These guys are freaking amazing and worth the wait to be scheduled in! We took our beast of a Dodge in to get the bed replaced, and 3 days later, they messaged the truck was about done.. I was amazed..Quickest turn around ever! And to top it off, the entire crew was absolutely charming! Pleasant to talk too, very to the point, and smiles.That s a 10/10 for me.Thank you for your excellent, speedy and kind services.

It is hard to drive around in a damaged vehicle. Especially if you take good care of your vehicle. Having it hit was traumatizing. I have to admit I kind of sniveled about driving around in a wrecked looking vehicle. Greg listened with a smile. From the time my car was hit, to the time I arrived at the body shop later in the day, insurance pre-authorized and then scheduled for repairs, was literally within 24 hours. Because they have a direct link to insurance companies, they are able to put in estimates right away. You know the results almost immediately.Because the job was not a major repair, they were able to fit me in earlier than waiting 4 months. I arrived for my appointment a few weeks later. They kept me up to date on progress, and I was able to bring it home earlier than expected! Completely satisfied. They even cleaned my car inside and out. I had planned to take it to be cleaned because with the winter weather, it was absolutely filthy when I brought it in. Picking up my cleaned and new looking vehicle was such a good feeling And the sun was out, too.The entire staff is warm, friendly, the atmosphere while waiting for estimates is comfortable..and the wait time short.I sent photos Damage was to the back end driver side. Mackin Auto is the only place we will take our vehicles if the need arises again. A deer managed to cause quite a bit of damage to the front end and driver s front panel on our RDX. We called Mackin and immediately liked the knowledge and professionalism of Angela. We had our vehicle towed there and met with Angela, who knew a lot about what was necessary. We felt very comfortable leaving our vehicle there. The communication is second to none. We received updates weekly about the progress of our vehicle from technician s evaluation to parts ordered/arriving. The next thing we knew, a message said our vehicle was done! Much sooner than we expected and looking brand new. We cannot say enough about Mackin in Longview. They make you feel like family, and treat you with the utmost respect and kindness. We cannot express how much we appreciated their service from beginning to end. Once they received our vehicle, they handled all the necessary insurance communication with our insurer. Angela is our go to girl! Thank you Mackin family. You earn the highest praise for customer service, communication, and impeccable repairs.

Mackin did a great job with my 2022 Kia Sorento quarter panel damage. They worked well with USAA and also made it easy to get my rental car returned. I got my car back weeks earlier than expected and the work is flawless, including the paint job. I hope I don't have a damaged car again, but if I do I know who I will call! Thanks to the staff at Mackin. I'm 100% satisfied with their work and customer service.

Mackin's painted a part that fell off my Prius.I hit a piece of shredded tire as it bounced across the freeway. As a result, the tow cap fell off the car. I ordered a new part and asked Macklin's if they could paint the small part to match. The result was excellent.Max (at Macklin's) helped me with my paint order. They entire staff was professional and fun. I felt welcome and relaxed when I was in their office.I took the part in on Wednesday afternoon and by Thursday afternoon, the part was ready to be picked up. Excellent work and as you can see, the color matches perfectly.Thank you Mackin s and in particular, Max, who helped me with my order.

We were the recipients of an insurance claim for some door and fender damage. From our initial call-in to checking-in the vehicle, it was approximately 3 months due to their backlog. The estimated repair time was 2 weeks, and they called us 2 days later to say that the car was ready! Not only was the repair perfect, but they even washed and vacuumed a pretty filthy (used daily for business) vehicle. A rental was also seamlessly set up, and much appreciated. I can t say enough good things about our experience with Mackin s of Longview! Would highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Never go here. My car ran when dropped off . Doesn't run now. It's on me too fix it they said. Tell me we'll we didn't cause it. You would figure that a company would give a car back they way the received it in running order. Walking home 4hrs im that mad.Gary Brewer kelso wa

The crew at Mackin s did a terrific job repairing my Pacifica following two closely occurring accidents. The body was in terrible shape, but now it looks like a new car! Angela was remarkably helpful in navigating between two insurance carriers and was most attentive to every detail of the process. Mackin s has done body work for me twice before, and I would never consider going to any other shop. They are simply the best.Service: Body & Trim

This is my first time using this facility I dropped my truck off this morning and so far my experience has been great I had the pleasure of of being assisted by a very nice desk lady I received a very sweet selfless compliment from another woman who worked there who went out of her way to make the compliment to me and in a few minutes will being there naturally hearing the the two other gentlemen at their desks speaking to each other I appreciate it what I was hearing and the things that they were discussing / handling that had to do with other customers and their vehicles that were there if those customers could hear themselves I believe they would be very happy to hear what these men have to say. So far so good can't wait to see my truck when it's done! To add I whacked into a deer a few months ago LOL

Unbelievably great! Insurance and Mackin's communicated so I didn't have to babysit or play mediator. Super fast! They were ready with parts and labor when I dropped off my car on the scheduled date so I got it back good as new in record time. Did not expect it to be completed so quickly! Great customer service. They did a beautiful job fixing our Mustang. This car is very special to us it's our toy. They understood that at Mackin's. We had a small dent in the hood and a few scratches. NOW IT LOOKS AWESOME. We highly recommend them.

I recenty took my vehicle to this place for an estimate, this place is horrible, she( ajuster) acted like she works for the Inurance company not you. She questioned the area that was hit by the other vehicle and said it looked like I ran into a chain link fence indirectly, she also mentioned my engine sounds horrible, it was just low on oil, avoid this place, my vehicle looked like it was in a dust storm when it was only there for one night when I picked it up

Great experience getting my Jeep s rear end fixed. The service was friendly and informative. They worked with my insurance and even ordered and replaced my damaged bike rack. Mackin s works closely with Enterprise so I didn t Eve have to return the rental car to Enterprise when I picked up my Jeep - they took care of that. And the vehicle was so clean when it was done - it looked brand new! Very happy customer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My insurance company (USAA) sent me in for a side-door collision repair on my older (2006) vehicle. The busy office staff was friendly and efficient. The work was done ahead of estimated repair and looks beautiful. However, I hadn't been certain whether loose trim had been "popped" above the driver's door due to the accident, or from a clip that simply had failed over time. (I hadn't noticed the loose piece before the accident) . On picking up my vehicle I learned it wasn't included in the repair. It's certainly possible the loose upper plastic framing was an unnoticed pre-existing condition. Still, I didn't get to bring home a "perfectly repaired vehicle". Not all things can go perfectly anyway when "life happens," right?Service: Body & Trim

Our vehicle was rear ended and Mackin's was approved by our insurance. They handled every aspect of repairing the vehicle. GREG contacted us weekly with their progress which I found very very commendable. This is the first time we have used Mackin's and we were very satisfied and pleased with their service.
