So happy with New Image! Elijah was kind and helpful. Answered all my questions and helped me choose the best coverage for my needs. He got me in right away and the service was completed efficiently and fast! Nice little waiting area with treats and drinks. Great customer service, I know he ll take care of any issues! They got me in the day after I called. It was done in about 2 hours, it was very quick and stress free. He did a really good job and was super reasonable on the price. We have now had our window's tinted as well as the paint protective film installed on our '23 Kia Rio. Their pricing beat every other place we called and they were able to get us in for an appointment within a week for both services. They provide professional, quality installation and we will definitely be bringing all of our cars in to New Image from now on!

I was referred to New Image by my family who strongly recommended to see Elijah for my car's window tinting. Got my first car done by him and absolutely loved the professional, efficient exceptional quality work. Next year when I bought my next truck, I knew exactly where I'll take it to get it tinted. When time came to tint some windows on my house Elijah offered me a great option of reflective film that provided excellent privacy and significant heat reduction in my kids' bedroom because the sun was directly in their window and made their rooms so warm that we had to use extra fans in addition to AC to cool off their rooms.Elijah was very easy to reach, make an appointment and got the work done so quickly and efficiently. Strongly recommend New Image for all your window tint needs!

I ve used new image twice now for my vehicles, and they have done an outstanding job both times! I was especially impressed this last time responding to my texts after business hours and even getting me in the next day to do a simple two window roll up. They offer ceramic tint as well (highly recommended). I will continue to use this business and recommend them to everyone for their tinting needs

I am still amazed at how well the tint job looks on my Toyota Tacoma. No bubbles, perfectly cut tint that makes it look like a factory tint. Plus, very affordable pricing. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any tint jobs.

Elijah replied to all my questions quickly and answered them clearly enough that I was comfortable letting him tint my new truck. I felt like he explained it all well enough that I knew what he was doing, and what to expect for an end result. He completed the job right at the quoted time and I have had no issues in the week following his install. Have already reccomended him to 2 others interested in having their vehicles tinted, and will continue to do so. Great price, quick install and excellent customer service both before, and after the install. What more could you want?

Communication was great and a very clean facility. The front office looks really nice and is a welcome sight.I had PPF installed on my front bumper and next I am gonna have window tint installed. They have good options to choose from and it appears they are committed to quality products and service.

I dropped my car off to get the driver and passenger windows tinted only. The rest of the windows were already tinted by the factory. I was never called to ask what I wanted. Instead I got a call to say the car was ready. I was a surprised and went down to pick it up. I immediately noticed a color difference from the original tint to the new tint. It was very yellow. The guy said it was just because of the light colored seats. I said ok, paid, and drove off. Even sitting inside there was a huge difference in color. I called when I got home and the guy said give it a couple of days to dry. I did. Color was still off and my husband called to tell them it was still very noticeable and not what we wanted. He said he would take it off and give us our money back. He called my husband a couple of times at work and my husband gave the guy my phone number since he was dealing with me before to set up a time to take the tint off. HE NEVER CALLED ME. It has been months. This place is unprofessional. Go somewhere where they ask what you're looking for instead of them deciding what to put on your car because YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH IT just like me.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Elijah does wonderful work. He uses high quality PPF and has the latest technology when it comes to applying the films. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I couldn t be happier with the way I was treated and how good of a job he did. I highly recommend using him for window film and PPF. I will be back for sure.

We showed up without an appointment and Elijah and Jeff made room for us and got us right in. We were in and out in about 40 minutes. We are very happy with the quality of the work and will recommend New Image Films to everyone.
