I brought my Model 3, which has a small scratch in the right rear door. I spoke with Mike and came in without making an appointment. Katie examined the scratch and I made an appointment. On the day of the appointment , Mike worked on the door for 20~ 30 minutes and he was able to remove the scratch. When I asked for the bill, Katie told me that it was on the house and she did not charge me for the service.This was my first time working with them (both Katie and Mike are the owners) and noticed they were extremely busy but made time to work on my Tesla. Based on my own experience with them, I could see why the business (Benchmark Auto Salon) was highly recommended by other auto body shops and customers.It's always wonderful to come across businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service.Katie was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend the Benchmark Auto Salon for any detail and/or protection.Thanks again!!!

This is the second car that we have brought to Benchmark for protective film and coating.� I cannot praise them enough.� So knowledgeable, patient, and supportive during the process of figuring out how best to protect each car within our budget.The workmanship is top quality and Benchmark even corrected paint flaws for us on our brand new car (shame on Jaguar).The products are excellent and still look perfect on the first car that we brought in a couple of years ago.

Previous experience with Benchmark was extremely positive so I contacted them again with a detailing question. I received a response almost immediately from Katie and scheduled an appointment the next day. Upon arrival I was acknowledged and briefly discussed the situation then looked at the car. Afterwards, they were very thorough in presenting options available to correct the issue. They are very knowledgeable and honest in their interactions. I have complete confidence in leaving my car in Benchmark's care in the near future.

Benchmark Auto Salon installed XPEL Ultimate Plus clear paint protection film and also Opti-Coat Pro Plus to my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392. They did an excellent job and the attention to detail shows. They were very responsive and helpful with my many questions as this process was new to me. I am very happy with the quality of their work and I cheerfully recommend their services to others. Mike and Katie are good people. Thank you.

Mike, Katie, and the entire team do a fantastic job. My favorite part of coming here is that they are as obsessed with getting all the details right as I am! Don't expect to get the cheapest car wash around, you are paying for professional detail level work, and the end result will show it. Repeat customer and highly recommended!

THIS is where you bring your vehicle to get the royal treatment. The crew at Benchmark Auto Salon is passionate about making every vehicle look its absolute best. Fact: they make them look better than the day they were built. Apart from that, they offer myriad ways to protect your prized possession from real world dangers like acid rain, bird droppings, a gauntlet of thorny trail brush, and reckless drivers. I recently brought my 2023 Ford Bronco to Benchmark Auto Salon to have a full-body wrap installed and a ceramic coating applied. They also perfectly matched my front window tint to the factory rear glass. Forget "showroom quality." These folks ELEVATED my vehicle's appearance ten fold. They listened to what I wanted. They gave me everything I asked for but didn't sell me anything I didn't need. Granted, my Bronco is bound to see its share of "challenging terrain" in the years ahead, but Benchmark gave me the best possible sendoff I could hope for. I know that I've found my go-to shop, and I now consider myself a customer for life. I trust you will feel the same if you give them a call!

I did Full Frontal & A Pillar PPF and Tint for My 2023 Genesis GV60 and I'm extremely satisfied with their work. 10/10. I'll be also taking my 2018 Imola F80 M3 for some treatment soon. I've already recommend this shop to friends and family. Thank you Benchmark Auto for a great service!

The team at Benchmark are amazing to work with. They did a protective clear vinyl on the sides of my Sprinter to protect it from scratches as well as also a wrap on the front and lower sides in black. It's been a year now and I'm extremely satisfied with how well it has all held up. The customer service and care they took with this project was next level. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get the best work possible done on their vehicle

They did a great job installing Xpel on my wife s Acura, full front end, and they just did the bumper and headlights on my new truck and it looks awesome. You can t even tell it s on there on both cars. Highly recommend Benchmark.

I had a ceramic coating added to my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. Staff made it easy and also supplied a courtesy car. The finished product was perfect. Added surprise, my son called ahead and bought a window tint for my truck!!

Only the best experiences at Benchmark Auto Salon. Mike and Katie always exceed my expectations! They have PPF'd and ceramic coated several of my cars now and I've been blown away by the quality of their work each and every time. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. Customer service is top tier and I'll keep coming back.

Benchmark did an amazing job applying PPF to my new Tesla. I did the full front and high impact areas and it looks great. We also had windows tinted and everything still looks awesome a month later.I would definitely recommend Benchmark for your next job.

10/10, and here's why... Took delivery of my new grey Tesla Model Y LR on 4/28 and took it straight to Benchmark Auto Salon the same day. They made the process easy, and Katie was great to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I will be bringing my next car to them.I decided to get XPEL Ultimate Plus Clear PPF on the entire car, and I am impressed with their work. They washed, clay bar, polished, and put XPEL Fusion Ceramic Coating on top of the XPEL. I also had them XPEL Prime XR Ceramic Window Tint my driver and passenger window, to match the rest of the car's tint. They gave me a loaner for free while my car was in their shop too. Lastly, they swapped/covered the chrome logos on the front and back with black aftermarket ones off Amazon.The paint looked great, with no swirls or anything, and the edges of the PPF were contoured, hidden, and not visible when they were done. Super clean looking. If you're getting a new car. I would talk to Katie because Benchmark does great work.

5 Stars is not enough for Benchmark! I have nothing but positive to say about my experience here. The customer service was amazing! Katie was responsive to every request I made and was professional and friendly. The quality of the work is impressive to say the least. I had the clear bra applied to the hood of my car and it is absolutely perfect! You can't even tell it's there! I also had my windows tinted and they are beautiful. They also provided a loaner car to me while they worked on my car, which made it so easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Great experience all around. As someone who consistently has a number of cars and tries out different shops this is the best one I ve found. Katie is amazing to deal with and always answers all my numerous questions. I had full XPEL clear bra, tint, and ceramic coat done on my 23 Raptor. Everything turned out amazing and it s always fun to see how many nice cars they have in the shop at one time. Definitely one of the best auto salons in the PNW.

Always a pleasure doing business with Benchmark as both Katie and Mike are outstanding! Katie is very sharp and customer oriented and Mike is very professional and knowledgeable. In addition, their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they put out of which I may say is second to none.

If I could give six stars, I would. I had ceramic coating applied and front window tint for new black EV6. Car looks amazing, much better than when I picked it up at the showroom. Staff are easygoing and professional, no pressure. I highly recommend this high-end high-value business!

The Benchmark Team does high end work, when you bring your new car to them rest assured you will get the best service with exceptional results. My 2023 C8 Z06 received a full PPF wrap and we couldn't be any happier.

I have been going to Benchmark since they first opened. I feel like the owners and staff are family. They are very professional. The phone is always answered and I'm able to get in for service in a timely manner. I have recommended Benchmark to many friends and they have all been happy with the service and results. I recently purchased a new Ford F150 and, as with my other vehicles, I had them install protective film and this time I also had them apply the ceramic sealant to the paint. Don't hesitate to go to Benchmark, they are the real deal. The shop is so clean it looks like a huge operating room. Thanks, Mike, Katie and Corey and others for all the great work.

I am very happy with the ceramic coating and window tinting on my BMW. The service is great, I received excellent guidance on what type of window tinting would work best on my car and how to maintain the ceramic coating. I was also provided a loaner car without charge for both of my appointments.

I've been taking my 41 Ford Panel Truck here for a decade because they're the best at what they do. The shine is staggering !On top of that , they also wrap vehicles. My fenders got severely chipped over time and they matched the body color of the truck perfectly to cover seemingly hundreds of chips. It looks brand new again even though my truck has 50k miles on it.Also the folks who work here are super nice and accommodating.They're the best !
