Full exhaust systemTook care of me better than expected. I denied needing an Oxygen sensor and days later needed one. Took it back to them and they handled it no cost. I had my own Oxygen sensor. Thanks guys! Will be back.

I have used them a couple times in a pinch. Both times they were glad to help me out. Both times they were unusual request that I needed done and both times they said yes they would do it and same day they would get me in. That's more than I can say for any other of the ten places I called before I remembered about this lynnwood shop. Their service has been nothing but great and their work has been 100%!! Not a bad thing I can say about this place. I expect to meet a grumpy dude that makes you feel like he may or may not get to your vehicle that day. And I got the exact opposite from this place. I would recommend Bucky's to anyone but better I would send my family here and no that they will be in good hands

Took my car here and after having my car worked on I went home. One of the employees came to my house because they didn t put oil back in my car and she brought some and put in my car (she was front desk). I have a different car and would never consider taking my car here. Some of the mechanics didn t even have tool boxes and were using cardboard boxes instead. The shop floors looked like they hadn t been cleaned in a long time due to the extreme thick layer of oil and who know what else covering the floor. It told me a lot about their lack of pride, integrity and safety as a company.

I didn't take my car there, it was my daughter's. They answered all our questions and gave us a printout of what needed fixing. I believe they have Friday scheduled to get the catalytic converter fixed. We'll find out how good they are then.

ABSOLUTELY horrible do not come here ! They charged my grandpa $300 dollars for literally nothing , they did not solve the issue he came in for and still charged for a service he did not even ask for. He went back in to see what happened and he was yelled at and kicked out. Extremely unprofessional, some people don t belong in customer service. If you don t like people don t work in customer service. My grandpa also barely speaks English so obviously language will be a barrier. Either way, this was an extremely unprofessional experience and I do not recommend anyone to come here. Make sure to check all the negative reviews left here for this business before you spend your hard earned money here.

Had their service on my truck for all oil change and 4x4 repare and they never changed my oil l, not even touched the filter and they said its done then i drove off but had blown engine on my F350 next day, they refuse to take action as said they changed my oil but not , i had a inspector check on the truck and i am fighting with them through the law. They charge you things they didnt done and cause you a lot of causes as expenses on your vehicle.

My car was towed to this garage on a Tuesday and by Thursday 4.30pm they had sorted it out. Then my debit card had 100 bucks less of the amount I was to pay and guess what? That was discounted. I have no words to describe Bucky's Lynwood but my gratitude and appreciation for their good work and humane consideration is beyond written words. In my language we say Asante sana meaning Thank you very much. That's my to go Garage from now henceforth. Keep it up Buckys!

Ruined my cat back exhaust by just welding it together. take no responsibility for it. was a simple work around. and I asked the tech to do it too. instead he did his own thing and welded my exhaust all in to one piece. $700 magnaflow catback destroyed.now I have to remove my whole exhaust from the headers back just to do a clutch.Service: Exhaust

Was driving from Vancouver to Seattle and hit a small front bumper accident, needed to get it fixed before I carried on, they not only agreed to take me in on priority but got it fixed without charge! That s awesome service and a very nice human touch! Thank you from Canada!

These guys are awesome. I needed an adapter for my slip on exhaust on my motorcycle as my current one had a horrible leak. It was pretty late in the day and I went to 2 shops before Bucky's and all the other shops didn't really want to help. When I got to Bucky's, they were eager to help. Gary came out and took a look and knew the exact solution to fix my motorcyle exhaust. I expected to have to come back another day to get the adapter made, but he made the adapter from scratch right then and there (even spray painted it matte black to match my slip on). This was my first time at Bucky's and ill definitely be coming back. If you need any motorcycle slip on adapters or even have your slip on welded directly to your mide pipe, these guys can help. I'm sure they do great auto exhaust work as well.

Took my car for an oil change and they left the cap off so all the oil sprayed out all over the engine compartment, the car still smells like burnt oil when I drive it even though we tried cleaning it off at the car wash, they didn t know how to reset the oil light and ended up shorting out my radio

Excellent customer service all around, solid timely repair, and a very reasonable price. I usually repair my own vehicles, but I don't have the capability of doing exhaust work at home. Pictured is my daily beater ('05 Audi A4) that had a broken exhaust flex pipe and mid pipe that embarrassingly dropped to the ground while driving.

Friendly staff! Joey takes the time to listen when you explain the issue. He explains things, so I understand. I have been going to Buckys for a few years now for my LOF. When my car acted up, I took it to Buckys because I trust them & they charge a fair price. I highly suggest you give them a try!

Save yourself the problem and hassle by going here. Sure, some people have given 5 stars over the years but you just might end up with more problems then you started with which is what happened to our car. We ended up paying $600 for a broken display that no longer works instead of a broken blinker. Just check yelp and the BBB if you want to know what happened to other people who went here over the last few years. Seriously, find a different shop and don't go here ever.

$24.95 for an oil change?! Yes, please.You don t need a coupon for this killer price on a regular oil change at Bucky s. (For comparison, a regular oil change is $29.99 at Walmart). Jiffy Lube quoted me over twice that.Conveniently, this Lynnwood Bucky s location is right across the street from Business Costco, so the hour wait was painless.They do have a little waiting room inside if you d rather sit and chill.Friendly service. Thanks, Bucky s!

I came in there to get a muffler tip walled on. They pulled my truck in got it done right away. And then told me I was good to go did I even charge me. I'm so pleased with the service I will always come back here.

