I went to Car Toys to have window tinting done. The guys were so friendly and they explained everything well, no surprises. Alexis did an amazing job on my windows! So happy with the result. Highly recommend!

I recently took my old Toyota pickup into the Lynnwood Car Toys store to have an exterior detail and paint correction. The original paint was in pretty rough shape, however by the time they were done it shined like new! Everyone in the store was friendly, helpful, and courteous, and there is a nice private waiting area with comfortable couches and a TV to use - this was great as I arrived a little early to get the truck back. Thank you Car Toys!

We had an amazing experience all around. Needed remote start, speakers/sub, and a new touchscreen radio. Got a great deal from Edgar, Bean did a super clean, absolutely stellar install of all the audio/video components with such attention to detail, and then we ended up getting the car detailed as well which had our car looking brand new! Overall this was a definite scenario that had us saying this was worth the investment to have it done right . Thanks to the whole team!

Rolando did a deluxe detailing of my Fiat that hadn t been cleaned in about 7 years, it came out looking brand new!!! Cant recommend them enough. Alexis was so helpful as well! Thank you to everyone at the Lynwood Car Toys for being so kind! I ll be coming back!

Thank you Eric and Joe for my new car radio! The process was super fast and my radio was installed right after I walked in! They answered all my questions, explained all of my options, and gave me a demonstration of all the radio features after it was installed. For all women shopping alone, I would highly recommend this place! I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to all my friends, thank you again!

Will and Alex provided top tier service with tinting my windows on my new WRX. The process was smooth and Edgar gave me a great deal. My car looks sleek and it's noticeable that it was a high caliber job. I couldn't be happier and I'll be back for future work on my other cars. Go check them out. You won't be disappointed.

I came here the other day wanting to make my speakers sound better and Johnathan Jones made sure I got the best for my money and finished even faster than the estimated wait time. Johnathan did an excellent job and i'll definitely be returning in the future

I had auto start and an alarm system installed. They even replaced the tint on my window. Additionally, they even fixed a bunch of broken wires and made everything over again. The technicians and sales people were amazing. It was a great experience

I've been through many car toys with a couple different vehicles and let me tell you, go to this specific location. Sales reps are willing to work with you within reason and aren't your typical nickel and dime shops like other locations. The installers are knowledgeable and friendly, if you can, request Jimmy or Johnny. Johnny made sure to communicate with me thoroughly about installing non-branded parts and saved me money and damage to my vehicle. Jimmy went above and beyond with his installation for my subwoofers and even let me come into the back to make sure the tuning was to my specifications and right for my listening habits. I know car toys has a lot of convenient locations but if you're gonna choose one, go to this one.

I have had a lot of work done to my truck by cartoys and my experience here at this location has been outstanding. I would like to talk about my experience with an installer though. They have an installer by the name of Will that went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed including taking time outside of my visit to make sure I could do more upgrades on my truck with quality and correct parts. His customer service is right up there with the best of the front of the house guys whom also are amazing. If you need stuff done to your vehicles this is the place and Will is your guy. Highly recommend

I recently had the system in my work van upgraded to make for a more enjoyable experience as I'm driving distances, as well as upgrade to handsfree communication/Bluetooth. Eric and Keanu were awesome to work with. They were knowledgeable and communicative. My install is very clean and I'm quite happy with their recommendations regarding the hardware I should go with. Keanu called me several times during the install to gather my input on installation decisions, which was appreciated. Even after installation I've received quality service with the small issues that have arisen, as they often can only after an install. Overall I feel like I got a good value for everything I chose, and the entire process was made simple and pain-free because of their professionalism, customer service, and knowledge. I'll be continuing to use Car Toys Lynnwood even though I'm moving out of the general area.

Very good experience at car toys: a head unit and back up camera installed. Only negative was a communication miss on installation time.Special shout out to Keanu for above and beyond customer service and making sure the job was done right.Props also to Bean for his quick troubleshooting of what I thought was an issue, but turned out to be something else.Appreciate the friendly customer service!

