After the AutoZone in Everett Called this location. Ashlee, Austin and Peter were amazing. The Alternator for my 2020 Kia was the only one in Snohomish County. It was buried within 15 pallets in the back and they were able to get it out and have it ready when I got there. I would have been stranded without the help I received from the hard working staff at AutoZone. Thank you. !!!!

The check engine light came on in our Chevy diesel pickup while here visiting from Spokane. I called first thing this morning (Sunday) when they opened to ask if they could run a diagnostic test on it and they said sure come on in. It took all of 5 minutes at most for them to plug into the truck, download the report, print and hand it to me. Looks like it's a DEF heater issue.I also asked if they could quick check the oil and they instantly came out to do that as well.Highly recommend this store with friendly/helpful personnel.

The assistant manager is so wonderful! She really helped me out. I ordered a part for same day delivery, driver showed up got my part from the store but never delivered the part to me or took it back to the store. The manager helped me with customer service and getting a refund and then getting me a replacement part. I am so grateful and appreciative for her help!

Many thanks to Molly for helping me figure out what I needed to get my car running right again. She ACTUALLY took time to troubleshoot the issue with me and even came to check on my progress outside in the parking lot to make sure what we decided was the correct plan. Thanks to her, my ride is running nicely and it saved me a bunch of money on a tow truck! This is my new go-to auto shop! Thanks so much!

Wow just wow, Ashlee is the best! My car died in the parking lot and she not only came out and replaced the battery (which I had bought prior), but she ended up finding (and verifying a few more times after that) that my alternator was out. She had one of the other very helpful employees come out and jump my car and they both made sure I was good to go before leaving. Would completely recommend this store!!

I have used your store often, and found Molly To be very helpful. Several times she has helped me with issues such as oil, brake parts, Batteries and accessories. I always look for her assistance because her knowledge and personality always makes for a great experience. Thank you.

Molly,at this new auto zone was more than amazing this morning. Helped me with a getting the correct parts and walked outside to assist me with a quick 5min install on them. Crazy friendly, educated, and most of all personable and professional. I work in customer service and Molly is 2nd to non in this department.Thank you for the help stay rad!

I couldn t change my windshield wipers and I was worried that I would bend the actual metal. Fransisco B. came out and helped me. He dealt with the complexity of changing it( my car is a BMW) and got me back on the road. A great guy with a great attitude who really made my day. Thank you again Francisco!!

So I go here to get a gasket for my thermostat housing. And I had the lady get to get the thermostat housing because one of the holes isn't completely closed the way they made it. So instead of helping me to get a gasket she said I have thousands and thousands of gaskets. So instead of doing your job and helping the customer get what he needs you're going to make an excuse not to do your job. I will never go here again

Visiting this AutoZone store is the best thing I have done for my Automotive parts needs. The staffers, Ashli, Francesco, and the entire team of associates are just who this business needs. I went to find so many parts, but just to be specific for professionalism, I went to get my headlight and signal bulbs, and when I told Ashli about my car problems she did not hesitate to see and verify my issue. Whatever she and Francisco did with the help of their teammates was beyond magical in that they revived my headlights and saved me close to $100. In spending. Imagine how much a $1. savings would do much more a $100? I am speechless at the level of professionalism and honesty they displayed In valuing the customer. Dang stars them folk f real. They could have just sold me bulbs and continued their day and I wouldn t know. Thank you team Autizone @196 and SR99 for all you do, y all are the best at what you do. Keep up the good work, please.

This is the 3dr time that I ve called the store nd asked for parts and they say the part is in stock, but I come 20 min later nd they come up with that they actually don t have the item in stock. This gets my mad because it spends my time, money and also the people who work there are always in a bad mood and they don t have manners.

Terrible customer service, starting from the manager to the store customer service providers. I was asking for the oil filter and motor oil for to replace to my truck. First of all the person who was helping me does not know the basic stuff about anything that is connected with his job. He is asking me how much do you want . I said I need to replace oil into my truck and I would like you to tell me how much oil I need, what kind of oil filter. For some reason he was bot happy that I asked him and he was acting ignorant to me. Second time I came to replace the part that they gave me wrong and a right way he told manager in the front of me this is the guy and I heard him. I told him to stop be ignorant to me and that he should take care of the customer who is waiting for him instead of listening conversation between me and the lady who I think is there manager. I asked her nicely and politely about parts that I need to change and she said to me that I shouldn t call her workers name I just told him that he is ignorant to me. I ve been coming to this store for all my life and I am feeling terrible because of inexperienced workers who are also very unpleasant and ignorant.This people should not have any contact with customer service!

Needed to change my car battery out, and I was at a loss of what tools to use, how to do it, and Jennifer at this store came to my rescue! She was attentive, asked the right questions, offered immediately to assist me, gave me expert advice on maintaining my vehicle, and finished the replacement quickly!Incredible, speedy service, and great staff at this store overall! I was at the Office Depot next to this auto-zone and when I came back to my car, it wouldn t start. I went to auto-zone and asked them if they can check. The manager came and tested the battery. He then helped me replace the battery and cleaned all the rust and dirt with a cleaning spray. He went beyond any customer service I have ever received.I really appreciate the service they provide and I recommend this shop to anyone!

Terrible location, the lady working there has no clue what she s doing. I waited 15 minutes waiting in line because she s extremely slow just for her to tell me she can t take a 100 dollar bill. How are you not able to take a 100$ when your autozone ? You can your just lazy, terrible customer service won t be back here ever again.

SUPER NICE employees. the guy that helped us had a texans beanie on (unfortunately did not catch a name) and James! super nice guys. fortunately, we knew what we needed so we didn t need much help but they helped when we had to return an item a few moments later. thank y all so much for the laughs and great customer service! definitely coming back to this location.

Hi just want to share my experience with this store I bought an alternator from them 2 weeks ago and it died in less than a week I had to tow my van to the dealership in order to get it fix and replace the bad alternator(paid a lot of money there) when I went to return their bad product they didn't belive me that was bad I did wait there for like 10 minutes so they will check it. After they checked it they came back and started the refund, when I asked them about some compensation for all the troubles their bad product caused me they told me that they have to run everything thru their corporate and will get back to me in a week, after a week I didn't hear nothing from them. After all this they haven't even said sorry to me. Very disappointed in them.DONT BY THEIR CHINA MANUFACTURER ALTERNATOR BETTER PAY A LITTLE EXTA AND GO WITH OEM parts
