Because Autozone offers free installation for customers who buy batteries, upon arrival at the store at 9 a.m., I was informed by the manager that he was the only one on duty. therefore, it is impossible to provide a free installation service right now. He let me come back after 1:30 pm. I understood and left.I returned later in the afternoon and was attended to by a middle-aged gentleman whose name escapes me unfortunately. Because replacing the battery is kind of difficult and cumbersome for my vehicle. But he has been very patient and tried to use many tools and methods to help me. it took about 35-40 minutes to finish installing the battery. I am grateful beyond words for his provided exemplary service.However, before the installation was finished, something bad happened when the manager I had met in the morning came to us and berated the man who had helped me. Said he was taking too long to assist me. and must refuse the installation if it's happening in the future. I was deeply shocked and embarrassed when I heard that. For a manager to display such rude remarks in front of their customer, as if I was the one who had come to cause them trouble, I felt sad and very sorry for the gentleman who had been implicated for helping me.I am wondering if Autozone has a policy regarding certain vehicle models being excluded from free installation services, or if there are specific time constraints imposed on such installation services. If so, why were they not communicated to me beforehand? Conversely, if not, then why was I subjected to such treatment?While I am grateful for the successful installation of the battery, the overall shopping experience was severely tarnished by the manager's behavior. I would like to give a 5-star rating to the gentleman who assisted me and a 1-star to the store manager. I am hesitant to patronize your stores in the future.

I cant say much about the merchandise they sell there, though i found the product on amazon for half the price. I made a quick purchase without help, while a few people were loudly bantering about needing to work. A couple customers were being helped, and when my turn came at the register, an old man, maybe 80+, checked me out, then as i was leaving, tried to touch my hand as he was giving me my receipt and made yummy noises and making comments about my body. Which is weirder because i was in sweatpants.Would never visit here again.

Went in to but over $700 in parts and Michael was very dismissive and only looked up parts and put them for another store even after I asked to get parts there, went to the hub store and had them transfer their inventory so I could buy the parts needed. Will not be using this store ever again.

I really wish AZone could train their retail employees how to be more efficient with their customers. Some places have self check....but these guys self check was of course not working. They will answer the phone and look up parts for someone, taking 15, 20 minutes sometimes, all while customers are standing in front of them with items in hand ready to purchase. Seems like whatever these guys are doing when you come in is way more important to them than the customer on the floor.

Unlike other chains, this store has both knowledgeable employees and the parts you need right now in stock. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it when you need that unexpected part to complete a repair.

Horrible experience! Manager couldn't find my warranty on a bad battery I had purchased and cussed me out and threw my receipt at me. I promptly went online and made a complaint with their customer service and received a phone call a day later from the district manager wanting to get to the bottom of it. He was great, and based off his phone call I will give them another chance.

Wow attitude issue. Owner needs to pay a visit to this location. Simple question to find a plug and answer is that he is standing in front of the computer to help me but If I want I can go get it in the aisle in front of me. But I will be fair. He gets a star because he did help me at end. Still, please be more courteous to your customer.

Really pathetic experience, I have bought snow chains and I have not used or opened it , and I try to return it by the third day of purchase date , they said no returns accepted and telling that they sell items only for profit and it s not a rental company. When I asked a reason, just showed me the label which stuck on their table. It should have been printed or furnished in the website that no returns accepted. Is this regular experience for everyone. Never ever heard this in US of an items which is not even opened cannot taken back. It s cost for ~ 450 dollars for me. Almost equivalent one month installment for my car. Felt very bad and sad. Complexly unsatisfied customer. Personally Not recommend to any purchase in future . 0 customer satisfaction

The people at this AutoZone are amazing pacifically the younger Indian guy with glasses. The reason for the three stars instead of four is because they never have what I need. I bought a glass pack for my Alfa Romero Giulia two weeks ago and I have not been able to find the clamps ever since then so I m at the point where I m about to return it. All I want is to get a little sound out of my baby lol

I came in and bought a headlight and a wiper replacement and John A was awesome enough to replace both items for me and was so knowledgeable and nice! There is a reason I always only shop here for car stuff and he is one of them! Thank you so much for everything they should give you a raise!

Came in today at 7:30 pm to get help replacing my windshield wipers. I didn't know how to replace them and google made me more confused. The guy that helped me was super nice and it felt like I was talking to an uncle for help on my car. Would come back again.

I would have given them 5 stars becuse the service had been great for my purchase they even went out to my car and got my tire size for chains. However I didn't get the right size chains and didn't find this out until I needed them and couldn't use them. I have staggered rims and think they took the size off the front tires becuse the chains would fit those and do me no good I'm rear wheel drive so wouldn't work. When I came into resolve my issue they pointed to a hand written sign on the counter that said no returns on snow chains and wouldn't even listen to me try to explain their mistake. I could understand if I had used the chains but I didn't and they don't even fit my car. I would have been happy with just exchanging them for the right ones. So I emailed autozone customer service and got a quick reply gave them all the info I had and they said someone will contact you tomorrow. That never happened I sent them an email again in the same thread asking if I am just stuck with the almost $200 chains that they told me would fit my car but they don't. It seems completely reasonable that they could have given me the right ones but ignored me when I tried to explain the situation. I will never shop here again beware if you ever have any issues they aren't going to do the right thing at this auto parts store

I give AutoZone 5 star ratings they almost always have the part I need. If they don't they have a store close by that does! Plus there auto mechanic tool section is awesomeLove these guys

I LOVE IT HERE the two men that were working on nov 15 2022 were amazing. I came in anxious to ask for help with my headlights. Not only did they make me feel comfortable because of their kindness and excellent customer service, they also went above and beyond and installed them for me! I m so grateful!!!!! They answered my questions without making me feel stupid, and I saw them treat every customer with respect and kindness! Will definitely recommend this autozone and I will be coming back for sure! Get in the zone AutoZone!

I've been to this location many times and usually the staff is incredibly helpful but this time, a different guy helped me. I tried to use my phone number but he refused to let me saying I wouldn't get any points because i wasn't spending enough money when i was trying to use rewards. The workers name is mika, he was incredibly rude to me the entire interaction. I had to go back about 20 minutes later to get a second of the same thing i got the first visit and he was still incredibly rude to me.

Richard Monroe helped me solve a problem with my ODB2 system throwing a Po442 error and the "Service Engine Soon" light being on. He suggested that the gas cap may just be loose and he was right. I just tightened it down a bit better and a day later the light went out. Thanks Richard! Excellent work! Much appreciated! Scott Wade

Honestly the worst experience I ve ever had at a car store. I don t know a lot about cars. I mentioned that a few times and asked for assistance. I walked in and asked for the type of specific window wipers I would need for the make and model of my car. The cashier (there were three people working and I was the only one in the store) waved me over to aisle 22 while yelling what measurements I would need at me. I brought two up to him and asked his advice and he said no not these and then told me the measurements again without further guidance. I told him sir I m really not sure what I m doing here can you help me? His coworker asked if there was a specific kind I should get and he said It doesn t really matter . I asked for his advice and he acted like he could care less. I understand that he does not have to go above and beyond, however I have always experienced very helpful employees (who would even offer to install the wipers for me). On a day when the employees literally outnumbered me 3:1 and no other things seeming to go on, I would ve appreciated his expertise. In addition, not one employee was wearing a mask. I would highly suggest visiting another store.

AutoZone had kind and courteous support very casual and accepting of my very specific part. This particular store had stock on a very particular part for a foreign automobile so I was quite pleased.

They have terrible customer service. I called trying to find a clutch cable for my 93' integra and after waiting on hold for 5 minutes I was immediately hung up on. I assumed it was an accident so I called back. Only to be hung up on again! I tried again (third times a charm?) And was hung up on again. Apparently they don't want business.

I can't speak much to the customer service, cleanliness, merchandise, or much else because the employees working the night I decided to stop by locked the door 15 minutes early and just stared at me as I point at my watch.If you post that you are open until 10, be open until 10. Not 9:45.This is what is wrong with franchises and huge companies. The employees don't any incentive to do business the way the consumer needs for business to be done. This is what happens. I'll definitely spend my money somewhere else.

I went in to get my battery checked up, with the warranty active. I told them I came in to an Autozone and got a battery but it's not starting so I needed some help. They tried to sell me a new battery without checking to see if my warranty was active(it was) and didn't even test it. When I tested it, everything turned out green but they still tried to sell me a new one. They also sent me outside with tools to do it myself even though I told them I had no idea what I was doing. A driver for Autozone from Mill Creek ended up helping me out.In the end, the driver from Mill Creek told me to confirm that my warranty was active and sure enough, it was. They said they didn't have the battery that I had my warranty on(well, it was more like we have the pallet in the back but I don't want to go through it) and sent me to another Autozone on Hwy 99 across from the Lexus dealership. According to the employee at this location, this is the second time this week they have done this.The employee working at the time was a white blonde lady and a white man with long grey hair. Please avoid this location and go to the one across the Lexus dealership from the beginning. Save yourself the hour I lost.
