Scheduled an appointment for 7 am Saturday. Arrived at 6:50 am like instructed online and was told they didn t schedule enough employees to get ANY work done for the day. Also that Schrodinger s additional employee may or may not arrive at some point but no one else is scheduled to work.Nobody wants to get up early on a cold Saturday, drive across town and have their time and gas wasted.

Today was the second time I visited in two weeks, this time I had a nail in my tire, last week I had a punctured tire that was not fixable. Both times they have been very professional and got to my car as soon as possible. Very nice and so great to have a tire shop available on a Sunday.

Always good prices on parts and everything else. The wait time for help was long. Otherwise a great place to shop.

So where do I even start I took my 2008 hatchback to this Walmart in Longview when I was in crisis mode. Not only were the staff extremely helpful but the service was incredible. My car had bad placement of my tire pressure sensor fitted on my rims the dealership from Vancouver did a poor job of checking for clearance issues. I was driving back on I-5 to Tacoma where I live and my two front tires exploded because of this, mind you this was on a Saturday night around 11pm in December. I couldn t find any tire shops open on Sunday to diagnosing my issues. While they didn t have my tire size in stock (not expecting, I have low profile tires) the staff there was overly excited to work with me. Not only that one of there employees (Jesse) took time off of his shift to go find a lug nut key that would fit my car to take them off since they didn t have my aftermarket available(understandable). They got me back on the road after I found some tires at a different shop but nonetheless the service was amazing. What started as a terrible and I mean absolutely terrible weekend turned into an adventure that I will never forgot. I will always appreciate this and I wish I could do more to help shed light on these amazing people.Service: Tires

I cant even leave a review because auto center won't take an appointment and when I show up the kid laughs and says "good luck with that we've got a 2 hour wait. " At this point with over rated egos here and over pricing other places I'll just get the tools and do it myself.

Good people, knowledgeable technicians.... took great care care of me and treated my 20 year old VW like it was a new car! Highly recommend.....

They forgot to install my tire pressure sensors and I didn't know the tires were running on 20 lbs for months, and the tires wore down in 15,000 miles. I gave them another chance (people make mistakes) and they did the same but I had someone check and fix. They denied it being them and said snow tires had no warranty. But they also called and said my car was ready at 3:30, so I had someone take me there at 4:20. They were inside, I could see them as I was knocking on the closed gate, but they (woman & man) said, "we're closed" and turned their backs to me. They told me they were open till 5 and online it says that. I went back the next day to get it and they said, "we decided to close at 4 yesterday". They gave no apology nor showed any concern. I ask them to put the new tires on rear but they said the rear tire didn't have enough tread so they couldn't touch them. I said that's not true and come out and measure them, there fine, they had lots of tread and they said, "we're to busy to do that", and then asked the customer behind me, what can I do for you and ignored me. IF I WERE YOU, I'D FIND ANOTHER TIRE STORE.

Guy looked at my tire, took notes, then went on break, and didn't hand off to another associate. I ended up back in line again, waited longer, and did the whole process again. It was quite frustrating, especially since I was late for work because of this tire. I didn't make it to work this day.

Nice employees! Took my car in there for the front end shaking and thought I needed my tires rotated and balanced but employee found a bad tear in my front passenger tire was causing the problem. Really happy with them

Called ahead and came in right away, 3 hours before they close, to patch a single tire. Tire was already off the vehicle, 15 minute job. Told me they weren't accepting any more customers today. Completely useless and used a rude tone. If you can't get any work done don't bother being open or fix your hours if you're not going to work them. A frustrating waste of time.

Sorry this place needs more help. The one women working in auto center today was amazing. She was handling many customer at once with a great attitude. Give that girl a raise. Saw three other employees just standing around

I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT use this tire center. Took them over 2.5 hrs to just balance 4 tires and they were worse than how I drove my truck in. The communication is horrible and the customer service is non-existent!! When they do finally talk to you, after asking what's taking so long, they can't even tell you the truth. If you need any Tire service what so ever, GO somewhere else!!! You will save time and a huge headache!!!! Never again Walmart- at least under the current tire center Management!!!

