My husband and I will only deal with Longview Auto. Very honest, affordable prices, you do good for others it comes back to you. This is the most honest place in Longview. They have never done us wrong. Thank you to Steve

This is hands down the best place. They were the cheapest place to get a diagnosis. Steve and Patrick were super friendly and very helpful. They did not charge me more then they quoted for diagnosis. I bought a car from Rick's and Longview Auto Repair LLC was able to find out the problem with it within a half hour and have been continuously fixing it for me for affordable prices for a year and a half. They are really nice and when they request parts they get them fairly quickly. I highly recommend this place for auto repair. I always leave smiling and knowing I'm getting quality service from professionals. They always schedule me in as soon as possible and I always feel welcome. I will continously brag and recommend this place in person, as well.

Came to them with a completely dead battery in my car. The two gentlemen that helped were so utterly nice and receptive to what I believed was wrong with my car. They jumped my car so that I could limp it into their lot from down the road. They found me a cheaper but good battery and had it to the shop in about 30 minutes, but found out it wasn't the right size for my care. And offered me a slightly used, but still great battery that they had in shop. Went with the new battery and I was sure that was the end of my problem, but turns out it's not that simple. Come to find out, even with a new battery my alternator is a dud. They found me an alternator and gave me the price right there for the alternator, labor, and taxes. After agreeing to the reasonable price they even offered to give me a ride into work as this happened on my way to work. They even offered to pick me up when after my car was done with the replacement. They called when it was ready and I was able to pick up same day. Everyone I came into contact at this facility were extremely pleasant to work with and willing to explain anything there were questions about. I went with Longview Auto because it was the closest place to where my car went dead, but I'm actually quite thankful because they were so nice and ready to help out.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto battery maintenance, Battery

I honestly do not know where to start with the review for this wonderful place. I called them around 5pm and told them what I had going on and that we had to be back on the road to Tennessee Thursday with out hesitation they gave me a way better quote of 498.83$ than bud clarys 800$ just for labor and diagnosis when I already told them what needed to be fix. They got our truck in as soon as the shop opened on Tuesday got the parts and got to work completing the job earlier than predicted saving my family 300$. They communications skills along with honesty and genuine love and compassion for they're customers I would recommend this great place for every job you need done to your rig over any other shop in the area. These people care and truly want to help you not just drain your pockets they have my business whenever I come back to washington state.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We are very pleased with the great service we received here. They have very fair pricing and great communication. The local dealer told us that we needed rear brake pads and rotors replaced. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They made an appointment at noon for our Xterra to get the AC refilled, I called back at 2:00 and it was not even on the rack but they would call me right away when it was done. No call ever came. I call them the next day and they still weren't done, when I told them that their service was well below standards they apologized. Still overnight and 3/4 of a day to refill the refrigerant is not okay. They offered an oil change to make it right, we declined because we didn't want to go two days without our vehicle.Service: Auto A/C recharge

I have had both my vehicle s in Patrick's shop on few occasions and they are fast through and friendly .I recommend Longview auto to all my family and friends . Cost of repairs is always reasonable and they have financing. My A/C was just blowing hot air so took it in and they diagnosed it as nothing wrong. After running it for a while it started to cool. When I went to pick it up, I asked about it not working on low or medium fan speed. They checked that right away and discovered a sensor relay was bad, and replaced it within a couple hours. Now A/C works great! The cost was reasonable too.Service: A/C installation & repair

Very professional, courteous guys who repaired my car fast. I highly recommend their service. It would have been nicer had they also had a free buffet and bar in the lobby. Steve treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. He gave us a fair plan to resolve our car issues and even went out of his way to help us pick up the car when it was finished. I'm not sure about how his shop rates compare to others in town, but the service was excellent. I'll be back! Thank you Steve!

