I first took my car to Tower Automotive in February 2020 for an oil change. Have not gone anywhere else since. I have had them do other work on my car. They are reasonably priced, and always check with you before doing any work to your car. Plus, they are great at squeezing you in for an oil change when you are way, way over due! I highly recommend them!

My husband and I take both of our vehicles to Tower anytime we need something whether it be maintenance or major repairs. Jim is always so knowledgeable and helpful! Although it s never a fun experience to have your vehicle in the shop, the folks at Tower always take good care of us! Definitely recommend!

Well my names Chris not Norman first of all .Norman's my husband . My car under my name not my husband's and my ph shows my name ,so that bugs me when you tell someone 3 times and they still address you as Norman .Paid 154.00 diagnostics on a wheel wobble on a 2019 crosstrek limited..tech said he could find nothing but as soon as I hit speeds of 70 you can barely hold on to steeling wheel it shakes and wobbles so bad it vibrates all items off dash, they said I need to have my tires balanced again ? 2 times this yr and just did it a gain nothing changed so now I'm looking for a mechanic that will.trouble shoot problem or my self ,even the assisted eyesight shuts off because car wonders to the left immediately, had it aligned too a month ago and only 22,000 miles on all terrain tires switched to highway tires still there? I'm thinking it maybe a warped rotor because they said nothing was wrong with suspension ,all said and done still have problem!!

They are meticulous and thorough and their customer service is the best I have ever received - and I have been to a few good shops. I have an old station wagon I love (1988 Ford Country Squire) and i wanted to know if there were any deep issues that would be hard and expensive to fix. They were completely willing to work on it and gave me a decent priced inspection option that fit my needs. They went over it completely and did not dig in deeper where it would require more money on my part but were definitely willing even though my car is old. They gave me a good assessment of the overal condition based on what they found and knowing how much I love my wagon, sympathetically told me how much it would be and agreed with me that it was probably better if I drove it until it wasn't drivable anymore. I like to work on cars myself, I just have my tools in storage in another state right now, but I decided to ask them to change the waterpump for now - and they let me know that fixing that part might cause other problems - and I know from experience that can happen - but I really appreciate their honesty and thoroughness, their willingness to take on my old car and are still willing to do the work I ask. These guys are upfront and I am one hundred percent confident they will do the job right. This is my experience so far and I love the way they treat customers. I will also add that a friend of mine has taken his Jeep in there a few times and they treat him the same way - doing good quality work and never pushing to do other work, but letting him know what needs to be done soon and what can wait till later.They seem like a busy shop but will get you in pretty quickly, these guys work hard and are worth every penny.

I have been taking my vehicles to Tower Automotive for the past five years. They have always done great work at a reasonable price. They flag issues but never over-sell you. I can't recommend them enough.

After parking my car under a tree for 2 weeks during the winter, I came home to a saturated, mildewd interior. No one in my area would even touch the problem. When I called Tower Automotive, They could take my car the next day. The staff was kind and welcoming. They did a superb job diagnosing, explaining and fixing the problem.. They were upfont and transparent about the cost. Due the the extensive damage, it was not cheap, but I feared the cost would be much more. As I was desperate to get this fixed ASAP, they could have taken me to the cleaners and they did not. It was worth the hour and a half drive to get such excellent service.

Finding a great mechanic you trust is critical but finding a service writer who will fight to ensure the repair is done right, priced fair, and completed ahead of schedule is exceptional. Thanks for taking the stress out of this repair!

I've been taking my vehicles to tower automotive for many years. Tower has always communicated the repairs needed to my vehicle and the price estimate has always been right on or on occasion lower. I trust their work and will continue to take my vehicles to Tower.

Took my F150 to Tower Auto for a steering and whining problem. They were able to diagnose the issues, as well as other issues that I was unaware of. They completed the diagnosis within a few hours and got back to me with all the results. Informed me on what was needed now, what could wait, and what to keep an eye on. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely be returning for future diagnosis and repairs.

This shop is full of incredibly kind and honest people. I have never felt so taken care of by mechanics and the service staff. I got in a pretty bad accident where my camper van rolled down a hill and they not only helped me with the repairs but also helped me have a space to clean it out. My best experience with a shop to date, I would give them 10 stars and will tell everyone I know to go there.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

Great place to have repair work done and oil changes are done right and fast, usually 30 to 40 minutes with an appointment only a few days out. Friendly staff and experienced, knowledgeable.

