I've been a customer for 20 years. I first connected with them when I was the county sheriff and we had a contract with the for all tire and suspension work on all my patrol cars. I was so favorably impressed with their work that I began taking my personal cars to them, and have continued to do so even since I've retired. The service is excellent and their selection is as good as anywhere; maybe better. Mark and Joel are knowledgeable and professonal and their staff is hard working and professional. These guys will never steer you wrong. Excellent local small business and I'm a customer for life.

Feel bad that it took so long to write a review. But Les Schwab in Chehalis trying to scam my wife and talk down to her like she s an idiot reminded me of how great these guys have treated me. Bought 3 sets of tires from them over the years, and they were always awesome to me. Competitive pricing. Even helped me with a warranty on tires I bought from a tire shop near Omak.

Got a nail in our tire while on a road trip and stopped while driving through Longview. Truly one of the best service experiences I ve ever had. They were so helpful, got us in quickly, checked all our other tires just in case, and checked the tire pressure along with patching the hole. Wish we lived in the same town as Point S because they would be our go-to for any tire needs!

So we bought a Dodge Durango a few years ago it's been great but lately it's been making so crazy loud noise so we went we're we KNOW we'll get great, fast and HONEST service got to say a big THANK UOU to them I feel so satisfied knowing the kind of service I'll always receive from them

EXCELLENT HONEST SERVICE!!! I went to another shop in town and was quoted an extremely high price for front and back brakes. A friend recommended I go to Point S Tires for another estimate. I walked in and was greeted by James. He could tell that I did in fact need front and back brakes but was WAY over quoted. I was scheduled for an appointment quickly and they saved me OVER $1000.00!!! I feel safer on the road with the honest, helpful, kind service I received! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We WILL be back!!! Very helpful. Did a great job. Great group of people. 4 wheels mount and balance in decent time. I will be going back there for more. I liked the job they did BUT , so I ordered a lift kit, they quoted me a price. So I called back a couple weeks later to find out they didn't order it and now the price went up... sorry.

Had an awesome experience popping in and getting new truck tires. The gentleman helping me didn't push for more expensive tires, he listened to what I said about my intended and recommended some tires in my price range. Installation was quick and I was out in an hour total. I'd definitely go back for any more tires in the future.

Point S has been a great place to bring my vehicles for tire, wheels, and suspension.The jobs they do are slightly limited, but being focued like that makes them fast and rarely do I have issues.There are very clear about what parts they are working on when you ask, and will let you know if something should or needs replaced.When issues do arise and it is one of the parts they repaired/replaced, they have always backed their work as long as it is still in the warrenty period no questions asked.

The owner is very friendly will help you with anything you can.! I was driving a tractor trailer truck a big one a chip truck doing a turnaround out in front of his store and he actually came out of his store and help block traffic for me to turn around! That's just not heard of these days! He does excellent service I would highly recommend Point s tire!

I bought four all season tires here and the people are very nice and very accommodating at getting me in and out of there quickly and I was very happy two because they also checked my brakes and let me know that they were in good shape. The price was also good for the tires I got

Called, let them know the situation, the tire blew on the tow truck on the side of the I5, as soon as I arrived, the gentleman in the office, put his gloves on, came to the back of my vehicle, unloaded and rolled the tire into the shop , and started working on it. Great customer service from the office to the gentleman that put the new tire on. First time customer, will definitely be back. Thank you!

The people here are amazing! So.... Awhile back I was driving to work when I hit a pothole and got a flat tire. I tried to make it as close to Point S tires as possible, but I was about half a mile away when I decided to not go any further out of fear of damaging my rim. I pulled in to a parking lot just across the street from Les Schwab. I have nothing against Les Schwab. I had the money to walk right over and have them handle my situation. But Point S tires has been good to me and my dude since we moved here a little over a year ago. And I'm a loyal woman to the core. Allow me to continue as I give you an example as to why. So back to my story:I get Point S on the phone (I believe it was James, that I spoke to) and I tell him my situation. He was on his way out to get a burger for lunch. But instead, he jumped in his truck and drove to where I was at, took my tire off, took it back to the shop, brought me a new tire and put it on for me. I was on the road again and all in all it took about 30 minutes. Now that's going above and beyond! I'm all about customer service. That's what I do for a living and it's easy for me to take someone's attempts at providing a service and pick it apart from here to hi hell. So when I'm saying this place has never been anything but amazing, THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN ANYTHING BUT AMAZING. I refuse to go anywhere else. And this is the best place in town.

Took my Mom's 2009 Prius here for a New set of tires "Tires are Good".... BUT after the tires were put on ALL of a sudden BOTH of the front Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors MYSTERIOUSLY went bad...... THINGS THAT MAKE GO HMMMM?... Now they want to charge me ANOTHER 69.95 PER WHEEL to install new TPMS sensors....... I feel like there's SOME FUNNY BUSINESS with this....NEVER had any issues with them prior to the service.....

