I was in need of new tires for my car about 2 1/2 weeks ago & Zylstra was highly recommended for being family owned by a relative of mine. I usually go for my tire needs to another local business but due to their terrible service too many times it was time to check out somewhere different. I called and got a quote for new tires & they were able to see me the next day! I literally shopped the shops in downtown Lynden while they worked on my car and it was done in less than an hour - VERY IMPRESSED! I found my new tire shop for my car needs and I am thankful for their exceptional customer service with a smile, their amazing communication, and their speed of service. I highly recommend & will be telling all of my friends & family! SUPPORT LOCAL :)

I recently visited Zylstra Tire in Lynden, and I must say that I was impressed with the quality of service and the professionalism displayed by the staff, especially Gilbert. He went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible service and was satisfied with my experience.Throughout the entire process, Gilbert kept me informed and updated on the progress of the repairs. He was patient, and friendly, and answered all my questions with a smile. I felt confident and reassured that my car was in good hands.Overall, my experience at Zylstra Tire was exceptional, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing automotive services. Gilbert's exceptional customer service skills made my visit even more enjoyable and I will definitely be returning for any future needs.

Gilbert and team are GREAT!I'm an Army reserve Soldier. My tire went flat 24 hours before I leave for 2 weeks of annual training. Gilbert got me in and fixed within 2 hours!Great customer and technical service! Thank you guys!

I called early morning to see if I need an appointment or what time I should come first I talked to a woman who let me talk to Tyler. Tyler told me to bring the car in after their lunch break.No place to park and Tyler was too busy with phone calls to make to help me today so I went to Les Schwab where I bought new wheels and tires.

My TPMS light came on in my car when I was leaving work yesterday. I work in Lynden so I drove the 5 minutes to Zylstra and arrived as they were just about to close. They aired up my tires and checked all 4 since we didn't know which one turned the light on. The two employees who helped me out seemed like genuinely good guys and weren't salty at all by my last minute arrival (or at least didn't show it). I greatly appreciate the free air up and will definitely return if I need tires in the future!

Excellent service and they really go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. While I was waiting for my car to be finished a customer had a question about chains and the employee sat there and explained everything to the customer and showed them how different chains go on. It was nice to see how much they actually care about their customers.

I have been to this location 4 times in the last 3 years to get the tpm sensors replaced in one of our cars. Their pricing is Competitive with others around, however the service I receive here is bar none the best around. Gilbert is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and just a great person all around. Every other employee I ve had the pleasure of interacting with have been nothing short of awesome. This is a how business should be! Some town, locally owned and the service they offer can t be rivaled by anyone else,

I have taken nearly every car I have had to these good folks, and they have always been top notch! They even did a tire rotation for my mom one time for free when she hadn t even gotten her tires there! I have an account there, and one time the system wasn t pulling it up and Gilbert said you can take your wheels and come back another time and we ll figure it out . We ended up figuring it out after a few minutes, but that kind of customer service is something you WILL NOT GET ANYWHERE ELSE!!Highly recommended!

Excellent service and very honest people. One time they accidentally charged me for a set of tie rods and didn t end up needing them. The next time I went in they remembered and wanted to check if I did need them or not. Didn t need them and they refunded me. They could have easily said nothing and I would have never known. Top quality and honesty is what they strive for and deliver.

We stopped in Lynden on our vacation to explore the downtown area. We re Dutch so we had to check it out. When we went to leave, our Jeep wouldn t start. We didn t know anyone in the area but luckily we were parked right around the corner from Point S Zylstra Tire. The 3 guys working there were so kind and helpful. They tried to jump our Jeep and when that didn t work, they helped us manually stimulate the starter so we could get back to our condo in Birch Bay. They took 20 minutes out of their day to help stranded tourists and didn t charge us anything.

We were heading on vacation, and realized our boat trailer s tires were looking iffy. We brought the trailer into the shop on our way out of town. Gilbert confirmed our fear, we needed new tires. Despite being swamped and very busy, they were able to get us on the road quickly and safely with new tires. Thanks for always having awesome service and caring about your clients.

Folks in shop have been very friendly the couple times i have been in or called. Do not always have exactly what i am lookong for, but service i have recieved has been great, including fitting me in on short notice if they have staff available to do so. Local tractor dealer first recommended them to me.

I had a low tire light come on in the middle of this snow and cold. The guys at zylstra filled my tires for free! Amazing customer service! The only place ill go for tires. Just bought 2 new tires from them the other day! Amazing customer service!

The owner is one of the most accommodating service people I've met. This tire company has the best prices and their followup care for your purchase is outstanding.The money I saved and the service I get is the reason I will go back for my next set of tires. And I tell my friends about Zylstra.

After much research I confirmed the tires I needed were 100s of $$ cheaper at Point S in Lynden. PLUS the service & professionalism are outstanding. I drove away with 4 new tires not just $$ cheaper, but even below the initial quote. Thank you Gilbert Silva.

Had a slow leak in my 2005 Avalanche, Les S said I had to buy new wheel. Zylstra tire fixed the problem. Great people, great service.

I had a set of tires installed on my 1995 Lexus LS400 several months ago.... they look great and drive great! Very happy with the tires, and also very happy with the service I received at Zylstra Tire. Highly recommended.

I had a pretty bad flat tire and fix a flat lasted enough to get there. Found a screw in my tire and automatically made an appt within 30 min. & repaired it & no pressure to buy a new tire at all

The people here are friendly and helpful. Their prices are competitive. They carry a nice selection and many of the very best quality tires. Overall, this is an excellent place to buy tires.

Pretty bad when they test drive it 3 times say they checked everything out and act like your trippin in the process tell you your good to go and you lose your half shaft 15 mins later if I could give them no stars I would they just lost a second generation customer. I feel very angry and disappointed that a mom and pop shop would let this half as behavior happen. Never again I tell you what. IF it was my girlfriend or nephew in drivers training diving I Probably would have been on my way to medical center. Needless to say I'm very disappointed

Great service as always. Called to make sure they were open on holiday told then I had a slow lrak6on my rental. They told me when it would be before they could get to me so I didn't have to wait there a long time. Got me back on my way earlier than I expected.

Wow! We were on the hunt for new tires and stopped in. Customer service was very friendly and personal. We are so excited to have a whole new set of tires and glad we stopped in.