I brought my work van in because the the transmission was having problems and they were able to diagnose the issue and repair it very quickly. Definetly will be using them again in the future.

Dishonerable Did 7000 dollars in repair that never worked Took truck back to their shop at my expense every time for the same issue Then told me that after 5 times and never fixing the same original repair that they would not honor it because the initial repair was a year old I would never use them again and I will be telling everyone i know

Went there for air bag fix. Everything had been repaired and new. They couldn t figure it out but said they could buy all new stuff and charge me $4800 to fix it my parts were bad!! Second time I went in for a simple wiring on window didn t work due to wire broke or not connecting. They said my window motor was bad I needed a new one. I came and got the car and checked the window motor it worked fine. So I called and told them what happened but they never returned my phone call. They are not anyone I d recommend especially for wiring. Now I d never give them another job. Very un professional how they took care or didn t take care of my issues. They should tell people they don t do wiring!! Don t go there!!

I called tower on Monday and they got to work on my car the very next day after it was towed there. The staff is friendly, they communicated with me several times and always let me know what my options were.I couldn't believe how quickly they got my car up and running again. Very quick to update and verify every decision with owner before proceeding with anything. It felt like I was sitting next to the mechanic as he fixed my car instead of him just taking it away and bringing it back "all better."Comfortable waiting spaces, offered to drive me home when it was going to take a while, fantastic customer service all the way around!Thank you for your service to the community Tower Auto, we appreciate you!

My airbag light came on and it stayed on. I had called around to multiple place and tower was by far the most reasonable place for the job. They went out of there way to order the clockspring for me and make sure that it was the correct one that I needed. Once we got the part ordered I was able to get my car in the next week. I dropped my car off at 8am and I got a call at 10:50am saying my car was ready for pick up. Tower employees that worked on my car changed out the part and cleared the code and even did their drive to make sure the airbag light wasn t going to come back on. I would definitely recommend tower for all your car needs. They also have great customer service and are very friendly and helpful. I ll definitely be going back for future repairs I need on any of my vehicles.Service: Electrical

Incredibly honest and fairly priced! I highly recommend Tower Automotive. We brought our son's Mazda 3 in for an inspection after it had been in a fender bender. A different automotive shop in Vancouver had told us that the Power Steering pump and motor needed to be replaced because it was making noise. Tower Automotive inspected the vehicle and discovered that a bracket was bent and they fixed it at no cost. The power steering was perfectly fine. How wonderful is it to find an honest mechanic???? ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! These folks saved us over $1,000 dollars by not making a needless repair. Their honesty and integrity have made us lifelong customers. Great people! Love this place.

These people are great!!I was going through Longview on my way to the beach (with my wife, child, and dog) when the radiator in my truck blew. They got me in and all the repairs done the same day (they even stayed late). As we were waiting, all the staff came in to see if we needed anything.If I lived closer this would be my regular shop.Great company ran by great people.

I have utilized tower automotive for several of my vehicles. The thing I appreciate the most is their transparency, they stayed in touch with me the whole time. If there was a shipping set back that impared the timeliness of completion they were quick to let me know. Even when it was still in the inspection faze, they have me a detailed and itemized description of everything, and explained why it was recommended, what would happen if it was not fixed and what it could improve if it wasn't and then let me decide on the services that I felt were necessary and or in budget. And they work very hard to get it done in a reasonable amount of time .... unlike other shops in town. Needless to say I will most definitely be going back for my automotive needs.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

Great customer service, comfortable waiting area and super clean. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment - no problem! The receptionist couldn't have been nicer. She told the technician that we were from the coast and to expedite. What usually takes other shops an hour our job was complete in 30 minutes! What a great shop. I recommend Tower Automotive to anyone looking for an auto shop with exceptional customer service and experienced, hard working techs. Thanks again Tower Automotive.

car broke down on a trip it was an alternate . l so found out that they dip stick was the wrong one. Also was in contact with me to offer to fix it and had to get a new Serpetin belt. It was ready on time . I was happy with their services.The communication with me was hood since I live out of state And them working with meTo get the car ready to return home. I would recommend them as I feel that they were honest with me and the repair that was needed.Service: General repairs & maintenance
