Their service was so wonderful, they were polite and friendly through scheduling and when picking my car up. They were so quick and easy to get my appointment, I dropped my car off the night before and was so shocked when they called me at 10am the next morning to tell me my car was ready. Just overall they were a pleasure to deal with and not too mention the amount I paid was more than half the amount I was quoted at the dealership. Probably like 60% cheaper!!!We will definitely be returning!!!

Have had 3 different cars worked on in the last 3 weeks. Have dropped off in the morning and picked up that afternoon. The cleanest repair shop I have seen in years. Deffintley worth a visit. You will not be disappointed

A relatively new battery died in my 2007 Camry. Road service jumped the battery. I went to Van Loo's Auto Service for the first time. They promptly confirmed that the battery needed to be replaced and that it was under warranty. I only paid for service. I was very thankful for their kindness in moving me to the front for service and interrupting their busy day to help a new customer.

Being a female taking your vehicle in somewhere to get fixed is a little scary alot of places will take advantage of women not knowing too much about vehicles. I was treated with respect and my vehicle was done in a day. Pricing was way under what i thought it would be and my car runs great again Thank you guys!!! Was travelling in the area when a coil pack failed, I was able to buy a replacement (two just incase) but no one would install for me on short notice. ALL the shops contacted were "too busy" to help a tourist. Only Roy offered to assist. He had the coil replaced in all of five minutes, and refused any payment. I would highly recommend this shop, Roy is a true old school repair guy with integrity.Service: Engine repair

I just got home from a 1600 mile trip up in the rugged mountain country of Idaho after having my oil changed and a tune-up at Van Loo's. My '89 Bronco II worked great all the way. I even noticed that I didn't lose as much radiator fluid after they tweaked various things under the hood. Thank you to Van Loo's!!! I'll definitely be using their services. They are kind, considerate, and professional!

They replaced the o2 sensor and the clutch slave cylinder. I was tempted to do the work myself, but the weather and my low patience set me back from proceeding to work on my own car. The price was a little high (college student = all money reserved for college), but they seem to be capable of doing the job based on their experience, so I let them go at it. I don't know for how long the repairs (quality parts they used) will hold up till next replacement, but for now I am satisfied. Mr. Roy told me that the fuel efficiency has decreased due to some unkown issue, but I really wish the fuel issue was included in the first diagnostic test of the car, not after the repairs were done. They are nice and patient people, give them a call if you need car service/repairs.

Van Loo's service is friendly and reliable. I have had them work on a couple vehicles in the past, and most recently my Chevy Silverado pick-up. They are helpful and friendly, have always done a good job in a timely fashion, and stand behind their work.

Van Loo's Auto Service took care of my 4runner transmission issues quickly and affordably. There was a small mix-up with the repair, and they were very accommodating to resolve it. Thanks for your expertise in the repair department. I will bring my other vehicles here to be serviced soon too!

Incredible Service.I was in Lynden from out of town, and my truck developed a vibration on decel and braking (with clutch in), and since I had a long way to get home, I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Jack rode with me back to where I was staying so I could explain the problem and demonstrate it to him.They had the rear U-joint diagnosed, torched off, and replaced within 4 hours! And the price was incredibly reasonable (<$180). Incredibly friendly service, and great mechanics that know their stuff. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I only hope this review gets more people to their shop.

By far the best place in Town! Roy and his staff are awesome and went way out of their way to stay late and fix my truck just after our family left Canada for holidays. Couldn't recommend more! Thank you so much, you helped save our holiday!

They have done a variety of work on my truck. From an oil change to pinion seals. They have always been professional and done professional quality work. No complaints. Was looking for a new mechanic a while back...needless to say, found one.

Professional in the way they treat you and in the service they provide. I have been using them for many years and on several occasions have had to bring my car in on an emergency basis and asking them to get if fixed as soon as possible. They got it back to me in a matter of hours or in one case overnight. A blown compressor was the problem and I had to have my car towed back from Ellensburg, Wa, and parked it in their driveway. Called them the next morning about to problem. They got it done in that day and I was back on the road

Van Loos is always dependable and on time. And when I ask for an extra, if they can't work on it (i.e., reproduce the problem), then they won't charge. When they do my regular oil change, they always check the spare to make sure that it is u to pressure.
