only place I will take my vehicles staff is kind and so are the Mechanics always call me and tell me if there anymore problems than I expected on my rigs prices are reasonable

FANTASTIC AUTO SHOP !!! Glenn the owner actually called me to discuss issues with my car. So kind, so professional, estimated costs were discussed. Such wonderful and respected customer care. He fixed my car, fast, and with care. I actually asked Glenn to put new headlights in. Yes I took my car back for more fantastic service. What a great team from the front office to the shop. Thank you for helping me. I now know I'm driving my car that is safe and reliable

I ve always been a firm believer in a honest days work for an honest days pay. Glen and Johnny are perfect examples of just that. Quality auto is the best mechanic shop in Cowlitz county period.

I paid another auto parts store a decent Amount of money to fix a problem that they did not fix. They changed my spark plugs when all I had was a exhaust leak . Brought it in to quality and they fixed it. Spoke to them three more times for other problems and they fixed those also. Great price, great service . I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs quality work done at a great price . Thanks

This person has a long history in the community working for another shop. I didn't have time to perform some front end work on my truck, the labor cost was very fair. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

First time there, was recommended by my dad. So far no complaints. Did good work and not over charged. Dropped off by 830am and was done 1. Was very nice and friendly too.

Well I paid a bunch of money to have work done and they returned my vehicle incomplete, must have had some stoner kid working on it because my fuel filler hose was not reattached, which caused me to dump gasoline all over myself and the station parking lot. Also did not put bumper bolts back in after reinstalling the fuel tank. And now if I start my vehicle the fuel pump sprays fuel all over the top of my tank because they did not properly reattach my fuel lines. I should have done the work myself.

Had to have some work on our Dodge Truck, took it in and was not supposed to get to it in a week, left the truck with them and it was done the end of the NEXT day. Wow, great honest service! Thanks so much Quality Auto :)

I have a number of old cars that Glenn works on to my complete satisfaction. Other shops in town have not provided the expertise that you expect and pay for. Glenn is a REAL mechanic.

Fixed a blown Head Gaskets and resurfaced the head . But never replaced Timing belt thermostat or Water pump? Which is standard procedure for this type of job on a Honda! Later had to fix all those things somewhere else.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair
