This place is amazing, I'm very glad they're near my home in Lynnwood. My Honda Pilot air conditioning wasn't working up to par so I called to talk about it. I called other places as well and Brody's price quote for a basic AC service was very fair. With no issues at all they fixed an AC leak, recharged my system and inserted some dye to help locate any future leaks. My Pilot is now like a refrigerator inside if I want it to be. The cost came in exactly as quoted on the phone, no surprises. Price and service were great and this is now my go-to auto repair shop.

UPDATE:I recently purchased a 2023 ZL1 (the blue one) and immediately took it to Brody's to install a Borla Atak axleback system. Ryan and Eric were very courteous again and answered all my questions. The exhaust was installed PERFECTLY. The tips were measured on both sides and it was even. No droopy or lopsided nonsense. About a 1 hour drive, but totally worth it! Will always come here for my performance car exhaust needs. (8/10/2023)I recently had a Borla S-Type axleback installed on my Camaro (the red one) and the tips were not even on both sides. I m a bit OCD about having the exhaust looking absolutely perfect. Ryan from Brody s muffler took care of me and adjusted my exhaust and got the tips matching down to the millimeter. If you care about having an exhaust that looks good, come here. Brody's got me in right away when several other shops I called were booked. They found a recall on my car and referred me to the dealership to have that addressed first, as the recall corresponded to my issue. They even printed out the info and took pictures for me to reference. They acted fairly and in a trustworthy manner. Thank you Brody's!

These guys rock!Had a horrible experience at Huyndai Kirkland - my dad called Brodys and explained the issue that Huyndai couldn't figure out and what his own research was indicating and Ryan at Brodys got my car in right away. They did their own diagnosis, understandably, and concurred with my dad on the issue. Obtained the needed replacement part - did the work- car running just as it should. Customer service spot on. Communication spot on. Would definitely recommend.

such a good spot. i was recommended them twice in one day, once by autozone when i went in to get my codes read, and once by my boss. both said that this place is where they take their family cars & that they ve been coming here for years i see why. dude at the desk was super upfront, honest, and kind. every call that came through while i was waiting in the lobby for my car was handled with the same level of customer service. they have recommendations for other shops if they re booked up, and even called the previous shop that worked on my car to get some work history. if i run into any issues with my car again i ll absolutely be coming back here.

I remembered my elderly father in law had used Brody's years ago, with great satisfaction - he didn't - but when his car recently wouldn't start, after trying unsuccessfully to jump it, we drove to Brody's, explained our efforts, and they took care of getting it towed in, fixed it, AND went and got him to bring him to the shop to get his car. Amazing, for these days. Thanks, Brody's!

Update: March 29, 2023.I took my 2023 Lexus LC500 to them to remove the factory rectangular exhaust trim, install quad exhaust tips for better aesthetics looks that suits my preference better.They did an amazing job and charged me fairly.Super nice people & they do a really good job. Highly recommended.July 2022:They did a great job repairing my wife s BMW exhaust system brackets that were rusted and broken.Super nice people, super reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

Eric is literally the best I've ever had and worked with. Him and his team are so legit, helpful, and affordable. I've been using him for 6 years now. One time I brought my car in after I worked on it and it started acting weird, he said he couldn't find anything wrong but did this small fix and didn't even charge me for it. The issue completely stopped after that. Thank you soo much for keeping me on the road!Edit: Last time I was here, they charged me a few hundred to have my fuel injectors "replaced" then they sent me to the Ford dealership to get a new pmc. The dealership said it looked like my injectors were never replaced. (Turned out they didn't need to be replaced because it wasn't the problem, it was the pmc)

So hard to find good reliable mechanics. Eric and his team are great. They are able to diagnose and fix my vehicle for a reasonable price. Eric always goes above and beyond for me. I am pretty tough on my cars, and they know how to do it all. From oil change, to mice chewed wires, tire repair, fluid flushes, and other regular maintenance. I drive 45mins out of my way just to visit their shop. I would highly recommend Brody's!Services: Transmission, Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Went to Brody's to fix my vehicle after theft of Catalytic converter. Eric was knowledgeable when I spoke to him on the phone and was able to provide the options of converters available for my SUV. He was able to provide a quick quote on the phone and then to top it off said he could fix by EOD. After I visited the shop, he confirmed the same and he had it done by then. Was impressed by the knowledge, timeliness and professionalism. Final cost was as per the estimate. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get some car work done.Service: Exhaust

