The kind lady who works at the front desk is genuinely friendly, they are thorough, they do good work. Made time to fix my vehicle within 2 days. 10/10 recommend.

Emily set realistic time-line, kept me informed, and managed to save me a few dollars! I'm so happy to have found my forever mechanic. They aren't pushy, they tell you what you NEED, what to expect in the future, and the shop itself is SO CLEAN!. I've never seen anything like it. ABSOLUTELY recommend this place!

We called Esty s on Monday after my daughter starter went out on her trip home from college. They were suppose to head back Monday afternoon. The staff was amazing to work with and the squeezed us in to get her car fixed same day. We can t begin to say Thank you enough! Exceptional service, up front with time and cost!

I have to share how pleased I am with this place! I had a rat in my garage that did so much damage to my 2 vehicles. I took my Malibu to them, and the service is amazing. Esty s got my car in right away, worked with my insurance to help me, not be so stressed. Thank you to everyone whom helped me, get through this awful experience and get my car back to me, in a timely manner. Their customer service is AMAZING!

Friendly, honest place. I drive from Vancouver WA to have them do my repairs. It is a good 40 miles one way, but oh my gosh so worth it.

Esty's lives up to its stellar reputation. The day before a trip, my car suddenly broke down. Esty's diagnosed and repaired the problem on the spot, and had me on my way in less than two hours. My car has been running great ever since. They saved my vacation and earned my trust and loyalty.

Excellent customer and mechanical service! Knowledgeable, honest and friendly team. They got me in right away, car was finished when they said it would be and the cost was lower than their quote! They found the issue quickly even tho the Honda dealership was unable to diagnose where the electrical short was originating. A very pleasant home-town experience. My car and I were both very well taken care of! Exceeded expectations. Refreshing!Service: Electrical repair

While driving on the interstate our seprentine belt broke. After calling another shop that told us it would be four days before they could work on the car, we called Esty's. Even though they were very busy, they worked on our car immediately and got us back on the road. It was the best experience I have ever had with a shop.

Being new in town, Esty's has quickly become our go-to place for auto maintenance. Always friendly and accommodating, and so far super reasonable prices, we have no reason to go anywhere else!

Very professional. Made me feel like a valued customer, even though it was my first time. Very friendly, even have a sense of humor. Absolutely love Emily.Sent me a detailed, nose to tail, inspection report; nothing on it that was a surprise and didn't try to add anything that was non-essential.Wish I had found them 2 years ago. My car is 23 yrs. old and Ford doesn't want to work on it anymore. Esty's had no issues.Esty's is wonderful. I would give it 10 stars, but there is a 5 star limit. I HIGHLY recommend it.

They got me in within a fee days of calling. Checked out my vehicle. Sprayed for rodents and I was done in 15 minutes. Great job.

I was able to get my truck in for an appointment very quickly. Brought it in on a Tuesday with the goal of it being finished by the end of business on Friday and it was done a day earlier on Thursday. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Esty's has our business from here on out and we highly recommend them for anyone looking for a local auto repair shop.

What a place is all I can say. They shop was clean and orderly. The employees are very professional in every way , from scheduling my appointment to picking my vehicle up. I was able to get my vehicle back the next day , (Transmission and Transfer case had to be removed) to replace the Flex plate no easy task. The mechanic Rick was knowledgeable and listened to what I needed to get done. The estimate was fair for the work performed and was even a little less. I would recommend this shop if you want a quality job done. Top of the list of who to go to. All stars from me.

I ve had my Lexus worked on here several times and have always been super happy with the experience. Last week I broke down suddenly, had it towed to Esty s and they got it fixed in just a few days. Our car was overheating and we needed to get it in quickly to find the problem. Esty's got our car in and were able to diagnose the problem right away. We had a head gasket fail. They gave us information and choices about what the next steps are. We feel very fortunate to have found somewhere that has the knowledge and expertise to diagnose a problem quickly and honesty to talk through choices even if it is not cost effective to fix an older car.We absolutely recommend Esty's and will definitely take our vehicles there in the future.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Always professional, always great service. They will never try to up-sell, but they will save you money and grief by catching additional needed repairs. They found my water pump seeping before I took a long road trip. Tim replaced my left side CV Axle Shaft on 1/22/21. Upon their advice, I had my wheel bearing replaced as well as it saved me $100+ in labor costs to do it while they already had it disassembled (my Tahoe has 276,000 miles, after all).Update 10/31/22: They honored the warranty on my catalytic converter and replaced it no charge. They also ID'ed a few other issues in the past several months, as well as during a pre-trip check prior to my trip to Ohio, before I was left stranded somewhere. My Tahoe now has 314,000 miles, and they are a big reason why it's still running in top condition!Update 05/01/23: Now at 320,000 miles and wouldn't trust any other shop to keep the 'ol girl running!I always let Esty's do my oil changes as well...they're always very thorough in looking over the entire vehicle.They always do outstanding work. Great service! I didn t have an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in the same day! Service was pretty fast and complementary shuttle was offered. Staff are extremely friendly.
