We just bought a pre-owned X7 and couldn t be happier with our purchase. Had the great pleasure of working with Cam, Ty and Justin to close the deal. Each of them were terrific and really worked with us to get it done and I am so thankful. I love the small feel of this dealership as opposed to Seattle which feels more like a factory.I highly recommend them. They weren t pushy at all and had all the time for us to make sure we were comfortable and got the best deal. I will come back in the future.Thank you!

Shout out and thank you so much to Justin and Jordan as well as to Shawn. Jordan is tech savvy. He was cool, patience, knowledgeable and helpful in teaching me get familiarize with this newly purchased 2024 BMW 330i. Justin gave me the best options. He is , communicative; helpful , Knowledgeable, knows how to give you the best deal and reasonable price. Shawn on the other hand, their finance was also helpful, knowledgeable. I had a great experience with Dakota at the service center. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and provided me with great information about the service for my car. He took the time to explain everything and showed me to the waiting room. Dakota also texted me when my vehicle was ready for pickup, which was very convenient. Overall, he provided excellent customer service. My car was washed and cleaned internally as well.

They are knowledgeable, professional, and, above all, incredibly friendly. My 2024 BMW X5 M60I buying experience was friendly, done timely and very well communicated. My Client Advisor, Cam was great from the start by providing answers to questions, conducted herself professionally and doing follow-ups for any questions/feedback. Thank you so much, Trevor and Justin for a positive buying experience. Both were knowledgeable, communicative, and thoughtful in the process. I bought a preowned Subaru at this dealer and Trevor was super helpful in getting a test drive set up, speaking to the car features, and finally walking me through the buying process. There was no pressure to buy and Trevor was patient in talking through the finance options, and Justin was quick in processing the paper work and getting me going. Super happy customer!Rarely do we find a dealership that has that personal touch and integrity. Jara my sales rep patiently guided me through the process of selecting and test driving their BMWs. General Manager Alan made sure I was comfortable with the process and assured me they were going to find the perfect fit of a vehicle for me. Client Advisor Karl took the time to ask all the important questions to find out which BMW and scenario would really grant me not just the best driving experience but also long term satisfaction. He did an outstanding job on educating me on the differences between vehicles, new features and finding the perfect match for me. A huge thank you to the team for an excellent experience. My car needed to have the airbags replaced. It was done quickly and with no issues, and they even washed and vacuumed the inside of my 21 year old car. Josh was the service rep and he was super friendly and professional, and made the experience enjoyable. Would definitely bring my car there again if needed.

It was the easiest purchase I ever made at Lynwood BMW dealership.My salesperson, Cam was very polite and attentive since I walked in, and she got my business.It was a late night. I finished the paperwork and went to pick up the car the next day.Justin, The manager kept his word and put the Floor mats I requested. That shows how awesome they are.Cam called me a few days later and left a message asking how I was doing with my new car.I call that exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you both!!

I am astonished and disheartened to share a less than favorable experience that starkly contrasts with the bunch of positive reviews I'm reading here. My interaction primarily involved a Sales Engineer, regarding inquiries on 540i xDrive. Regrettably, my attempts at communication have largely been met with silence, out of an overwhelming 10-15 odd emails dispatched, only 2 received responses. Despite initiating an application to place an order and scheduling a test drive, assurances of follow-up contact were left hanging. I was told someone would reach out to me regarding my test drive which was scheduled for 7pm and never received any response from anyone in the store. Adding to the frustration, I was eventually informed that the model in question was sold out, a fact that contradicts the listing on their website saying its still available/in-stock, an oversight that misleads potential customers. Moreover, the inconsistency of receiving communications from the same individual with various email addresses makes it difficult to keep track on any communications.EDIT: It was extremely nice of the BMW Lynnwood to call me and follow-up on this review. Although my earlier experience is still true, I could see efforts being made to make things better through the phone call. Updating my rating to 2.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing a used car for my son here.This is a no pressure sales atmosphere. We have worked with the managers Carl and Justin on our purchase of a slightly used 2019 Accord. We came a long way to look at it and they have made the purchase as easily as possible. Any hitches we re taken care of professionally. They are easy to work with, whatever your needs are presently. While the Accord is being prepped and repaired of the scrape that we were made aware of beforehand. My son was given a great opportunity to drive this BMW Courtesy car. Thank you Lynwood BMW.

A breath of fresh air & satisfying customer experience! I am a Disabled Veteran and Naiden, Shawn and Justin were friendly, knowledgable, and professional and I was treated with courtesy and respect- unlike another local (not to be named) dealership that I had visited the day before. I was able to negotiate a very fair deal on a used vehicle that I had my eye on and drove off the lot with it smiling from my experience this afternoon. I do not hesitate recommend them to any friends and family that might need a new vehicle and look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Aloha!

