great shop! I recently had my front windshield replaced and it was easily the best price in town. They also just did the head gasket on my 01 honda civic for a very good price. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

People are friendly and do good work. Old jeep leaks everywhere but the windshield they replaced. Besides they had the best price. I will use them everything but, let's not hope I break to many windows.

Was on a trip from Portland and breaks started making a horrible sound. The were very helpful willing to work with me even though I had a limited amount of money. Acted like it would be no problem even though it was close to there closing time. Ended up being a little bit short on money and one of the guys covered the difference. They are working on it right now and should be able to get back to Portland with working breaks. Luckily we won't be stranded overnight. These guys are awesom

I went here to get my passenger window replaced, they had the best price anywhere around. They did quality work and worked with me to figure out another issue with the window mechanism in the door, and never tried to up sell me to replace the part. The manager was very nice. Definitely recommend you go give them a look before you go to another shop.

They always answer the phone. Often same day service. They have WiFi available. Reasonable prices. Had my windshield replaced there a couple years ago and wife had brakes done this week. In and out. Nice folks. Honest. Recommended for sure.

Very dishonest and deceptive business practices we paid for them to replace with NEW all four tires @353.00. They put on worn out tires and charged for new and sent a mother with 3 children on there way with worn out tires that are so bad it s Illegal to install them on a vehicle. They refused to replace them when I noticed it. They refused to make it right without receipt. Although we provided a bank statement. Showing the transaction and date they do not even keep logs of their customers and have handwritten receipts that are easily lost .!!!!BUYER BEWARE !!!! A PLACE LIKE THIS, DOES THE COMMUNITY NO GOOD (@JP AUTO GLASS AND TIRE). DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR FAMILIES TRUST.Get this after I even told him the story and tried to work with them they would not even give me a break on making it right even if I was willing to try to pay them again (full price) From the manager him self!!

Great prices for great work. I've had them due multiple repairs for much less than other shops quoted. In particular they have been great in helping me with my girlfriends 2010 ford mustang. They have fixed 2 coolant leak issues for me and because of them the car runs great and is more reliable then ever. Thanks!

Exceptional service! I ve never been to JP s but have always heard good things. Great customer service, friendly staff and very helpful. I needed a window replaced and they were able to fix it same day at a fair price. I 100% recommend them and will go there for any future needs.

I went to get my wheels switched out on a 76 mustang I had just got. The tires on the mustang where 14years old and they said they couldn't do the wheels. I ended up getting used tires and the wheels that I wanted on the mustang. It looks so much better and is safer with fresh tires. I got a great deal on the 4 tires and putting onthe wheels I wanted. The job was done fast and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this shop. I will definitely be going back in the future. Great customer service. Quick in and out. Very pleased customer. Thank you.

Did a good job on windshield replacement but expensive. If I had been able to drive over to Longview, I could have saved $150.

Bought a new windshield from them about a week ago. I could not find this windshield anywhere , as it had been discontinued. They found it, and not only did they find it , but it cost about half of the price of anywhere else that could. Very friendly staff Prices are awesome and Their overall work is excellent! Very impressed. These guys are going places!!!

We got a great deal on a set of tires for our car hundreds less than anywhere else would have costed us really fast I mean we just walked in no appointment we're out within 30 minutes I think we had three other cars in front of us really good experience nice guys

JP Auto Glass is the place to go to get help with tires, auto glass and other auto issues. They are knowledgeable, experienced, yet give you the most for your dollar. Would definitely recommend going to JP Auto first for your auto glass and tire needs.

Fast polite and cost effective. I would recommend JPs. Great crew will be back. I sat at a chain tire store for 2 and a half hours waiting for walk in service. JPs got me in under 20 minutes to change two tires! It took them 10 minutes!

I've had to come here throughout the years for tires, windshield replacement and help replacing my passenger window but each time, they greet me with kindness and a smile, prices are phenomenal, hard-working, funny and fast crew, and they are good honest men. They don't try to upsell you or "find new problems." This is a place i will always go to. I put full trust in these men. I love coming here. I will always recommend them
