Randy replaced the seat cushion cover on my 2019 Subaru Outback. He gave me a quick estimate, and was able to do the job in a couple of hours a couple of days later after he picked up the new seat cushion cover. Randy also made sure I obtained the receipts needed to help me with a reimbursement from Subaru since the Outback is only 4 years old with < 27K miles.

Randy was really friendly and did a fantastic job repairing the driver seat on my Infiniti coupe. Look at the before and after photos. Randy was punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Randy just installed a new roof on my Jaguar XK convertible. So nice to find someone who still provides excellent workmanship, great attention to detail and who cares about the finished job. Also a quarter of the price that Jaguar wanted!

Mr Sass was completely honest and thorough with his estimate. He actually asked me to consider buying a new seat (difficult for my bike at 15years old). His backlog was appx 6 weeks... another marker of a quality business in demand.But when it was time to fit my seat, he asked me to come in and review the foam cut/seat fit as I remember.(With motorcycle handling and control, it is critical that the seat fits very well between the riders legs)After listening request for some small changes, he finished by recovering the seat, and made sure that it was completely within the original estimate.I am completely satisfiedJerry KahnLynnwood, WA

The driver bottom seat cover on my BMW was torn beyond repair. It had to be replaced. It s not a straightforward task because the factory seat heater comes sowed into the cover from beneath. Randy was able to carefully extract and transfer the heater onto the new cover that he tailored to exact factory specs using leatherette that matched the OEM color and texture. He had the leatherette on hand.Although BMW front seats are quite comfortable, the bottom covers are weak and tear repeatedly at one of the seams. But Randy was aware of this flaw, and he reinforced the new cover with extra foam padding, making the seat more sturdy while maintaining the original level of comfort.I m impressed with Randy s level of expertise (addressing the design flaw in the seat) as well as his level of preparedness (having the exact material on hand). His rate is reasonable and his craftsmanship is high quality. Five stars from me.

The center council for my 2010 Acura TL leather cover had worn through leaving the padding exposed. Randy promised he could replace the leather, quoted me a price and time that seamed reasonable. He did everything promised plus he also replaced the padding at no extra cost. His work blends in perfectly with the leather seats and all the rest of the leather trim, except for the fact that it is new and perhaps the stitching is better than factory original. I am pleased with the quality of Randy s work, and will recommend his service to others.Service: Upholstery repair

Randy did an amazing job on repairing a pretty big tear on my perforated leather drivers seat that had seen better days. Went above and beyond by repairing side bolstering and getting perfect color match on 10+ year old leather. Has been near a year since and it still looks amazing. Thank you for help!

Picked up my mustang tonight at closing (6pm). Been reading reviews on the location and am shocked. The Lynnwood location is easy to get to and Randy has been there for years. Randy did an excellent job on my driver seat. I have brought all of my cars here as I always get the highest quality service. I am always able to make appointments in advanced and get a good time that works for me. Couldn't be more happy with all that Randy has done for me!

I have had Randy do a couple projects for me. He did a complete interior on my 1966 Ford Mustang Fastback, including covering the rear quarters with vinyl that perfectly matched the seats right down to the little piece of trimmed carpet he fabricated and installed to match the floor line. It was top flight work.He also put a leather interior in my 2013 JK Rubicon Unlimited that is factory perfect! Much thanks Randy.

I drove down from Marysville because I heard that this shop was the most reputable place for upholstery work. I met the owner Randy and told him I needed some work done on the back panel of my driver's seat. He took care of it at a very competitive rate, but more importantly he made me feel really good about bringing my car to his shop. They've been in business for 35+ years and it really shows. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing upholstery work done on their vehicle.

Went to their shop during regular business hours. Door was locked and no one in site. I m busy and was trying to get my car there for a month. Finally got there and no one there.