A recent buyer here. I had a great experience with this dealership. My salesman (Naiden) was fantastic. He was very non-pressuring and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. The manager, Justin, who helped us was very friendly, while still pressuring to get the sale (as it is his job), but not overbearing, which helped us relax. He also brought us lunch to help us get through the car buying process. Shawn in finance was great as well. He was able to get through our paperwork within minutes. I can not recommend BMW of Lynnwood enough. 10/10 for the buying process. I will being coming here for service and hope that it is as great as the sales team!

Great place. The staff was very curious and ensured I was comfortable. They did not try and oversell me services. Most impressive of all was that the owner came and personally introduced himself to me even knowing I was only there for an oil change!

BMW of Lynnwood is unorganized and unprofessional. They refused to do a pre-inspection of my lease and accept my lease turn-in. I called several times and made appointments with both sales and service. When I arrived at the appointments, which were on different days, sales told me to go to service and service told me to go to sales, and I couldn't because both were not open at the time. They did not even inspect the vehicle and there was nothing mechanically or cosmetically wrong with it. The service manager said their call center is located in Vegas and "misunderstood" the requests, even though they were confirmed appointments. Stay away from this bad BMW dealership.Update 3/29/24I eventually came in contact with a friendly sales manager and the general sales manager and they quickly completed my lease turn in. For anyone turning in leases, you'll need to contact and work directly with the GSM. There is no process to schedule it online.

I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. Teasha was my initial salesperson. We connected by phone where she answered all of my questions. I arranged a test drive with her. She was very knowledgeable and very low pressure. Karl helped with the final details of the purchase. He was very helpful and again low pressure. Once the deal was finalized, Justin handled the paperwork with me. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend BMW of Lynnwood for their knowledge, and courteous salesmanship.

I ve read some other reviews and am glad to hear that others have had better experiences. My experience My have been absolutely terrible. Salesmen are absolute bullies. Customer service doesn t even look up when you walk in and then look surprised when you ask them for service. I purchased my car here under incredible pushiness. It felt so gross and tacky. Then I recently called and made an appointment to bring it in for service, when I booked the appointment they told me it was covered under warranty but when I arrived (2 hour drive) they told me it was not in fact under warranty. No attempt to make it right. Will never be coming back.

I worked with Naiden to purchase an X3 and it was the best car purchasing experience I ve had. He took me on a long, in-depth test drive and was very knowledgeable about the car. He made sure the process went quickly and smoothly, even expediting the cleaning and processing of the car so we could complete the transaction quickly. Go see Naiden for your next BMW!

We took the ix model for a test drive and found it to be mediocre. The initial saleswoman provided good assistance. However, the subsequent salesman repeatedly asked us to wait a few minutes while he checked on something, resulting in a 45-minute wait with my 5-year-old son, and he failed to provide a price breakdown or monthly payment details. Our experience was dreadful, and I would not recommend this dealership.

Our experience with Monica was nothing short of extraordinary. We had worked with a few BMW dealerships in the Greater Seattle area and Monica stood out as the most positive experience we had. Since our very first text conversation she went well above and beyond, responding to our texts timely, coming up with the best deal they could give us, and communicating our needs well. She never pushed to make a sale, prioritized our requirements and constraits and got us back immediately when the new iX was available. I would absolutely go to Monica for all my BMW needs in the future. If you are in the market for a new BMW, I think Monica and Justin (also an awesome manager in the dealership) are your best bet. They go above and beyond from the start, and help you get the best deal as fast as you need it.

They don t call it the stealership for no reason. My mom took her new to her car in there for an inspection and your tech tried to sell her on new front brakes. Claiming the rotors are past their prime. Pulled a caliper out and what do you know it s .12 mm difference than a brand new rotor.Just cause she takes great care of her car and it s immaculate doesn t mean she needs to spend money on maintenance that isn t needed. The best part is we even explained that the bmw dealer we got it from just did all new brakes. Don t tell people their car is unsafe when it s not.Not the best place for service, maybe if you re buying it wouldn t be bad.

In the past I owned previous different brands of vehicles, but by far this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They took my car in and kept it for three months instead of fixing my issues they have caused more damage into my vehicle, and will not take any responsibility to fix them. During the time my vehicle was in the shop, they had technicians and manager ls leave or fired. Now they have a new service manager (Chesea) with horrible customer service, doesn t listen to you and instead threatens customers by calling a police in messages if you don t bring my loaner back with fixing damages they have done to my property. If your looking for a complete disaster, mess & bad customer service BMW Lynnwood would be your choice.

Chelsea L. is absolutely FANTASTIC . She takes care of all our luxury vehicles and always answers all our questions. Her customer service is top-notch; she literally treats you like you are a super VIP customer . We always feel valued as a customer every time our vehicles need any service.
