I brought my truck in to check out the muffler/exhaust. Pat the owner looked under the pickup and said $200 for the muffler.We brought it in. I came back to pick it up, the muffler was done, but was then told that the tail pipe was bad. The tail pipe was tack welded on with a sleeve and a big hole still in it. My wife called in afterwards and asked Pat why he didn't check out the tailpipe during the estimate? He said he hadn't put it on the lift. When asked if he checked out the catalytic converter during the repair? Nope. He said he wasn't asked to do that. He said I had asked about the muffler so he replaced the muffler. It's an exhaust shop? You don't check out the exhaust from one end to the other before an estimate on the muffler? The guy is kind of gruff about the whole thing. Others can see the photos. Go somewhere else. I will.Service: Exhaust

I was a passenger in my 80 yr. Old aunt. She uses this company often and has for years. She had something dragging under her car while driving. She pulled in there and a gentleman helped her right away. He looked under car found the culprit and re attached it. No charge. Excellent in service and hospitality.

Don t come here. This guy will tell you he ll look at your car and call you back a certain day then not get to it till days later, then work on it a tiny then put it behind other projects. Took 3 weeks to get my car back and he did absolutely nothing at all. Told me my car wasn t clogged took it to arts, they had it fixed in 2 days. This guys a lazy bozo.

Have stopped in two or three times while building my Hotrod for help. These employees were very nice and helpful everytime. The stopped what they were doing and helped when I walked in. It's the place to go for your custom exhaust work. Thank you for a great experience.

Beautiful job on my crown victoria today. Car went in as quiet as a mouse, it came out roaring like a lion. Very fast, courteous service. Worth every single cent. Very well priced. I HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone needing exhaust work done. This place is an exhaust treasure trove of quality and knowledge.

I've been in 3 times to have a muffler cut out. They used smaller pipe and restricted my exhaust. I went back 2 times to get it fixed. They sleeved my exhaust from the inside and my cars performance is not the same. I absolutely do not recommend this shop. Go somewhere elseService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

This place has great prices and performs quality work. I scheduled an appointment and got my exhaust redone on my truck and they got it done in a day. The people who work here have lots of experience with welding and know what they are doing.

My check engine light came on and I took it to an auto shop to get it diagnosed and fixed. They read the code and quoted me an outrageous amount to fix it! Needless to say, I was not happy. So I search the internet and found Reliable Muffler. Don quoted me several hundred dollars less to fix my catalytic converter and was sensitive to my timeline. He quickly noticed that the exhaust leak may be the soul issue and instead of just replacing the catalytic converter like I had asked, he called me up and recommended I get the exhaust leak fixed first because there was a good chance that the catalytic converter did not need to be replaced. I am very thankful and impressed with Don and his integrity. I will take my car into him for all of my muffler and exhaust needs from now on because I know that he will treat me fairly and honestly.

Got me in on short notice. Was busy, but actually moved a truck off the lift to do my truck. Great customer relations. I would recommend this place to all who want exhaust work done on their vehicle.
