Offered an early spot for repair and I accepted. Dropped vehicle off and they kept me informed all the way. Vehicle was done a week earlier than expected. Inside was cleaned like new. James was great.

Adam was great. Very patient. Probably he needs to have some redo with my headlights. I might need to come back coz my headlights got some water moisture inside it. Water maybe leaking into them. It shouldn t have any water moisture inside the headlights.. It might need to be double check and tighten up. Overall, great customer service and very fast for the timeframe window despite me coming back for some headlights that he forgot to check including with my collision problems.

I m a satisfied customer and would recommend caliber collision any day. They carry out very fine work on your car and also keep updating you frequently. The staff are professional and the team lead James Baker explains to you what has been repaired one by one as you inspect the vehicle with him.

Nice people. Specially James who did great job. He did proper follow up with insurance company to add on all repairing area of my car wherever needed. Even they finished the job before expected date.Highly recommend.Thanks

James, the service manager on my case, was wonderful in getting my car repaired after a collision. Parts held the process up but the team at the Lynnwood CC were brilliant and even had my car back to me before the quote date. They are a friendly group with excellent customer service from the moment you step through the door. And if you sit in their lobby for any amount of time, you can see just how busy they are, but this never reflects on the time and service given to each customer.

Took my BMW in for a bit of front bumper and paint work. Everyone at the shop was professional and courteous. Adam was efficient and informative and professional! Same with the front desk gal. I'll be back for any future repairs (hopefully not too soon, though). Thank you!

Overall happy with the great customer service and the quality of work done to my vehicle. Adam was very quick and straight to the point. My car was done in less than a week and was very impressed. I d rate this shop 6 stars if I could!

Needed body work in conjuction with a no-fault collision. Fantastic staff, service, and quality of repair work. Was kept fully informed during the process and Caliber coordinated the rental car logistics with Enterprise with minimal involvement on my part. After my truck was ready, I was able to return the rental at Caliber without having to wait for Enterprise to come and inspect/receive it. They have everything dialed in at this place. If I had three thumbs, they'd all be pointing up right now.

Outstanding service! Brad was on top of everything, with regular updates from start to finish and is the epitome of excellent service! I expected the repair to take two to three weeks but it was completed in eight days. Everything looks excellent as if nothing ever happened. The team at Caliber Collision were AMAZING! They were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The car repair was much quicker than we anticipated and our car looked BEAUTIFUL! They even vacuumed and cleaned the interior and washed our car, so it looked and smelled way better than it had in a long time! Absolutely incredible and superb service, just a real pleasure to work with them, and would recommend them to anyone 200%. Such a great experience with this location. Adam was particularly awesome and so helpful throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed. My car went in needing major fixes and came out looking like I just drove it off the dealer lot. Highly recommend this location for any of your car needs!

The work on my car was great the reason for the 3 stars is the customer service. I was told several times I would receive a call. That call never came unless I initiated it. At one point I was told by James the adjuster, I would be called 3 times during the week, seemed like a lot to me, but looked forward to hearing about progress. I didn't receive not one. Not even on the day when I was supposed to go get my vehicle I had to call and was told the car would be ready the next day... It wasn't, did I receive a call? Nope... I had to call to find out that it wasn't. It would be nice to think people in customer service could keep their word. The receptionist was great! My car was great! Customer service was non existent by the adjusters.

I've had my fair share of fender benders unfortunately, so just know that when I say this is the best shop I've worked with, I really do mean it.I will absolutely recommend this shop to any one I know.

This review is long overdue and well deserved. After calling over 7+ collision repair shops in Seattle during mid July, I decided to call this location. At the onset, Sherry was very pleasant to deal with. She did mention that they're incredibly busy but can squeeze me in for an estimate. From there, Nick handled all communications and coordination with me about the process and kept me updated about the vehicle timeline. They obviously deal with very impatient people given the nature of their business but at no time did I felt my concerns or voice was not heard. Nick and team did a great job getting the car back in shape and even rectified an issue post repair. Nick went above and beyond to personally hand deliver the vehicle to my driveway given how 'far' in Seattle I was from their business location. Yubin & the crew did a fabulous job in replacing the front bumper of my 2013 Honda accord, a well damaged bottom side panel below the passenger door, & minor damage on the rear bumper and it came out beautiful! My car was involved in a collision and I had to have an estimate done by Caliber Collision to determine if State Farm would total my car or not. Richard was my service advisor and was extremely friendly and reassuring during the whole process. Johanna at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful when I had questions. I highly recommend using Caliber Collision for any repairs you may need.

Very professional and courteous. Stuck to the estimate and the agreed upon timing of the repairs. I was driven off the road into a concrete freeway barrier that caused damage to the entire driver's side from front to back. Brandon was extremely helpful and worked well with my insurance company to make it completely seamless and painless for me. They made sure to get the work done in a time frame that worked best for me and I was able to continue as needed at my business, with no interruption. And they even cleaned the car and washed my floor mats when done. They had me return for some wheels that were ordered but taking a bit longer to get, in order for me to take the truck when I wanted, and they provided me with a rental car for the day so no plans needed changing and no time/money lost on my end. I really appreciated my experience here. My concerns were taken seriously, and I felt I received very considerate, personalized care at a time when I felt pretty helpless (post collison). Nick was very friendly and made sure I was informed each step of the way. I hope I don't need to come back, but if I ever do this is where I'm headed, no question.
