Went here after our usual place couldn't find the issue with our car. After an hour, they found the very basic issue. They allowed us the use of their loaner car so we could get our errands done while waiting - a huge plus when you live an hour away. (We expected it to take WAY longer than it did.)Very friendly. Answered all of my questions without an eye roll. Rescheduled without a hitch when something else came up for our appt. Made sure we knew the hourly cost upfront, kept us updated on details so there were no surprises.We'll definitely be back.

The crew at Sterling Honda are awesome! We were traveling from our parents house in Ocean Park back home to Bend Oregon when my 2008 Honda Element started acting strange. It was a Sunday so the service department wasn t open but the dealership told us to stop by. They help us leave a note and our car for the service department the next morning. They had our car ready to go the next day so that we could get back home. Thanks guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is amazing! The staff is always so friendly. It is very clean and has a very comfortable waiting area with a flat screen tv and water or coffee is available if you want it.