Patrick at the front desk was professional and friendly. They got me in right away, the morning I called. After diagnostic check (engine light), I received a phone call within an hour explaining the shop s thoughts (needed oil) and then the mechanic spoke with me directly afterwards. He offered a follow up solution to ensure maintenance and assessment of issue is accurate to maintain my vehicle life. Very Helpful! Kind & courteous. I have a 20 year old Ford Focus. I bought it new and have loved it from the start. It has low miles for it s age but things do wear out on any vehicle.I have been looking for a shop that has integrity, honesty and quality mechanics. I brought my Subaru in with what sounded like a wheel bearing issue. I was incredibly fortunate to get same day service and Anna quickly resolved my problem, which turned out not to be a wheel bearing after all. I came in one day in need a a solution before I had to go to work. They got it fixed so that I made it to work on time. I then had more work done as I build trust quickly being new to the area. I trust them with my vehicle and have watched them again more and more patrons for their integrity in service as well as knowledge of repairs. I spent thousands on a rebuild from a different company and my truck was still having issues cold starting. Dustin got my F250 in the day I called and had my issue fixed within 30 minutes after dropping the truck off. They do quick work and they do it properly and that is hard to find in this town. We were visiting from out of town and noticed an unusual and significant drop in oil level on our heavy duty diesel Ram truck. We heard about Longview Auto Repair, and called to see if they could help. They were obviously very busy, but given our limited time-frame Dustin worked hard to get the truck in on the same day. I have no doubt that meant having to reschedule some of the other vehicles. They know what they're doing, including with diesels, and it is one of those rare repair shops where you can trust them from diagnosis through billing. I think they have only been open for a short while, but they seem to be working hard to do it the right way - building trust and repeat customers from the ground up. I would recommend Longview Auto Repair and would go back myself.

Longview Auto to the rescue!! I called 9 shops in the longview area and all of them were either completely booked out or rude. Patrick and his team at Longview were able to see me immediately, were incredibly kind, and solved the issue w my truck that my former mechanic couldn't figure out. Service was fast, professional, and excellent. I wish I lived in the area cause I'd use them on the reg. But I can't recommend this auto shop enough!

When we pulled in to our campsite late Wednesday night, I noticed a fairly obvious fluid leak. The guys at Longview got us in Thursday morning to look at it (when other area garages were telling us they couldn't even look at it until the following week), found a blown oil seal, and rearranged a ton of existing work on other cars to slip us in and get the oil leak fixed (along with fixing a couple of other issues) by Friday night, allowing us to get back on the road by Saturday morning, right on schedule and not even delaying our trip by a day! If you've got car trouble, I'd absolutely recommend giving Longview Auto Repair a call - if I were a local, I'd definitely be giving them a call the next time I needed something fixed!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Patrick with Longview Auto Repair is great. He took my call and gave me the number to a reliable tow company to have my '05 Powerstroke F350 delivered to their shop. Within half an hour the mechanic diagnosed my truck's problem, high pressure pump had failed, then gave me a quote. Right now the truck is running great. Longview Auto is a great place to get repair work done.Service: Engine repair

I've been here 5 times for various services. Every time has been what I've always wanted in an auto repair. I used to do a lot of my own but these guys make it so easy to take my car in. The biggest for me is now a well established trust and value. I usually say "that cost seems too low" for the great work they do. I'll never go anywhere else. You'll agree after one visit. My starter went out on my 09 Kia Sportage. I called around to a few places and Longview auto repair was the cheapest by far being quoted 160 while others wanted 200+. Patrick was very kind and polite. I had to leave my car over night at the shop and was told my car would be done by 10-1030 but I got a call a little after 9am that my car was done. They were very helpful letting me know what was going on when my Low Oil Pressure light came on. He explained the codes and gave recommendations on next steps to get fixed. He charged us much less then we were quoted for the Diagnostic and oil change. Went to get my headlight looked at since it keeps breaking. The guy figured it out right away and even though it was something stupid, he was really nice and just educated me on the issue.
