Very friendly and helpful workers. Very glad they work with FISH to provide propane to those of us who struggle to pay for it only means to heat and cook.

I would give negative stars if I could. These people have no business working at this place both the manager and other male employee thinks it's appropriate to talk over you so your unable to talk or say what's going on. Went in on a Sunday for gas and drinks paid 64.87 go out to pump the gas it only pumps 15 cents, the girl working the counter comes out and says oh sorry your card was declined I think that's odd I just transfered money she says I can pump gas but to come in and pay so I do the fuel ended up being 73.01 for a tank of gas I go into pay a second time I proceed to show her my transaction online that I was charged for the gas and the drinks she says no it will be back at end of day. So Monday comes around still no money on my card I proceed to call the store again this time it was a guy never gave me a chance to talk or anything just kept saying nope nope nope to where I was unable to talk. I call my bank on Monday they proceed to tell me that Chevron charged me twice once for 64.87 and again for 73.01 my bank emails me stating the charges. I call Tuesday morning this time there's a manager there named Lenny I believe again I get told they didn't charge my card I try to explain he rudely kept cutting me off as to where I was unable to speak . So only option now is to contact corporate and the BBB hopefully something will get done that way. If you don't want money stolen avoid this place at all costs.

Fast repair on the brake switch on the cruise control on my 2012 Colorado. Vacuum and window cleaning when finished. A very fair price, well detailed receipt.

Charged me $165 for a starter that costs $95 without the core charge. Basically, a 40% markup for parts when they get their core charge back. Needless to say I won t be going back here. Do your research on parts I m probably not the only one they ve gouged this way.

These guys were a shining light on a day my family really needed it. They were quick to diagnose, more than fair on repair. They went above and beyond and have gained a lifetime customer. This company and their employees truly show what customer service is. I know if I call Lyndon and his crew, I will get top notch service at a fair price. They have helped me tremendously in times of need to the basic oil change. I would definitely recommend them to you as they are the only ones I trust working on my vehicles. Jack could very well be the rudest person I've ever met. At least in the top ten. Fortunately there's dozens of other gas/convenience stores in this town. I'll never be back to Jacobsen's.

F.I.S.H. works with this gas station.I Contacted this gas station & the F.I.S.HCharity offers $30.00 of free gasoline after you phone into F.I.S.H. with a really desperate need for some gasoline.My vehicle has had extensive & (expensive) EMERGENCY repair work done on it & SUV had broken down frequently along both hwy 5 and hwy 30; Dismal Nitch and soon all my pension was completely used up in repairs 2 keep it operational.[Problem is, I *LIVE & travel in this SUV & it is an absolute MUST that it is ROADWORTHY and dependible-]I had no choice but 2 effect multiple repairs on it immediately upon every breakdown. I lost track of how many times it went to the repair shop. (Its Crazy, I realize- but I just purchased it from a private party from CRAIGSLIST.(YAH, He said there was nothing wrong with the car and it was well cared for and in Good Shape- Sadder but Wiser - This was a VERY Hard and expensive Lesson Learned )I had hawked all my rings for gasoline money also and had no other recourse but to phone in and tell them what was going on-I was in a state of panic and just general desperation. It's not like me to get into situations of this nature at all, but I was unable to get another loan to sustain myself either-I had already one payday loan out to pay for all these repairs and my options were completely tapped out when I contacted F.I.S.H.THANKS BE TO GOD & JESUS FOR THIS WONDERFUL SVCSIm Really GRATEFUL for this svcs & the extra gasoline has prevented me from getting stranded along hwy 5 somewhere.My pension only comes in once a month and I was unable to even purchase my usual monthly supplies to feed & sustain myself -F.I.S.H. ALSOContributes FOOD at various Churches in Longview as well- unfortunately, I was unable to go get 2 the other Church donation due to lack of gasoline needed to get there and return. I did not want to run out of gas, get stranded and be a lump on the side of the freeway!!?PLUS Freeze all night & lose charge on my phone and bluetooth without gasoline needed to charge my eqipment.It was an extremely stressful month for me, so this gasoline was a VERY WELCOME & MUCH NEEDED SUPPLY 2 help sustain me until I got paid.Thankyou!!Thankyou!!Thankyou!! F.I.S.H.GOD BLESS YOU!!IM *VERY GRATEFUL FOR YOU ALL that Volunteer & work there....Thankyou !! YOU'RE THE BEST!!P.S.MOST of the repairs are now finished as of ONLY yesterdaySaturday-10.25.20(New Starter & New Battery at Rick's Mobile Automotive Repair SVCS )I'm currently taking SUV for a test run right now along my usual routes to see how it holds up-At least also, now I've got my pension in & am trying to catch up on my normal routine, supplies & things.Normally, I'm pretty self sustaining- live on my pension and travel round different areas in Washington State. Homebase is and always has been in Woodland.I've been out here travelling in Washington State Pacific NorthWest for nine years.I had never called them before because I never knew about F.I.S.H.I've always had plenty in supply before this massive car repair problem wiped me out, financially speaking.THANKYOU F.I.S.H.
