Let me tell you about above and beyond! Veteran gentlemen had his battery die and couldn't afford the tow fee for a jump. Superior free of charge came and got him back on the road. Shows their love for their community. Highly recommend!

Recently replaced tires on a minivan. Quoted $100 less than Les Schwab for a name brand set of tires, and were in next day. No appointment needed and took just over an hour for install. Previously had a brake job and a wheel bearing replaced here with no issues. Can't say the same for a recent visit to Les Schwab, so I'm 100% with STS moving forward.

Friendly, helpful and a huge array of tires and accessories to choose from. If you are like me, and expect and deserve great customer service, with suggestions/recommendations, not strong armed upselling, Superior Tire Service is where you want to go. I highly recommend STS for all of your auto and tire needs.

Amazing customer service. Priced three shops in town for a minor brake job. First shop gave quote of $900, second was $500, Superior quote was under $200. Highly recommend

These people at STS are awesome. They fixed my tire and gave me a lug nut that was missing. At no cost since I had them work on my tire and alignment.

Speaking of Superior tire service, these guys carry the name for exactly what they offer. Xander was courteous and helpful from the beginning unlike les other spots in the area. Superior Tire Service offers free patch for your tire so sit back and relax in their waiting room and hang out with Cathy, your friendly CSR she will give you a smile to remember.

Great customer service! I was stranded on the side of the road with a blow out in our truck. My husband Called Nick at Superior, he had a guy there in no time to save the day!! I was off and running with no more worries. Felt so taken care of and safe. Absolutely priceless!We ve had tires put on many of our vehicles over the years. All round a great place with amazing service.

Had a flat/blown out tire on the road. We got our car towed to Superior Tire Service. We had two tires changed. Keith the front desk guy was awesome! He quoted us over the phone.We were in and out of there before my coffee got cold. Thanks for the service!

I'm on the road a lot, so I'm quite familiar with having to go to shops for tire issues far more than the standard consumer. I do admit that I'm more challenging to work with sometimes because I know the drill and don't put up with BS. I have to say that Keith stands out from the pack with his Superior customer service, Superior knowledge, and Superior can do attitude. He did it all for a fair price and faster than expected.

This is the best auto business. Superior tire saved me 700.00 on a set of six tires for my RV. The exact same tires at a big chain tire shop were 2200.00, don't get taken advantage of by the franchise shops that say they guarantee lowest prices. I didn't bother to price match because I was insulted LS tires would quote me such a higher price. The woman who helped me at Superior tire was so great, she had the very best customer service skills and followed through from phone call to picking up tires and made me feel appreciated. I will tell everyone to go to superior tire because of prices and customer service. I felt like superior tire knew that with economy being poor and money being devalued they actually made me feel that they knew every penny counts and did the very best to get me tires I could feel good about not over paying for them. The other shops didn't have the tires I wanted in stock either and superior tire had them in stock so I got them same day. The other tire shops wanted me to downgrade the brand of tire I requested to fit into price I wanted to spend even knowing it was for a 30 foot motorhome and the ones they suggested were a tier four tire totally unacceptable for a large RV. Now I've got the top of the line tires I wanted in the first place. Thank you Superior tire!!

I purchased some new tires and wheels online and needed them mounted on my car in a quickly manner. They had no problem getting me in on the first day I contacted them and wasted no time with getting the job done. The price I paid was even cheaper than what they quoted me, which is always a plus! Their professionalism was definitely noticed and every employee had a great attitude. This will be my "go-to" tire shop for now on!

Great service. My husband has taken our car in numerous times for nails in our tires. They always fit us in and treat us well. Sometimes there s a long wait but we understand since it is doing us a favor during a stressful time. We definitely recommend them!

These guys are awesome! Even they were busy they helped me to fix my tire. Great attitude and not cost! on a couple months, I will need new tires on my 3 cars and absolutely I will be there! I'm happy to find a wonderful business in my town.

This place is amazing! They totally saved our vacation! We had started our trip and only made it one hour when a tire suddenly was losing air fast due to a nail. We pulled in and had a cranky baby in the car and many hours to go and they fixed it so fast and got us back on our big road trip! The staff were so kind and wonderful! They all deserve a raise!

My tires look great ride really nice I had to sit there for 2 hours supposedly I had a 2:00 appointment but when I got there they told me you don't make appointments for getting tires on so you just have to sit there and wait but I guess it was worth it really good tires

Me & my husband we re in about a week ago.The guy whom helped us was named Keith!He worked on our truck. Did an amazing job. He was super kind, easy to talk with, answered any of our questions! I truly appreciate his hard work. We will be returning there for anything we need plus recommending all of our family and friends. This place make you feel like home with no BS.We will be needing tires sooner than later...I plan to return!-Thank you guys!!

These guys are the BEST! I showed up 12 minutes before closing with a nail in my tire and they still chose to take care of me even though they had a couple vehicles they were still working on. And at NO COST. I couldn t be happier to keep my business with a local company that takes care of its people.

Ordered tires, tried to make an appointment for install. Was told it's first come first serve only! Show up to get them installed and their internet is down, so they wouldn't install my tires. Even if I paid cash! "We have no way to figure out your total"

Could have killed me!! My rear driver side wheel almost fell off my SUV on the highway the day after my new tires were installed. ALL the lugs on that wheel were loose. This definitely shortened the life span of the wheel studs. All the other wheels were tight. I called to inform the manager. I won't be doing any business with them in the future as this is a very preventable issue that could have ended catastrophically.

I originally came here thinking my girlfriend had scheduled her cv axel replacement here, but when we arrived I learned that I had come here by mistake, and that she had scheduled at T&T. I took the car to T&T, and**without inspecting the car**they informed me that they had a $950 workorder ready for the car, but they were not yet ready to get started.Long story short, I brought it back to Superior, they looked at for about 15 minutes, scheduled an appointment a week out, and I came back and had it sorted out for $250 in about 90 minutes time. STS > T&T, I can't be any clearer.

STS remembers the meaning of true customer service. I brought a tire in to get a plug after removing a screw. Can't remember the last time I was treated so cordially, the way I saw other customers treated was exemplary as well. True class acts, I will be bringing my business back again.
