I've purchased many cars over my many years.My past car buying experience's have ranged from unpleasant, stressful and way too lengthy to tolerable.This car purchase was a very welcome exception. It was actually enjoyable.My salesperson Ruthi was awesome. The entire staff was great.The atmosphere was friendly and easy going. No high pressure at all.My wife and I found the perfect car for her. She's going to love her new Jeep Compass.The entire process from test drive to drive home was just about an hour. No muss, no fuss, no problem. Awesome.Highly recommend if you are car shopping that you stop in and see what they can do for you.True story;A few years ago my wife wanted a new purse.I foolishly agreed to go shopping with her for it.four hours and two malls later I came home with sore feet and no new purse:(Moral of the story;If your wife needs a new purse. Stay Home.If your wife needs a new car take her shopping to Mccords.Easier to buy her the perfect car than a new purse???Can't beat that deal! :)Tom & Sheri

I had a wonderful experience working with Ruthi last week while purchasing a Wrangler. She was very knowledgeable and helped me through the trade-in and purchasing process. My parents have purchased several vehicles from McCord's and recommended them to me. I look forward to working with Ruthi again in the future. Plus they let Maeve (my dog) hang with out inside while we signed all the paperwork.

I bought a car from McCords recently and it was the absolute best car buying experience Ive ever had. I'm happy with the whole purchase. The salesperson was so fun to work with she made me feel like we were longtime friends! I highly recommend Ruthie to be your contact if you are looking for a new car. The whole staff was great people and made the process enjoyable! I'm happy to see some dealerships still know how to treat people. I definitely will look to them in the future.

Got a check engine light on my way back to CA. I drive a diesel pick-up and don t mess around when the light comes on. Richard in service saved my behind. He didn t take advantage of the situation I was in and was able to get me in right away. By far the most knowledgeable Ram service person I ve met. Every person I met at the dealer was helpful and looked for my best interest and not Money.

This is my second time buying from this Dealership and I love their whole vibe! They worked with me throughout my entire purchase. I strongly recommend them and especially Ruthi and Dan are the kindest people ever!! I will continue to go back !

Had a great experience with McCord trading in my truck. Didn't get what I wanted for trade in but you never do. Ruthie was amazing! She didn't come at me like a salesman like most dealerships. Wasn't pushing me to buy or trade. Highly recommend Ruthie to anyone looking to buy. The whole staff and process was great. Definitely recommend.

I had a blast working with Ruthie. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, upbeat, and made me very comfortable with the entire experience. She was quick to get answers for questions and moved the process along very efficiently. She also has an internal checklist of all avenues to find a solid affordable purchase. After noticing a small puddle of antifreeze on my garage floor, I went into McCord's this week to have my truck checked out. I also asked to have my airbag light checked, ac checked, an oil change, and new batteries for my key fobs. After learning my water pump was failing, Richard came up with a plan for repairs and was able to work with the warranty company to help make the costs for everything extremely affordable. I'm very satisfied with all of the work done. My airbag light has been corrected, ac is working, and they cleaned the engine area that had antifreeze splashed around it and everything looked exactly perfect. Highly recommend anyone to stop by the service department where you'll be treated right and not strung around like other local shops have done.

Another purchase here and the same great hometown treatment. I spent the day looking in Portland, only to stop and find a truck to buy. Ruthi met me outside right away and brought a professional approach with just enough push to make me feel like I "needed" to buy from her. It was a very comfortable purchase of a truck I didn't know I needed so much. It would be 5 stars but I don't "love" spending that much money. McCords and Ruthi are both 5 stars though.

I recently brought our car in for an issue with the radio touch screen. The service advisors, Brianne and Ben, were very helpful and the service technician did a great job of taking care of the problem. The friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism of all involved in helping us get our issue fixed, was outstanding.

Really did enjoy my experience with Ruthi and Chris. I really liked that Ruthi didn t do the normal sales pressure that I always found in the car buying process and even after the sale she has been vary fast about any questions or concerns. I will definitely go to her for my next car

We ve purchased so many vehicles through this dealership and they always stand by their products. Ruthie, a new sales associate guided me to my new Jeep purchase today and did a great job. She is respectful, courteous , and kind. No high pressure sales tactics. She just wanted to help me find the right fit. I HIGHLY recommend her! Also the service department is GREAT as always! I ll be back

I really like these guys. It's like chatting with that guy next door about how to make your grass grow only were growing autos. Lol. Thanks for my new smokin Habbit. This Challenger is so freaking nice.I found out that this dealer had sold my truck to another dealer with my Oregon plates on it. And they used it to cross the Tacoma narrows toll bridge 17 times . I tried to be sivel, they treaded me rudely. And mocked my disability. I don't recommend this company.

I very impressed with there customer services. I had a recall on my Chrysler 300M. I dropped of my Limo to have it serviced. When it was done they called me let me know. I told them I didn't have a ride. He had one of his guy come out a picked me up. To me that was Awesome... thank you ... A Step Above Limousines Services

I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership in my life nor took out a auto loan for same. The first dealership I called was McCords as I've known several sales persons there since 2000. Ruthie became my salesperson and tour guide. She is very kind and courteous. Purchasing from a dealership and securing an auto loan was a first time experience. It was a real learning experience. Ruthie made it a very comfortable experience and helped me from start to finish. I'm very happy with my purchase, that I called McCords first, and that Ruthie was so kind and understanding towards me as a first time buyer. Found used truck online, site very easy to use, description was spot on. Test drove on a Sunday, met with salesman Kurt. Not many dealers open on Sunday. Made purchase two days later. No pressure, and no BS. Everyone at McCords was awesome.
