Just wanted to buy a couple of simple items today. Girl at the counter barely reacted to me. No greeting, no hint of friendliness, just enough communication to tell me how much to pay, then turned away. A repeat of last week. Guess I'm making the effort to go a bit farther out of my way to NAPA from now on.

I like this store, because it's close to where I work, and easy to stop by on my way home. I've spent much of my hard earned money at this location. There are a few people that are always helpful and engage with you. There is, however a few people that treat me like I'm getting in the way of their socializing time. If it's not a simple checkout, and they have to hunt for a part, it's like I'm asking too much. That's literally their job! Find parts!! One of them (I won't mention names, but his name is spelt unconventionally) pretty much treats me like a second class citizen. He very clearly does NOT want to help, and for some reason I always get stuck with him. I'm a very nice person, always show respect and practice patience with him. I have no idea what his problem is, or if he treats everyone that's not his friend from high school, like he treats me. I've seen him be nice, and playful, but it was with his friends and co-workers. Then I get to the counter, and it's like I stole his puppy or something.. took his video games away for bad grades. It's really unfortunate though, such a great location.

5 stars to Sabino here! Hey managers and corporate, this is the type of worker you want running these places!When we went in for a battery test and replacement, he heard another worker telling my family he would lend us tools to change our battery in 3� weather. Sabino asked what car we had and knew right away it was a simple job. He offered to help out in 3� weather, not to mention the wind chill. This is customer service. Give him a raise

I would like to have the true manager of the store reach out my husband was in there today looking to make a purchase at which time while he was shopping he heard the two employees go behind the counter and start making fun of him. So he left without purchasing anything he was about to spend about $150 in your store.Tiffany the manager was a part of this situation as well as whatever male employee was at the desk that dayYou can respond to this review let's just make it public, I will no longer come to the store for any of my mechanical needs.

This is a review for the Lynden O'Reillys' only as I don't frequent the others often. The staff is always friendly, great selection of parts in stock and usually can get whatever they don't have by the next day at noon. Most parts have a high end or cheap equivalent to choose from. Standard or lifetime warranties etc. Perfect place for a guy like me to go if he needs something now. They also price match with their competition if you didn't know.

I won't ever deal with Everson ever again. But the lady named Tiffany at O'Reilly's in Lynden, WA was the nicest people and she put my faith back.

Called in here first thing on a Saturday morning looking for some battery lugs and jumper cables and the phone was answered by Nick who was both cheerful and helpful. He took the time to check the computer and the shelf to insure the items I was looking for were in stock and he even pulled them for me so I could just walk in and grab them. Headed over that way and walked in the door to find Nick just as happy and helpful in person as he had been on the phone. He answered a few questions I had and pointed me in the direction of the remaining items I was searching for. After some light conversation and a quick check out I was back on the way to a wonderful day and my project. Thank you Nick for providing excellent service!!!!!

Not helpful at all! They don't have a book anymore to find out what wiper blades you need ( I asked) they have a QR code to scan. What do you do if you don't have your phone? Was very disappointed. Normally I would install my own wiper blades but I made the kid do it and he had to go ask for help. I hope they stay on!

I went in here to get antifreeze and the gentleman who helped me locate it was friendly so I went to pay at his register and he was just so easy to talk to that I ended up ordering all the parts to fix my truck! Thank you for all your help and for being you. Awesome

Super helpful friendly staff. Nice to know that even if this location didn't have my part one of the many close by locations would, and I could finish my entire purchase there and run to their next location and pick up the part hassle free. Decent pricing and easy returns for when you realize you went a little overboard on your initial trip.

Good service and friendly staff. Was able to bring in a hard to find part for me over night without any additional shipping charges like other shops tried to charge me. The one bummer is the fact that the part ended up being $84.99, instead of $75.99 like it is listed 20 minutes away in Bellingham. Perhaps higher pricing due to being close to the border.

Brought in a part I had bought 4 years ago at another location, though the part hadn't worked in about 3 and a half years. Just never had the time to remove and replace until now. They credited me the amount I originally paid and I decided to buy almost as much in merchandise and still got $3 back. Buy domestic made parts and replace them less often! Otherwise make sure you have the lifetime warranty which these guys will honor.

Called in asking for a quote for a headlight, after describing what I was looking for the gentlemen asked if he could put me on a hold to help a customer. I said absolutely no worries. I continued to hold for 20 minutes ( the conversation itself was probably 45 seconds ) then hung up and attempted to call back immediately. I was hung up on twice.... I heard the phone be picked up, background of helping customers then hung up immediately. Look being in customer service management for 6 years now I have exceptional patience. I ve spent over 200 dollars in the last 48 hours there and this isn t alright. If told we are super busy do you mind calling back? Would have been no problem but to make me sit there expecting to come back and then hang up on me twice for a 35 dollar headlight that I can get on amazon... unprofessional as hell. I love o rileys but I ll be going to the Bellingham location from now on.

The customer service here is so poor, we were helped by Tiffany she gave us the wrong size stuff then was incredibly rude when we had to bring it back she messed it up again so we brought our stuff to the everson location and the service members there helped us out saw immediately where she had gone wrong and proceeded to say a lot of ppl complain about her.Also I got her on the phone and asked to speak to someone else when a different problem came up and she told me there was no one else available to speak to and then raised her voice at me.

Mr. Todhunter was so sweet and helpful even though he was supposed to be on lunch! He answered all my questions went above and beyond to help me. BEST OF ALL - He did NOT treat me like some stupid female like all other auto parts stores! I know my car stuff =)

All kinds of car stuff! Round things, metal things, containers with thick liquid, little glass bulbs for lighting up your life. Stop by and find something you didn't know you needed too! Great customer service too, ask for Desi, tell them Lucy sent you!

Had an issue with my Battery. The employee was happy to do a load test and also checked my onboard computer. It was pouring rain and he was very happy to help. Wish I remembered his name.

Customer service was great, they found the correct headlights for my car, and they installed the hard to install headlights with some out of the box thinking. Greatly appreciate the help they both gave me!

My only problem with my most recent visit was the difficulty of locating the particular part that I was there for. It is not the fault of O'Reilly its just a super hard to find part, for a fairly obscure vehicle in the US.

Here's my review ~Besides the staff always being kind and helpful towards me, I had a great experience in the Lynden O'Reilly's on July 29. I was a dollar short with the cash I had on me that day, and Dylan Bass reached in his pocket and made up the difference for me. I was actually shocked for a minute. Who really does that?!That did it for me. You guys rock at Lynden O'Reilly's Thanks again Dylan, for paying it forward.

One of 4 auto parts stores I have been to in Lynden.Not that well stocked as several times over the years they said they could order the item I needed from one of their Bellingham stores.

Went to get a 2004 Ford escape fuel pump they said that would honor an ounce line price from Amazon and or any other corporation for that matter for price matching I made sure before I actually drove down there they did not honor that price by the way which was 40 bucks online $179 the lynden location so what they told me on the phone was not true

Steven is the f**king man. He has a beard that mere mortals would be envious of and he walks with an air of of confidence that says I m going to find you that oil that meets the 507 spec that you ve spent what feels like 9 hours looking for, and I m not going make you feel like an idiot like Jerkface at Walmart did . I m not going to sugar coat it, Steven saved my damn life yesterday.

They sold my wife the wrong size tire chain. She took in a picture of the sidewall of the tire which clearly shows the tire size. 2 different clerks looked at the picture and they still got the size wrong.