So great! I "curbed" our camper a mile away from Point S. The nice clean AC lobby, and incredibly friendly staff got me fixed and out of there in minutes. I was prepared to buy a new tire, but they asked to see my spare and told me it would work great and I didn't need to buy anything, and didn't even want to charge for the tire change and pressure checks. Great place

Had a front end alignment here after hitting a bulb out in the snow. The appointment was less than a hour. They also had to adjust the rear end also. The price was actually less than what I had planned on paying. I have been coming to see Mark for over 30 years and have always been satisfied with price and performance on my rigs. I highly recommend this business and when I ran the maintainer blade for the rock alleys for the City of Longview, it was always a quick turnaround.

These guys are great! My husband always buys our tires from them and they always take care of us when we have a flat. I noticed at 5PM that I had a screw in the tire of my new vehicle(tires not purchased from Point S because they came with the car from the dealership). Brought it in at 5:15 and they had us back on the road at 5:30 for no charge! What wonderful customer service!

These guys are awesome, they take really good care of me every time I come In today I needed a new tire because I got a chunk of metal in my other one and it was unfixable so they got me in an out for under $50 for a good used tire in less than a half hour!Would definitely recommend these guys to anybody !

Wow, what a breath of fresh air. I recently moved to the area and needed tires for this winter. I made the mistake of going to Walmart please don't do that. Lol, I showed up on Monday right at open they were very happy to see me and made me feel very welcome. After a couple of questions, they had my car in for service. They had me back on the road in under 40 minutes, with better tires than Walmart, and saved me 60 dollars. Best tire experience in 50 years hands down. I will be sending all of my friends and family here from now on. Thanks for the amazing service.

Horrible service they tried to price gouge me for the same service I just had done 3 months ago. Not to mention they took my old tires off and refused to put them back on when they where charging more than last time and then they offered to put my old tires back on for the price that I paid last time. Lets put this into perspective they put a tire on for me for $10 previously. Now I brought a full set expecting it to cost $40 plus tax and tire disposal yada yada. I brought my own tires and only need the service. 15 minutes tops in an experienced shop. They had already started and then informed me that it would be over $120 for the 15 minute service. I said what happened to the price. He then informed me the prices haven't changed in 20 years I then reminded him about my previous visit to their establishment for the same service. Now he is telling me that "we can change our prices anytime we want" to me this is highly unprofessional. Now I have a pile of tires they already took off my old tires and when I asked for my property to be returned to me the way it was presented he refused. This is by definition property damage. Too add to the disrespect of this employee when I asked for my tires to be put back on so I can go to another shop he then told me he would put my old tires back on for $10 a piece ... But wanted to charge me $30 a piece for the ones that I brought to go on... This was an outright insult to me as a customer and a disrespectful manager period. I have been going to this shop because they seemed to do legitimate business compared to others but apparently it's the same thing here. Also when they where asked to present valid business information such as a regional manager or license to do business they refused to provide the information to file a complaint. Which also is unprofessional not to mention it is supposed to be displayed in plain sight for instances like this which it was not...

I was told the day before that a 8ply load range d tire (freedom haulers) were in stock after the person I spoke to looked in the back and confirmed they were in. I asked if I needed an appointment. No, just come in he said. I came in early the next day (this was afternoon on Monday) and told them I was there for 5 freedom hauler tires. They looked them up. I was told by the counter person they were not in, then someone behind him spoke to him and he said "ok, we'll get started" I was not told they were putting on a cheaper C load range, 65mph rated tire and a different brand than what I asked for twice. I did not notice until I got the trailer home. I was lied to, charged the same amount as the better tire and sold cheaper tires! I am very disappointed in the purchase. Had I not been selling this trailer I would have been back to ask for my old tires to be put back on if they can't give me what I called for and asked for! I will not be back and I will not recommend anyone go there for tires and if you do, please look at the tires before you buy them. The old bait and switch it would seem!!!

Excellent service!! The gentleman that helped me was incredibly kind and polite. It was one of the best experiences I've had in a service setting in quite some time. I would like to give the man a shout-out, but I didn't catch his name. He primarily worked the busy front counter (like a boss!), he wore glasses and he had a little flashlight contraption on the bill of his hat. Thank you for the new tires and exceptional service!!

I was in need of a tire and called around all of the local shops, Tire Factory had the best prices by far. Speedy service, by the time I sat down my car was already in a bay preparing to be serviced. I knew my tires were pretty bad, and the gentleman let me know one was just about to cut through, but was honest about the life it had left (rather than try to push an extra tire/sales on me, unlike past experiences at you-know-where). Wanting to go ahead and get it fixed,he worked with me to get a set of tires that didn't break the bank ( which isn't very big to start with). I really appreciate the fair prices, promptness, and honest help that I received here. Will definitely be bringing my business back, and recommending them to anyone in need of service, thank you!!

Great experience here and customer service. All staff was knowledgeable and respectful, gave me fast and accurate estimates and information. Very quickly repaired the hole in my tire and switched it back with the spare. They were able to take me in right away and the whole process was very well done. Low prices too!