I did not know why my Chevy trailblazer broke down! I had AAA tow it to Brody's after a family mechanic failed to call me back. My sister- in-law had taken her vehicles to Brody's and was always satisfied with their diagnosis of repairs needed and ONLY needed repairs! Eric and his employees diagnosed the problems and didn't "look" for repairs that were not necessary! They found I needed a fuel pump, calipers, wheel bearings, a catalytic converter, distributor cap and he fixed the parts that were worn and aiding in my vehicles inability to run in a safe manner! Eric even fixed my drivers door panel that was falling apart! My vehicle is a 2000 and most would have told me to buy a new vehicle but Brody's didn't know that "Black Beauty" is a special SUV! My sister bought it brand new and drove it for many years before gifting it to my Mother and myself as a reliable source of transportation for us! SO, Beauty has been a comfort for 2 generations of women who wanted to keep her on the road and Brody's helped us keep her legacy alive! Brody's diligently found what issues she had and ONLY the issues she had and fixed them! And, for a reasonable price! NOW, she runs like a dream! Brody's has won me over and I believe some family will follow suit! The business name says Muffler and Brakes and radiators, but they have extensive knowledge of a vehicle! That is for certain! My family has been coming to Brody's for years. After having the dealership give up on me and the exhaust leak that the dealership just couldn't find or fix, I decided to see what Ryan and his team could do for me. I can't say enough, they were patient with me, listen to what I had to say and sure enough they found the problem. I am so happy. I've been dealing with this issue for over a year....... Definitely have to be careful with this shop . Every time I bring a car here they find false reasons to mark up the costs . A lot of older people being taken advantage here by the nonsense the front office talks them into . Feels like they require an appointment 2-3 weeks out as a tactic for customers to pay for the up sales since the customer has already been waiting 2-3 weeks . Shop is empty every time I have been there.

I went to Brody's for a second opinion and discovered instead of needing a new muffler, I needed a serpentine belt instead. Their team was able to replace the belt, do a weld on the muffler issue and complete oil change that was due. The price was much lower than I expected and was all done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this shop.Services: Exhaust, Oil change

This is the only place I take my car. Their work is solid and they don t try to upsell you on everything. One time I came in with an issue and they said they could do the work but they wouldn t advise it. They could have taken advantage of the situation but they are customer first. I trust their judgment.

My experience with this shop far surpassed any I have had in the past. I'm not one much for posting a review, but the service I received here definitely warrants one. My car mysteriously did not start last week. I heard through a friend that if I ever needed any work, Brody's was the best. Somehow he was able to fit my car in the same day, identified the issues, and got me up and running at a minimal cost. I have had some anxiety when I had work done on my car in the past, but not this time. I found there was a reason he came so highly recommended, honesty and integrity, so hard to find that these days. I highly recommend the shop and I will not be taking my car anywhere but here.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Eric at Brody's for over 10 years now. This is by far the best auto repair shop we have ever used! Not only are they honest but they stand by their work. This is something we found lacking in other shops we used before Brody's. I know that if Eric tells me that my car needs something, it truly does. I also know that when I have them fix it, it will be done right and they will stand by their work. Eric and Kevin are always kind and take the time to answer my questions. Car repairs can be expensive and I feel they charge a fair to more than fair price at Brody's. I appreciate that they try to give you some warning if possible for future repairs. As a family that needs to plan large expenses, we are thankful for any advance notice. I realize this isn't always possible but I have never had another shop even make an attempt. We recently had the misfortune of looking for a car for our teenager. This is NOT a fun process! I refused to buy anything without having it checked out here first. Eric was so patient with us! He not only helped inspect several cars but answered questions over the phone and even squeezed us in to for some last minute repairs on the car we purchased so that it would be ready for her birthday. This is above and beyond! I have recommended Brody's to family and friends and will continue to do so. I cannot emphasis enough how thankful I am that we found them!

Brody's was able to fit me quickly for an emergency repair, and worked to accommodate my schedule. They were able to replace my axles in a timely manner, and notified me about some minor transmission issues they discovered along the way. They were also able to fix the transmission issues within the quoted time of the original repair. Throughout the whole process they were friendly and informative, and my car felt like new when it was done!They will be my first call for any future issues!

They did a phenomenal job with the custom exhaust on my car! Competitively priced and definitely worth it. The guys at the shop were all friendly, very knowledgeable, and skilled at their craft. I will definitely recommend this shop to other people and will come back when it's time to do my other car! Thanks again, I'm loving it!

This place is great! Me, family and friends have been coming here for years. Once you find a mechanic/shop you trust, you stuck with them. Brody's is that place. Erik and his crew are excellent! The attention to detail, fair pricing, honesty and professionalism with which they run the business should Steve as an example to others. I have never been disappointed or pressured into an unnecessary upsell. There's a good reason this is a busy shop with a large regular customer base. Check them out of you're tired of games and want to work with a top shelf crew!

I wish that I could give these guys more than five stars.The muffler in our 05 Lexus was making a rattle. I took it to Toyota and they made a diagnosis that we needed a whole new muffler, heat shield and quoted us almost $4500!I took it to Brody s where Ryan lifted it up and attached the heat shield. It took him ten minutes and he also confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the muffler! I was shocked when he didn t even charge me for the service!These guys are knowledgeable and honest. I can t say how much I appreciate them helping me out. Thanks guys. You just won a customer for life.

I can't praise Eric and the crew enough! They have been taking care of our vehicles for over 15 years now. Never, never, have we had any bad experiences. He and his staff are always professional, courteous and ethical! They are honest and do solid work!
