Thank you so much to Khalil, who owns/runs Auto Recon. I may not have had a service done here, but I can speak on his character. He stopped to help my friend and I fix a flat on the side of the road without hesitation and got it fixed within 20 minutes. He was a life saver for us in that moment. Seriously a nice, friendly and great guy. Get your auto service done by a genuinely nice man.

Took my car in for an insurance estimate where the wheel was 95% of the damage and the estimate was over $2000! All I needed to do was replace the tire and rim, and buff out the bumper myself.

I used Auto Recon through the warranty provided with my vehicle at purchase. No one ever wants to lose their vehicle to repairs, but I would suggest Auto Recon to anyone I know. They're prompt to communicate, and very helpful and patient with my situation. I received their quote for an engine replacement and was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable it was. My girlfriend's driver side window got stuck inside the door, the motor would let it wiggle a bit, but it wouldn't come back up. We went to auto recon this morning on a Saturday right when they opened, and were pretty immediately helped as soon as we got in. Her car was taken into their shop, and ten minutes later we were told what was wrong. Luckily we didn't need a new part, but the crew has the honesty and integrity to not upsell you parts or labor you don't need! 30 minutes later it was fixed, and we were charged far less than I expected for it! I don't usually leave reviews unless a place really deserves it, and that was the least stress I've ever had with any kind of auto repair!

Got my Prius back to me quickly and looking like new! When I picked it up the window wouldn t roll down, so I called and they had me bring it back in right then and right at closing and fixed it right away! The team at Auto Recon are very professional and courteous. My radiator blew while I was downrown Seattle, I had my vehicle towed to the nearest auto body shop who wanted to charge me an outrageous amount to fix it, luckily I was referred to the guys at Auto Recon, not only did they get me in right away, they gave me a fair and honest price. I was very happy with the outcome! They did a wonderful job in a timely manner and communicated with me the whole time. They really take pride in their work and and are extremely honest and accommodating. I will use them in the future for any further needs and will be at ease knowing I am in good hands.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! I took my truck in to get a new oil pump and clutch, they did such an amazing job plus they address other issues that saved me so much time and money that other mechanics completely missed. I am so happy at the work Wais did for me, he really cares and looks out for his customers. I never write reviews but I have never been so impressed with the customer service and quality of work from anyone like this before. My old truck is running better then ever. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

I brought in my recently purchased used Honda Civic. I wanted to treat myself to an interior detail. The end result was better than I could have imagined! So shiny and thoroughly cleaned and polished. They even cleaned under the hood! Over a week later, and I still have the best waxed car in parking lots. The staff gave a fair price, were courteous and trustworthy. Glad to find my new mechanic shop! Thanks guys.

I spent about the last year having to park on slopes so I could compression start my car if I needed to because no local shop could figure out what was wrong. They would put in a new alternator, they put in a new starter, I had to go get a new battery and still had to park on slopes. I finally took it to Auto Recon USA and granted they get busy & aren't the best at calling you or answering the phone, but if you just let them work their magic they will diagnose what's wrong accurately, then make the correct repair quickly and at a fair price. I think these guys are great. It turned out that I just needed a new negative battery cable and a new starter solenoid.

I took my vehicle here for some work and I feel like they just kept guessing the issue. I went here based on the good reviews.( really nice people) they seemed to really want to help me out at first. However I didn t have a good experience I paid about $1000 was back and fourth with them for a few weeks and the issue I initially went in for was never resolved. They had no urgency to help me and they are really bad at picking up the phones or calling me with an update I had to be constantly calling to check in on things. I took my vehicle back this last time after they fixed the issues I was having and they asked me to leave it I finally got ahold of someone at the end of that day and was told they were too busy to look at it. I felt like I should have been a priority being that I have been back and fourth with these guys. I understand it may be difficult to diagnose an issue but assuring me it s fixed and then my vehicle dying on me a few days later is very frustrating. I have small children and pregnant close to my due date and I Really needed my vehicle. I paid for something that didn t need to be fixed I did it because they said that it needed to be done. They still charged me for a portion of an error they made by putting in the wrong size alternator. (Not MY fault!) I told them if they really can t help me let me know I ll go somewhere else and they did they advised me to just take it to the dealership because I have more money to be paying right. I m very unhappy with their services and I will never do business there again nor do I recommend them.

Weiss is amazing! Did a great job with my vehicle, he made sure that he kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle. He helped me navigate my cars warranty and get me the best option available. I highly recommend this facility, they will take care of you!

My BMW 745i looks brand new inside and out! Better than I have ever seen it! They were fast and very thorough!. Great car detailing ! Great price, and very nice customer service.! Definitely worth the money I highly recommend Auto Recon USA. They are definitely the best.

The owner provided an analysis of the problem and didn't up sell what I didn't need. Actually recommended NOT to fix anything but lube up the struts and sent me on my way. After a week of driving, the noise came back and I went to Auto Recon USA again. This time we changed the struts but after putting them in, the noise was still there. He didn't charge me anything although labor was $400 and took 4-5 hours to put on and take off the struts since that wasn't the issue. Amazing service. I will continue going back. There isn't an auto shop that will treat you better. I highly recommend.

Frindly and professional team! My car was damaged from rear end I thought I will be replacing the entire bumper but they went above and beyond and fixed it like nothing happened with very reasonable price.

Brought a car in for a pre-sale evaluation and they did an amazing job here! They went above and beyond, staying late to complete the job, and then thoroughly explaining the results to me, patiently answering all my questions. Incredible customer service and expertise. I give them my highest recommendation.

My Alternator went out I have to have my car for work, no car, no work, no money to pay bills. They were recomemended to me I took it there told them my situation on a FRIDAY afternoon. BANG BANG BANG they were able to get me in, address the problem. The cost was very resonable I had my car back by the END of the day on a Friday!!! I would recomend them to everyone!!! My service engine light came on I took my car to my mechanic but unable to get part needed anywhere. I was advised to take to Auto Recon, these guys are great. Super welcoming they took care of my car right away told me what the issue was and got the part for my car right away.

My starter broke while at post office. I brought my car to Auto Recon the following day and they installed a very nice starter for a reasonable price. I plan to use them in future. Relaxed atmosphere and kind people.

Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to work with this mechanic. I will though. I called him with a problem on my newer car. He took his time to talk to me about my problem. He told me he would call me the next day with more information. IImissed his call and called back after hours. Left a voicemail and within five min had a call back. He was very informative and pointed me down the path I needed to take and gave his honest opinion. I would give them more stars if I could just for some amazing customer service. Knowing he probably wouldn't be getting me as a customer at this time and still calling me back and explaining everything and answering all my questions. Just wow

Truck was brought here for spray in bed liner. Thin coat was applied. Hope it lasts...Also when I returned to my truck, there was a lot of dirt from boots on the floor board. Lack of care for my vehicle. Won't be returning.

Highly recommend going to this place for getting your car fixed. They were fast and efficient and are not just about taking money they treat you like family and throughly tell you what's wrong with your vehicle and let you know what they recommend with a fair price. Great business!!I came today to do inspection for a car that I was planing to buy and the manger Mirweis was there to take care of me.B4 he even check the car he gave his honest opinion and ask his technician to check the car after work hours!!Amazing service,very kind and friendly,professionaal and honest!!!Recommend for everyone to visit there with them car and enjoying great customer service!Thanks guys!!!
