These guys are very helpful and don't nickel and dime you for things you don't need done. They tell you like it is "you don't need to worry about that right now but this other thing could become an issue and is cheaper to fix" kind of a thing. I've taken every car I've owned to them and will continue to do so. Thanks guys

Best place in town I went in to get a light looked at and they found the problem and got it fixed in less then 2 hours!! My car was running so rough and they got my car to work like a brand new car!! Will always be going here from now on such friendly people and great service!!!!

I was referred to Brake Stop, if I had any need for car care by Aharon at Five Star Collision Repair after getting hit by my younger sister backing out of her garage. Little did I know, I would soon lose a headlight. I called Brake Stop immediately. I got right in within 30 minutes. Chance was so professional , honest and kind. I felt that this was the now going to be mechanic!!!! As a woman, it's always scary for us to trust mechanics. After being ripped off beforeThe bill was $30. Including the light. I highly recommend Brake Stop.Thank you Chance

Hard to believe one business can have a truck for 4 yrs and be paid for the work and yet to get the work done this man has had a truck just that long and yet to complete the work opened new business and all in that time he needs to be more honest but at thus point I'm not sure he knows how

I take my car to this shop, had some issues with wheel hub assembly. Since they had done the work. It was fully Warranted. Took in the vehicle they worked on it right way. Had it done in couple of hours, and I was on my way. Really good customer service, I appreciate the service I received at Longview Brake Stop. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Car runs like a dream. A couple of weeks later my front caliper bolt came off. Had the car towed to the shop. They did all the work at no charge. I am blessed I wasn't driving on the freeway or else it could have been catastrophic. Overall a very knowledgeable mechanic.

Went here because Les Swab wanted to charge me over 3000$ for breaks These guys are no nonsense and up front honest!! 100$ out the door for rear break pads . Thank you for not trying up sell me and thank you for not trying to take advantage because I m a women needing help with my vehicle. Definitely will be back for any issues that may arise.. Thanks again Guys

These people have had my uncle's truck for four years thousands of dollars given to fix the truck won't fix the truck won't give the money back what kind of person has time to build a whole new shop but can't finish the projects he has already started or make sure they get done

Did a great job on a transmission swap my 89 chevy pickup. Did a Wonderful job on the front brakes. And they gave me a complimentary oil change for being US Veteran....Thanks Josh and the rest of the brake stop crew

They did a fantastic job on my husbands new to him truck. Chase and his crew are truly honest and stand up guys. Super friendly and makes you feel comfortable and worry free. I recommend them as much as I can. Thank you SO much for being there for us and now with another truck of hubby's.

Always helpful even if it's a simple question. Josh and Sarah have created a wonderful family environment and their prices can't be beat. Josh is really knowledgeable! As someone who is not in the know about cars, it's so awesome to go to a place and know I'm not going to be taken advantage of.

Had them completely replace my calipers, rotors and pads on the front of my car. Excellent work, quick completion of job, very polite and precise as to what was needed to be done to the vehicle and why. I will be recommending them to everyone! Their prices are fabulous very budget-friendly. If you need brakes on your car Longview brake shop is a place to go!

First time in had a full synthetic oil change and head light installed awesome customer service light took awhile to get there but was informed promptly great place gonna be in again soon for my other vehicle needs.

Very nice people. Their daughter is adorable.Not very professional. We paid for work that was never done.We went in for several oil changes and the oil filter was never changed.My biggest red flag was when we had the CVS joints done on the right side, and a few months later went in for the left side and their mechanic said the right side was really bad. Work that was supposed to have been done that was found by their own mechanic to not have been completed.

They were awesome we got some windshield wipers put on and they were done in 5 minutes would definitely go there again for anything I needed done that they could do they are very personable and very nice people

I just had the most amazing experience here! My car was leaking oil pretty badly and the technician not only diagnosed the the problem for free but also fixed it, past closing time on a Friday night. While he said it was a simple fix, he still went above and beyond. It was awesome, friendly, service and I will be bringing my car there for any issues that may come up in the future.

This is THE PLACE TO GO if you need maintenance on your vehicle!!!! Fast and friendly service, quality workmanship and extremely fair prices! I drive an hour from my home just to bring my vehicles to this shop any time I need work done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

My wife purchased a oil change punch card from a door to door salesman for Brake stop. I was a little apprehensive about the program but after using it several times I found it to be a great value.The 99.95 I spent for the 8 oil changes was well worth it. I got some really good service was treated very professionally and have found a shop that I can trust. Josh and Sarah seem like honest good people and I like the fact that it's locally-owned. So if someone knocks on your door selling oil changes I would highly recommend that you buy one while they last. The shop does much more than brakes. They also do tranny work, suspension, exhaust and more I came to find out. The prices were more than fair especially after using the free labor on the punch card I purchased. Great shop!

They failed to replace wires and ,spark plugs like they said they did, they failed to replace CVC joints, and oil changes were not done thoroughly and over a period of time. We were charged for all work being done, but we went to a different mechanic and was told plugs and wires had been on for years when you just paid for the work to be done is ridiculous. If they couldn't do the work on my car, it would have been more honest for them to let me know so I could have gone somewhere else. Now I have paid double to have the work done right. Very sad.
