within a week of the purchase. I was recommended to CarsonCars auto repair and they really lived up to the recommendation I was given. They even had financing available to cover the $3000 bill to get me back on the road. Thank you Bud for all your help.

This place is so awful. The guys have had our car for over a month. They refuse to tell us the truth about what is going on. They have promised we would have our car several times and that was a lie. They will not answer the phone and I have told them their voicemail is full, yet they do nothing. They lie through their teeth. They told us the part that was back ordered came in, a week ago, yet we still do not have our vehicle.We had to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency and they told us we are not the first to be ignored by Carson Auto. Please spare yourself the stress.

Zach has CONSISTENTLY provided excellent help to me throughout my time with Carson cars. Hes helped me troubleshoot problems, provided helpful solutions, given advice and just had been a fantastic person to talk to in general. There have been several hiccups I've had with the dealership but their mechanic Zach has gone above and beyond for me to such an extent that he's the sole reason why this review was 5 stars. My daughter got a car from Carson that needed brake repair. They picked the car up and towed it to their repair facility. They honored the 90 day warranty and the total charge to my daughter was $1.00. Impressive! The Carson family was never rude. Totally attentive when I called. They care. Honorable people. We've got a couple other issues with the car they will address. Afterall, it is a used car. I have 100% confidence we'll be fine Thank you Carson Cars.

Came in for an oil change on my truck. The waiting room was brand new, very clean, and had fast WiFi. The receptionist was very pleasant, the tech who I dealt with was great. Will be coming back for future service needs. Probably one of the best oil change experiences I ve had.

Have been coming to Carson Auto Repair for a few years for oil changes, new brakes, and additional maintenance. I have never felt pressured into purchasing unneeded services or felt I've been charged an unfair price. Each visit Robert and staff go above and beyond to make sure I am highly satisfied. Would recommend it to everyone!

My family and I have been going to Carson Auto Repair for many years with all our automotive routine maintenances as well as the usual necessary repairs that annoyingly happen as the miles go by. The owner is very knowledgeable and on hand - his workers as well are very qualified - this is a very respectful and honest business that has always kept us coming back over all these years.

Carson's Auto repair has always done a great job for me. it's not always in the time that I want it done but it's always done proper and it's affordable. The owner himself takes vehicles for test drive to make sure they're ready to be given back to the owners. Really I don't know why they have such a low score. I've used them now for three different vehicles and I guarantee you I'll go there for 4th.

Amazing service! I'm happy to have found these guys, they take great care of me and my vehicle. There's been times where I need immediate help and they've always managed to squeeze me in, even though they are really busy. I can always trust their professional mechanics will get the job done right the first time and I really appreciate it!

Used to be trustworthy. Took third car there in about 4 years and there's been a new service manager each time. They actually charged significantly more than it turns out the standard (no coupon or discount) prices at Acura of Lynnwood would have been for oil and transmission fluid changes. I'd Asked the price first and they balked at providing, so I trusted them based on past experience -- and ended up shocked at the bill. Then I contacted the dealer afterward just to see what their prices were and will NEVER go back to Carson. Dealer was 100+ dollars less. I can do both of these jobs myself but am very busy. I KNOW IT DOESN'T REQUIRE 2 HOURS OF LABOR TO DO THEM AND SO DOES ANYONE FAMILIAR WITH THEM. The hourly labor rate is ridiculous for this run down little shop and the mechanic stood there eyeballing me like an ex-con on meds when I asked about all of this. He and the service manager were tripping over their explanations and this was followed by that uncomfortable silence after someone lies and everyone in the room knows it. I actually checked my car to make sure they didn't steal anything afterward. AVOID THESE GUYS.

probably then worst experience i ve ever had with a mechanic. i have a warranty with Carson Cars which includes a rental vehicle. my car that Carson cars sold me was undrivable within a month of driving it due to the complete lack of care of any of their vehicles on the lot. it took them an entire month to make available a rental vehicle. which was a 2000 dodge caravan, a complete embarrassment to drive around. i should ve known all this would happen when the first car i tried test driving had a blown head gasket and blew plumes of white smoke as soon as started. the next car had a flat and the third a completely dead battery they couldn t even jumpstart.it is now a month into them having my car in their shop. they are trying to tell me that the misfiring, the transmission slamming into gears when shifting and it being stuck in 4x4 is all due to one of the tires being the wrong size (by the way within a week of driving the tires were so old and cracked that i ve had to replace two tires in just that time)

Wow the Auto repair shop has really made a huge improvement, the new management and service staff seem to call me even a little too much to continue to give me updates on the repair process for my car so I always knew what was going on, and they are absolutely straight shooter with the information they gave me might on what s going on what my options are and I feel they gave me an honest appraisal for what I could do to get my car on the road and for the least amount out of my pocket. You just don t get that anymore usually it s always people trying to stick their hands in your pockets constantly not try to keep more in your pockets for you.Seriously just give them a try even in something small like an oil change or a tune up at first and you ll see the difference right away between them and the next guy and you ll be the one writing the review for them!!!

It was a nice benefit to have the loaner car while the service department worked on my car. Friendly and on time service. I feel the communication was great and up front so there were no surprises.

Great service shop. Customer service is fantastic and price wasn't bad for everything I've went there for. 2-4 months ago, I was there for the following services: Oil change, new start up battery (since battery didn't hold a charge), and brake fush. A month ago, I was there for an oil change.

The employees were very knowledgeable and nice and the lot attendent Brad was very helpful and went out of his way to make my experience one of the best I've ever had at an auto mechanic! Thanks Brad, will definitely return when I need work done on my car

Mike was super helpful made the who experience way better there was a issue with the first mechanic didn't complete the job so just showed back up a few days later and Mike got it right in and fixed without any more cost!!

Took my car in on 7/26/2021 and still no calls from them with updates. I ve had to call them several times and keep getting the run around. Today is 8/25/2021 and still no car.

Leased a car from carson cars that was covered by a 90 day dealer warranty. i had the car for all of 6 days and the motor blew its been 4 months now and there still not done....Great Customer service though.
