Every time I've been in they have been kind, courteous, and helpful. Their prices are fair and the work is right on time and once a lot earlier then estimated. They listened to me and didn't make me feel stupid, or like my car wasn't worth fixing simply because it's an older higher mileage vehicle. The lady in the office is awesome, and was always very easy to talk to and pleasant.

Just left Longview Midas with new Rotors. I really like the employee's there all so friendly and no complaints about the work ive had done, this is not my first visit.

So let me tell you as a woman I've had issues with shops!, But I'm here to tell you I got AMAZING service with theses good people! I took my Drango in for new breaks they took it out and did an assignment and gave me a great quote and with in a n HOUR yes that's right I had it back and ready to go!! Thank you so MUCH for your honesty and great service! I'll be back!!(

It s a quick lube place. Don t expect them to have equipment and capabilities beyond the basics, or a huge stock of parts, but they have knowledgeable and friendly staff, and they don t overcharge. Pancho was great.

I wife went to get her tire fixed, and they just threw a plug in the tire without patching it. Then they stole our valve stem covers and then charged us for it.

Shadiest place ever went in for an alignment after some front end work they tried to tell me they couldn t do it cause of something wrong with my rear suspension. They quoted me 1000 to fix it . I declined took it across the street to Jps and they confirmed nothing of the sort was wrong with my car . Scammers so watch out

Told us what the issue was couldn t get a new part so used a used one not happy about that but agreed. Then took them a week to repair it, went to get it and they told use they put the new used one it but it won t last long as the truck is lifted. Why wouldn t they tell me that from the beginning and I could have took it to a place the would repair it correct and not a 1/2 ace job and wasted of 2,000. Don t waste your money on these scammers, so much for going with a change thinking they would treat you right.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Everyone from Castle Rock to Woodland Was Days/Weeks out to have a Muffler Installed. I was happy about Their first come first serve basis as it was the only place available to get me in that day. Today is my only day off and had to handle an oil change. I dropped it in the am. I was surprised I had not heard back in the afternoon and have a laundry list of things to get done on my one day off so I called to check on my truck. It had been ready and sitting. So now my day is shot, I missed an appointment and still have too much to do because no one bothered to call to let me know my truck was ready. I believe my time is valuable and will go elsewhere in the future.Service: Oil change

Called to get a quote on how much it would be for a Ac compressor to be replaced on my car and Amy answered and hung up. Called again. Figured Maybe it was a simple mistake and she said it would need to be looked at first and hung up. Called again to make an appointment and she hung up again. If this is how they treat people there I don't think I want to have my car looked at there.

I had gone to midas for an oil change and breaks. When I got there they had 1 truck in the garage working on it. I was told they would pull my car in within 20 minutes it was an hour later. While I was waiting for my car to be pulled in another customer came in and her car was taken care of before mine. When they finally got started on mine they stopped half way through the job to have lunch. I was told it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hours but I was there 3 1/2. I will not be using midas again.

Great customer service. I came in 2-11-19 because I had got into a accident on my way to work and my car started acting up. So I came into midas to get a diagnosis done. They where pretty quick and told me what needed to be fix. But, what they where trying to charg me for was way over price. So, I decided to get the parts else where and find someone else to fix it at a cheaper price. Come to find out the person who fixed my car informed me wasn't a thing wrong with my car. Also, all the parts I had purchased I didn't need any of those parts. So, after wasting money and parts I recommend people go some where else and deal with people who are more knowledgeable about cars.

The mechanic at Midas said they would start work on our camper van on wed. Then finish the job on thur. They never did start the job on Wednesday. We had to pay for a hotel.. on thur morning Midas called us and said they could not even do the job at all!!! And to come pick up our van.. so we wasted money on a hotel when we could've stayed in our van. Which was in Midas for a fuel pump replacement.. yet our van is still operational.. I would never go there again.. if they would have started on Wednesday like they promised they would have known then that they couldn't lift it up with there equipment and we would've picked it up.. it was 2 blocks away from our $130 dollar hotel stay... Don't go to Midas of Longview!!!!!!!

