After O Reillys refused to help i decided to try Napa. So glad i did! the guy here was above and beyond & i got my part i was searching for quickly & not to spendy either AND he even listened to me rattle on about frustration is trying to do my own, very simple task.

Shop here all the time. Called and asked about a part I needed which is a $5 fitting if that. I was almost there and they closed at 5pm and I pulled in at 4:59pm when I parked at the front door the employee ran to the back and the doors were locked with all of the lights off. After I had just got off the phone with them telling them I would get there like 1 mins before closing. Then I drove around the building to leave as the employees were all sitting in a circle talking. I ll make sure I never come back here again along with the commercial account we have with them or should now say had.

First of all whent there today 4/1/23 older guy was helping me in the back definitely was in a bad mood. After cutting me off for asking questions he got the brakes I needed then proceeded to tell me that the rotors were the same and I didn t need to open them the boxes where different and I told him I d like to look at them first he cut me off again and said there just a different color box there the same. Had a huge attitude to me and lots of other customers even said that it s uncalled for the way he was speaking to me. I about walked out and kinda regretted not doing so since I payed $270 for parts that don t match. Getting my refund and not coming back.

Awesome customer service!!! Received help from CiCi, at the parts counter. She was determined to find what I needed, even if her store did not have/carried said part. She found it in Utah, placed order, but really took the time to ensure I had everything I needed. She definitely went above and beyond. Store was clean, well in stock, and offers discounts to veterans. Outstanding experience8/24/2021

This store is conveniently located right next to tennet way and the folks are always friendly and helpful. They most often have things that you can't find elsewhere. Prices are comparable to other stores. If you need assistance getting certain items the staff in the back is ready, willing, and able to help you out. I have never been disappointed with the service and selection.

Went in to get a rotor resurfaced at 9:10am,older gentleman that was working said the guy that turns them will be in 15-20 minutes. I gave them until 10:30am before I called to check up on it. They haven't even started it. So by 11am I walk in there to see what's going on with it,and the older gentleman working the back counters went to go check and the guy was just now putting it on. When you says 15-20 mins You go by what they say. The 15-20 mins became 2 hours. That seems to be a little ridiculous amount of time to wait for a 5 min resurface job. I'll never go to this branch again!!! When they say an amount of time don't believe them it will be a few hours.

Solid store with the items I need. Customer service at check out could use help or better training. The gal at the counter was either having a bad day or she doesn't know how to be a pleasant face for the company she works for. I hope she finds a way to smile and be more personable. Customer Service is key to any business

I'm from Oregon and had bad car problems while in Washington and stopped in at this NAPA store. The manager Lynn was so helpful and seriously made my day so much better with everything. I was tight on money and she helped me figure things out and took so much stress off of my shoulders! She's such an amazing person!

I have always used Napa, but now since they have false advertising I will not ever use this place again. I bought bought a part that the website said was Available in Longview Washington. Wrong. I went to pickup said part to find they do not have it in the store, it has to come from Portland , OR. Not part of the plan. I explained that it showed I could pick it up at this store because it was there. Since I am traveling why would I have bought the part there and picked it up instead of waiting. Oh because the part is probably on the shelf and they can t figure that out and they are not smart enough to know the difference between An order and a purchase through the internet. I did not have to order the part because the store said it had one. So now I am waiting on a part I could have pickup on my travels because of incompetence. Yeah no more Napa. For me. Your loss NAPA. I would give the tip of a star if it would let me.

I was there to make a purchase. The part I purchased was in the back of the store. We were told by the gentleman in the back our part would be at the front counter. I made the purchase almost leaving the store and then realized I didn t have what I purchased. I turned and asked the counter person who just sold it to me and she made a rude comment about not having it and turned away as if that was it. She didn t help me and she was rude about it when I asked if she was going to go back and get it or if we had to get it after being told she had it.

Order a heater core on Saturday and they said it would be in Tuesday. Tuesday comes around and I call and they don't know what's going on with it and say they'll call me back. They call me back and apparently the store they ordered from didn't have it in stock and didn't call them to tell them; so that cost me 3 days of work when I could have been looking for another option. The lady on the phone says she'll see if she can find another one and call me back. She calls me back says one will be here Wednesday from another store. Wednesday comes and no one calls me about my part coming in. Go in on Thursday and they can't even find my order or where it was ordered from or any information on my part! Now I've wasted 5 days of finding it somewhere online because napa doesn't even know how to keep track of their orders. I love napa in Denver CO but in Longview they're the worst.

The customer service was awful. I ordered a part online to pick up, I m not sure how long I stood there waiting to be Acknowledged, but it was extensive. I was the only customer in the store, standing right in front of at least 4 employees, clearly trying to get assistance, but nobody really cared. Of course after all that, I did not even get the right part. I do not even want to go back and return or exchange it at that particular store, I ll maybe try a different one, see how that goes.

My favorite auto parts store by far. From available parts in stock to the customer service - they are the best !! But I do wish they didn't close so early (7:00 pm). Oh well, they still get 5 stars from me !!

Not to impressed just needed lugnuts and they didn't have any on the floor to choose from. I needed different ones than the stock ones I had on my truck but they couldn't figure out how to look it up . They were 9 bucks a price for the ones I didn't need.

Could be better and could be a lot worse. They have a lot of stuff on the shelf, a lot of parts in the store room, but people cut in front of you *RUDE* and the staff thinks nothing of it. They have a variety of common Commercial Truck things as well but not the most pleasant staff working there.

I give this Napa zero stars my husband went there today to do a warranty exchange for a battery that is bad and first the guy was rude and didnt tell him it was going to need to be on the charger for an hour then he refused to exchange the battery and blamed the fact that it is in a ford. The battery was charging so they said nothing was wrong with it but they even tested the amps and it was only showing 200 of the 850 but they still refused to waranty it. Myself and my famiy will NEVER go to this Napa again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know (including 2 car dealership managers) to NEVER go there again. Terrable service

Needed new wipers as the weekend set rain fall records Sat the 18th & Sunday 19th inPortland and was pretty heavy here in LV..So I went back to the parts counter and asked if they had wipers for rigI didn't want expensive ones as I'm going to sell it here in a couple months. He said he would have to order the cheap ones. The rain was coming so I bit the bullet and I asked will you put them on. He said sure it was a slow day. I hadn't even finished paying for them yet and he came through the door and said your all good.Thats why I gave 5 stars. Quick and easy..

Why can t the counter people ever give me the right part? I watch them fiddle with their computer and then give me the wrong part. This has happened almost every time I go in wasting time and money. Come on folks get it together!

Perfect, they had in stock the rare brake master cylinder I needed.. Back on the road Friday night instead of waiting till Monday which was the soonest I could find it anywhere else...

Came in looking for a specific tool. It wasn't out on the floor so Carter (mullet guy) started helping me. He was calling around everywhere and was determined to hook me up. We almost gave up when he realized there was one in the system. So he took extra time to track it down and he pulled through! Good guy, I will ask for him next time I go in.

Found me the right parts this time exchanged for the wrong ones my coworker grabbed off the shelf last week. I even forgot the receipt. All I had to do was show what I wanted and pull out the card. Good business I will say.

Had almost all the stuff I needed to fix the antennas on my log truck, but ended up being able to make it work. Great service and like pretty much every other NAPA good quality parts for a decent price