Came in at 11:30 for a oil change and was told our car was next and we done In 40 min due to getting fuel injector flushed, an hour and half later asked if they were done and the fuel injector flush was not completed so we asked not to do it and was told they would get paper work ready once they finished the oil change??? At 1:15 I complained and Was told that s good time for a oil change. Never have I waited that long for a oil change.

Came in for an oil change over my lunch hour at work, good price. But, with only 1 other car in the bays besides mine, it took an hour and an half to get my car back. I have read that they do this so you will spend time shopping in the store. Well, okay sounds logical but all it did was irritate me and make me late getting back to work. You gotta do better than this if you want me to keep coming back.

Ordered tires online had them shipped to this store because they have a tire center. After talking to the store on the phone everything seemed fine. So I went in to pick them up and have them mounted and balanced, and they won't install them due to being over 3% then stock tires.

Pulled up to get help with a flat tire. Was immediately told I needed to park elsewhere and that they were closing early due to lack of technicians. Poor service compared to my usual walmart tire center in Chehalis

Bought 5 batteries in 2 months, none are what I needed, they don't stay charged, the Manager wont exchange or charge them and they are less then 6 months old according to Walmart`s sticker on them and have a 5 yr warranty on all of them. But yeah, they wont do anything with them, even though the workers here are the ones that told us these are what we needed. Oh and Beware and Avoid the Assistant Manager he is Obnoxious, Rude, more then happy to Bombard customers with F Bombs and call 911 if you accidently park in the wrong place. This place is NOT worth it, try the tire shop by Cricket they are cheap but do Great work on your whole car, not just tires and go to the Walmart on Ocean Beach. I know, at the least, they treat their Disabled Vets and disabled Customers much better there.

We went to get tires they set everything up showed us how much it would be for the tires we wanted, even explained there was a cheaper tire we could get but my husband wanted a better ride so we went with an all weather tire over an all terrain. We don't drive much or go many places to the doctor, store, etc. So we go do some shopping come back after about an hour or more and sit and wait after a bit they call us up to the desk, the young man goes out to the bay comes back in and tells us they couldn't put tires on our vehicle because it has a tow bar and they don't have tires for tow vehicles. They had our phone # they could have called so we could have got tires else where, but NO... Now we have to spend the morning of our anniversary looking for tires... That's for nothing Walmart Tire Center.

They were slow! I showed an hour early and shopped around. They had my keys and I had my ticket. So there was no reason why at 20 minutes past my appointment time; my car still had not been pulled in for a 2 tire change. While there I seen 8 people leave that came in for an oil change; after they were told it was at least an 3 and a half hour wait time.

Incompetent staff that all give you different prices for the service you need. I was told it would only take an hour to an hour and a half for put TWO new tires on and 3 hours later we are still sitting here!! All anyone keeps saying is "they are almost done" I will never use this tire shop again & I advise anyone thinking about it to reconsider!

The worker was rude 3/3 times he spoke to me getting two tires. One thing was shaming me for not knowing where I should have parked and it continued. Waited 3.5 hours and had $24 additional for balancing which was not quoted I had to pay. The warning lights for tire pressure is on now.

We will NEVER use this facility again. It was bad enough that we, along with 5 other customers (who could be clearly seen by the staff) went without receiving service for quite some time. Apparently it was more important for 3 staff members to stand around discussing a service ALREADY completed with a customer, than helping the those still waiting. Although assured we would be called while in store, after quite some time we were forced to return to that department to find out what was taking so long. Robert spent more time laying on the counter then attempting to help us determine that, the only employee now in this area. When another employee finally came back, it was determined the vehicles had been completed for quite some time, yet no one bothered to call. We will NOT be recommending this facility in the future nor patronizing it again ourselves.

They will mess up your vehicle and then try to blame you for it. When you prove it was their negligence they don't even apologize. Ive only brought my vehicle in a few times, and im never going to again.

We went in to have tires put on that we ordered online from walmart. Took our phone number. Didnt call us after an hour of us walkin around store thinking our tires were done. They wouldnt mount them. While driving to find a tire service to mount our tire. We noticed our HOOD WAS NOT LATCHED. Luckily we noticed while driving down I-5. went down to ST Helen and James there took care of us

I was treated fair and got my tire in a decent time. The staff was helpful and prompt to meet my needs.