Super friendly and accommodating staff and fair prices, but the quality of the head unit install was disappointing. The dash kit was a poor fit for my very common vehicle and there was some damage to the surrounding permanent dash where it looks like they pried against it.To their credit, they offered to look for another dash kit, but only the next day after I saw it in the light of day and they agreed it looked bad to them too.Instead I ll be taking my car to an independent specialty shop for a re-installation or spending a weekend afternoon DIYing a fix. I expect the work done right the first time or a discussion beforehand if they don t have the people or parts on hand to do it right the first time.

Erik was the guy at the counter who helped me get through Snap financing cause the process wasn t working on my end. He was very helpful and a super chill dude! The shop manager Derek did my installation of HID lights for my car and he did an excellent job. Very friendly people at this location and a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend this location for electronic services!!

Got some sound deadening done on my doors, didn t do jack, only one door is done properly. Found a few scratch marks on both my back doors, the panels behind the 2 front door handle are loos, I found scratches and some serious stress marks on both. Up charged me more than $300s only because my car was hard to work on. I had to screw in a few screws in my trunk so we ll see if any else pop up, hopefully not. Also just found out they didn t deaden my trunk, what was the point of unscrewing it!? Also left it so dirty. Everything is so over priced. Wanted to charge me $1000 more for a $400 stereo because yet again my car is hard to work on. Don t go here!

Great customer service and advice! Had my 09 Toyota radio upgraded to one with CarPlay and had a backup cam installed as well. it was a smooth install and they were able to get it done in a few hours. Eric the assistant manager took care of me. Thanks, Eric!

Bought and had a dash camera installed in a Highlander. The overall experience was good. The only downside, and the reason only four stars, was because I was never notified that the install was complete. I went over about an hour after they said it would be and it was done and sitting back out in the parking lot.

I called car toys on Wednesday 9/30 to set up an appointment to get my windows tinted on my sedan, I wanted ceramic all around and they got me scheduled with a fair price. Ended up calling back about 20 minutes later deciding to pull the trigger on upgrading the stereo, I talked to Arnel who helped choose a system that was slightly above budget, he ended up working some magic to get it at my budget and included a bass knob for the sub woofer I wasn't planning on adding, but now am glad that I did.Alex did the tint and detailing of the car, which came out perfect and thrilled with the results.Taylor did the install of the subwoofer, amplifier and component speakers, the tweeters look great for tight location that he had to work with, they look stock when the door closed. I am very happy with the outcome, before amplifying the speakers I would have volume at max, now I haven't gone above 1/2.Prices for labor are higher than competition, but the quality of work made me feel okay about it.

My cadillac they did a great job on my stereo. Nice and clean. My s500 not happy at all. I have a $3000 transitor radio. No reception on the fm side. My stock bose system 10 times better than what I have. Well I have my Bluetooth

Car Toys had excellent service. I got a new head unit and backup camera installed. I was actually able to get it installed way before I thought I could. I honestly thought it would be more trouble too, but it wasn t. Everything installed no problem, I thought it would cost less than it did, but you get what you pay for i m satisfied with the installation and staff were friendly.

You won't be disappointed. Run here and you'll be well taken care of. These people are kind, helpful, and efficient. The only thing I'd chance is a more up front costing model (installation costs etc) on price tags. They did a beautiful job on my truck and will come back here for subs.

Took my beloved 16 Tacoma in. Upgraded stereo again, lol. Sounds amazing!! You will definitely hear me coming. I was scheduled for the stereo upgrade and wanted them to hookup my new light rack. As we were determining what time was best he said he would be in at 730 because him and his tint guy had a job to do. Stop, you do tint too? He took the time to show his set up in his personal car and I loved. Love it even more on mine. The tint is the best job I have ever seen . Its super clean. Eric, got me pointed in the right direction. I went in on his day off but his co workers all got together and made me feel valued. Thank you guys!