I went in and asked a question about my brakes pricing. The guy at the front counter was a total jerk. He had an attitude and snapped back at me with a price quote. Unbelievable if they re gonna do that to their customers talk like that, what do you think the job is going to be done on your car. Save your money please I m 73 years old and I ve been to a lot of places, these guys were horrible. Thank you.

Absolutely horrible service and experience at Buckey s!!! I was told my vehicle was ready and would cost $$ to fix. I agreed to have them do that work. However when they went to start my car the next day after completing the initial repair it no longer worked and I was told an additional $4,500 was needed to fix the vehicle. When I went to pick up my car I noticed it had been broken into!!!!!! They have signs saying they are not responsible for damaged cars but where else was my car supposed to be parked?? They also have signs saying cameras are surveying but when I asked for the video surveillance to report the incidence they informed me that they do not actually have cameras. Why does one sign have validity but the other does not?? Huge scam. Absolutely do not take your car here.

I've been coming here for over 20yrs, and these guys always do their best to fit me in and get me back on the road fast. I bring my truck here for everything from oil changes to repairs. Friendly service too!

I called and they told me they could get me in for an oil change same day I told them I wouldn t be there until a bit after 4 (since I was coming from Kirkland after work) they said that s fine. I get there and wait at the desk for about five minutes with no help. Then some guy walks in and looks around and goes hi? I said hi I just wanted to get my oil changed he said no we don t have time today .then says you can come back tomorrow morning and we can get it done I said well how long is the general wait for one he said very rudely well it depends on how many people are in front of you doesn t it I will never go back here. That guys seems really miserable with life and I was just trying to make him some money. Oh well his loss.

They try to rip you off as much as they can. I had my rotors replaced only 6months ago and they told me my brake rotors needed to be replaced. I had no choice to follow the old man's suggestion because I didn't wanted to risk any danger for my upcoming trip, but I'm pretty sure they were totally fine. The job cost me more than 35% compare to the shops I went before. I'm likely never going to come back here.Very unpleasant experience and unreasonable pricing.2Rotors and 1 brake pad replacement cost me around $600 for a compact car.

I have to share, the only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because atleast they fixed the issue. I went to other shops but they couldn't figure out the reason behind a clunk sound I hear under the engine when I ride over bumps. But these guys found a loose nut on suspension and they fixed it. I appreciate them for that. But the issue I had was the front guy. He had almost 0 customer skills. It felt as if I wasn't welcomed in the shop at all. You shouldn't beg to get your car serviced. The guy just had uncooperative tone, frowns a lot and talks in an arrogant manner. Although it's really close to my house I'm definitely not going there for another bad experience.

The only reason I gave them a,star is because I had too. I took my 03 explorer there on Saturday to do my alternator and when I picked it up it wouldn't start. They jumped it and told me to take my battery back to where I got it because it was a bad battery. I did the battery was good and new. Once I got home my truck wouldn't start again. Even after trying to jump it. Called them told me to tow it back in and they will look at my battery. I took UT to a different shop and within 10 mins they had my truck up and running and told me wires on the alternator weren't connected right. Don't take your vehicles here. They really don't care about customer.

Joey, the service manager is amazing. I had never met him before, and I don't have any connection what-so-ever to the business or the people who work there. I had concerns about a previous oil change I had had done elsewhere, where my oil had been filled too high and I was also concerned I may have gotten the wrong oil and filter installed (I am a worry wart!).The first thing I noticed was how attentive Joey and the service technician, Riley, were to my concerns. They said it would be a short wait, as they had other cars in the bays, so I ran off to do some errands. When I got back, they had kept the bay open for me, even though there was another car waiting to go in after me. Since I wasn't back yet, most shops would have just moved that other car in place. But Joey knew I was coming back by a certain time, and so they waited for me to return. I was really impressed by that, and grateful (and I didn't keep that other car waiting too long).After that, they took care of my oil concerns, and double checked that my filter was correct. They also let me ask a whole bunch of questions and kindly answered them all, with knowledge that I could tell was legit and with no run-around. It turns out that Joey has worked there for 30 years or something like that, and he is extremely knowledgeable, communicative and courteous. I really had the sense that they truly care about excellent service to the car, and excellent service to the customer. They went above and beyond with the service to my car.The vibe of this shop is very nice. It's clean, orderly, and not too big. It was really nice to be able to talk about my concerns with knowledgeable mechanics, which I really appreciated after my last car, which I always took to the dealership, and where I never, ever got to speak face to face with a mechanic.I have complete confidence in this shop, in their quality of work and their service ethic. My car actually needs a ton of work and I have wanted to locate a trustworthy and detail-oriented automotive repair shop. I feel like I have found it with Bucky's in Lynnwood. I would like to note that there are several different Bucky's Automotive locations, and I cannot speak for those other locations, but I can say that the one in Lynnwood is awesome and I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed in their attention to your service needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Absolutely amazing. Maybe not the most friendly but definitely amazing amazing staff amazing people did a wonderful wonderful job to help me to day. My catalytic converter was stolen about 20 minutes before I showed up to their place and they were able to fix me and get me back on the road and get my car back onto a safe legal running standards. But I just wanna say an absolutely amazing place I would highly recommend going there they have really good prices like I said the staff is really really good they're knowledgeable. Definitely 5 stars definitely definitely 5 stars I will definitely go back there for other automotive work. It's kind of a small lot so be careful when you pull in-and-out of there right across the street from Costco on highway 99 but definitely if you have any kind of muffler any kind of issues like that even just need your brakes done they have really really good prices really good prices
