On the norm I've always Had a good experience at the store however on my last visit the purple haired girl was very rude also was not willing to communicate as to replace a headlight. Also was rude about adding power steering fluid.

Colby and Jose are AWESOME! They helped me figure out why my car was overheating and helped me order everything I needed. They re very professional and easy to work with. I ll definitely use this location for any future automotive needs. Thanks guys!

I like going to this location because the people are friendly and very helpful, even if it's not their job to come outside to help me with my vehicle because of liability and stuff like that, they are quick to lend a hand and or explain it to me, never had a bad experience at this location

Went in to get a kit and was treated rudely because I am a vet and a woman. I asked if I could use military discount and the guy rudely said might as well, guess it d save you money. Then instead of kindly explaining whether I would need the kit or not, he talked down to me like I was an undeserving being. Now how is that for not only being a veteran, but being a woman? I deserve to be treated just as well as any customer that walks in the store. From now on, I ll take my business elsewhere.

I went in the other day and was looking for alternator mounting bolts for my truck.I asked the employee at the counter and told me bolts were in aisle 3. I told him I didnt know what kind of bolt I needed and he told me to look at the bottom of the shelf. After looking for a bit I found something that might work but couldn't find the other one I needed. I went back to the employee and asked if he could look in up in his computer and he just told me to go back to the aisle and look. The whole time I'm trying to find 2 bolts he was just talking with his employees. I eventually had to have him go look for a new alternator to figure out what bolt I needed. I ended up spending 45 minutes to get just 2 bolts. Very unprofessional. I will not be shopping at this location again.

I like going to this store most the time. Parking is easy even if I have my trailer, but sometimes they get busy and I'll have to wait in line quite a while then I'll walk out and see that an employee is sitting in their vehicle watching how busy they are and didn't think they should come in and help out. I know it might be your lunch break, but be a team player and come inside for ten minutes to get customers on their way. You can have your ten minutes back when it slows back down.

Lance was my helper and he put the wrong battery in my vechicle 2 times which resulted in spillage and serious bad smell.Dont let him put a battery in ur vechicle!

This is pertaining to O'Reilly on 15th Ave Longview waIncompetent employees and management..employees dont like coming out from behind the counter to help in the store..they struggle to correct problems and display a severe lack of knowledge on parts or other items on the store floor..there is a severe attitude problem with management and counter employees..prices are comparable to other parts houses in the area. A nice stock of items and car goodies out on the store floor as well as accessibility to hard parts.

Great new staff, and I preffer their parts warranty over Napa along with oreillys business hours and O'Reilly's quality over Auto zone. Auto zone parts I've bought usually fail in a few months or just have issues.Thank you O'Reilly's. I love the changes you made from shucks and your inventory.

OB O'Reillys is my number one store and I get 90% of my parts there. the rest are dealer or online. I used to be a Napa guy but a few bad parts and bad customer service NAPA lost me over a$200 part. I know that everything that I buy at O'Reilly is backed and I never have to worry about it. I buy from them about 3 times a week and it will continue.

I have purchased many items from this location and services okay.The last time I was there management was young and did not know how to communicate very well as you should be, such as showing that you want to help and are eager to search something for you.

So i went in to pick up the part for my pt cruiser and ended up being the driver side window motor rather than the automatic window switch part I had to order because they didn't have it in stock.. took my switch in to exchange and the so called store manager proceeds to degrade his product and refused to exchange for the correct part I am reaching out to corporate because it seems I am not the only customer that has had issues with this employee and I recommend if O'Reilly's wants to keep loyal customers that will not go elsewhere such as costless Wich has better service. I recommend they reevaluate the employee they have at the ocean Beach location in Longview Washington.