I also found them ridiculously high priced. Got a brake estimate for nearly six hundred dollars!The parts prices were insane, I was able to get it done for 1/3 the price they quoted.They shouldn t be trying to gouge people like that because now I won t be going back for my oil changes, which I had been getting done their.

Good price... fast service. Went in to get my Oil changed. Told them I thought the brakes maybe needed replaced. They were honest and let me know they were sill good.Thank you Midas!

Took my car in because the exhaust was ripped off, asked them to fix it, they never did a full inspection on the exhaust, replaced a small 3 inch long piece of pipe and charged $60 for the piece. With them not doing an inspection they missed the exhaust being ripped away from the flange to the header which then was an open header, and cause for more of an exhaust leak. They refused to make things right and I had to bring it to another shop to have it fixed. The guy was extremely rude and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain what happened. I will never go back and wouldn't advise anyone else to. They are not professional in anything they do.

I was quoted $110 to do the brakes pads with a free brake inspection my driver side was metal to metal and by the time the inspection was over they had my wheels and tires off brakes out wanted to put a new rotor and caliper on the passenger side of my truck and that wasn't even the problem. I had to go to o'reilly's and buy pads for my truck because midas wouldn't put my truck back together unless I bought their pads rotor and caliper. So $110 dollars turned into $600 in minute. And it cost me $86 in labor to put my pads from o'reilly's on my truck. Thanks midas your great.Service: Brakes

I dropped off my truck for an oil change after calling and telling them I was coming. I came back an hour and 45 minutes later and they hadn't started. Everyone was gone to lunch but the secretary. Once they finally pulled it in it only took 8 minutes. Didn't delay me much.

We got there 25 minutes before closing for oil change and they even stayed later so we could have an other filter we needed changed delivered to them... Possibly family run, NICE LADY.

Today was the last time I will set foot in this place. I called from another shop to get a price on having them install brake pads and rotors on my truck (I was supplying parts) and was quoted $60 over the phone. Arrived, checked in, and waited for 45 minutes to get the truck in. The mechanic took one look at it and told her she had quoted the wrong price. My quote went up MORE THAN FIVE TIMES the original quote. The best part? The new quote was DOUBLE the price of the first shop I was at when I called Midas originally and it was now too late to get back before the first shop closed. Midas as a company has lost my business forever.

Fast friendly service. Free diagnosis. Just consider that tools are almost always cheaper than paying $80hr... And if it takes me 1:30 minutes to replace wheel bearings, their 3 hour time estimate sucks!

I had my car towed here as it wouldn't start and I was stranded in a parking lot. They said they probably couldnt get to it until Monday and I figured better then nothing. Then a couple hours later I got a call it was ready and the price was fair. I was shocked when they called and said I could come get it! Thank you guys very much!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU AND THANK YOU!!! Got me in the same day, fixed the problem that a local dealership told me was fixed (was NOT). Car was done and ready to go before my lunch break. Amy was very friendly and efficient. Price was also reasonable.

We went to midas to have them replace our head lights and they told us it would be about half an hour. So we waited for half an hour and we went and checked on how far they had gotten to find out that they were still working on the first head light. So then we waited for another half hour and they still had not finished replacing the first headlight. So we just told them to forget it and to put the old one back in and it took them another half hour to just do that. Then after that we left and when i got home i looked at the light and noticed that they had broken our grill when they were trying to replace the headlight. So after that experience i will never go to midas for anything and would never recommend it to anyone looking for a professional job.

This store just tried to rip my wife off big time. Brought in a car that they said needs a new water pump and told her it was gonna be $530 to fix it. When she asked why so high they said the water pump alone costs $300. I called to confirm and Amy told me the same thing. I called a parts store and the part is $39. Plus she doesn't even have a water pump issue...DO NOT do business with them they try and rip people off when they think you don't know anything about cars!
