Great service. Great price.Took my Dad here to get a hood for his Dodge Caravan after some gal with no insurance backed into him and wouldn't pay up.They gave him a great deal on a hood that was a perfect match. They will get all of my service and recommendations!

I spent $1400 on a transmission from here not too long ago.The transmission had one small broken piece on it.We discussed the problem before I took possession of it.The guy that owns this place and is staff are very straight up and honest.We had a slight issue with the broken piece later on.They were more than willing to work with us to help us out to resolve the issue.It's too bad more places aren't like this.The guy that owns this place's tell has been in business a long time and tells it like it is and is very straight up.Just seem like great people to me.I will do business here in the future.

I called D&S Light Trucks on Monday looking for 3 specific parts. I was assured they had all three parts. We agreed on a price of $345.00. I called the next day to reconfirm the parts were in and the price was $345.00 for all three. Wednesday i drove over 90 miles to get the parts. I was charged $375.00. When I expressed what we had agreed on, the man lost it and started swearing horribly and yelled that he hated my ethnicity and ordered me out of his yard! I would NEVER recommend this horrible place of "business"!

The guys there were very nice, and they had all my parts there ready to load when I showed up. They are short staffed (like anywhere these days), so it may take a little for them to pull the parts, but it's worth the wait. Also the price was very reasonable.

This business was the most friendliest I have seen in a while. I wish I could come back for more parts tomorrow. They made me feel very welcome and they were awesomely polite. 6 stars for sure.

Highly disorganized. Found a cr-v tire cover we need and they immediately said they won't sell it and took it from my brother's hands. Very unprofessional. Vehicles had large bees nests in them. Being highly allergic that's a big deterrent. Don't recommend this business for anyone. Couldn't give 0 stars. They don't even deserve one. Staff is very rude. Cars stacked and shift with wind

I wish I could give this place a big fat zero. The owner with the mullet (Dan I believe his name is) is disrespectful and rude. I went there on a whim to buy a part and the uneducated stoned out of his mind guy working the counter over charged me. The part was $377.00 and he charged me $3770.00. Needless to say it wiped my entire bank account savings and checking. Once I figured out what was wrong I checked my bank account and I had a zero balance. I started freaking out right there in the office. We had a mortgage payment coming out and had plans to go to the beach for the weekend. Mullet man said he would do a refund. Since I was so upset he then said to my husband tell her I'm sorry and just take it. Needless to say the refund didn't come back to my bank until 1.5 days later. I had NO money due to this. I assumed it meant that he was giving us the part due to the fact he completely screwed us. He gave us no receipt saying we owed anything. About 2 weeks later he calls and asks when are we going to pay for it. My husband says it was under the assumption that you were giving it to us due to the headache your guy caused us. 2 more weeks later the guy calls and says he is going to call the sheriff and take us to small claims court. I then admittedly started freaking out using the "f" word and started explaining that he said we could have it. He then started calling me a "C" word and calling me a thief. I AM NOT A THIEF! He gave us the part! He didn't even offer to go half price or ask us to just pay his cost of the product for the inconvenience he caused. This place is scum do not go here!

As an employee at the age of 17. Being payed 500$ straight cash every week working 8to 5 and we can actually get what you need. We also have been cussed at but for us we need to deal with it If we want to be payed

As a former employee at 17 making $500 a week flat rate being yelled at pushed to work faster than I could safely, I would like to ask everyone to avoid if at all possible they charge way to much under pay employees abuse employees treat customers of any ethnicity other than white with absolutely no respect screaming at them if they dispute what something is worth based on condition.

I have always had excellent service here, you just have to be respectful. Be nice to them and they will be nice to you... they have a good range of vehicles, I can find parts for some of the old projects I have as well as late model vehicles I've worked on. The owners are great, bumped into them at a restaurant this evening and they were nice enough to pay for our dinner. SUPER nice people! They are my first call always.

Started out they sold me the wrong part went back they were good about it pulled the part back off and were going to put the right one on. Turns out the new part was broken. The owner then tears the differential apart and rebuilds and has them throw on truck. Worked for less then 24 hrs and now won't engage when shifted into 4x4. Took to local shop they pulled actuator and told me it was put together wrong and would need to be re done. Returned to junk yard and got told they don't what there talking about there is nothing he could of done to make it not work. So I'm out 300 for the part and the labor I had to pay will not return

I couldn't say enough good things about this place. I bought two body parts for my Civic. The price was great and the service was wonderful. They even installed them for me. The owner, Daniel, and every worker we dealt with, especially Luis, were friendly and helpful. I understand why the owner won't allow strangers to wander around the lot....insurance liability, theft, etc. You wouldn't dream of wandering around the back storeroom of a Wal-Mart, would you?

First time ever been there. Very nice peopleNice to there customers and very organized andClean. I had to get a head for my 5.9L magnum and had it ready for me when I got there. I highly recommend the next time you need parts.Going back tomorrow and get more stuff Thanks D& S

Just drove 2 hours to get a bmw hood that they said they were going to pull.I get there and they say they sold the hold to someone else.I asked the girl prior to leaving if she could send pictures and she said they didnt have enough people to take pictures but when I showed they had plenty of employees that were just standing around.They disnt even seem to care that I just drove almost 2 hours.Any professional business could have called and told me somone else bought it and to turn around.

I Don't normally write reviews unless there is an extraordinary good or bad reason to do so. I was lied to two different times and yelled at with aggressive tone. We originally bought a transmission from them and installed it. That transmission was broken and grinded into 3rd gear. We were told we would receive a transmission that was repaired/rebuilt because he didn't have another used one on hand to replace the defective one. At first I was happy with this option but then things fell apart. It finally arrived a week later than promised and I questioned him on this I received a bad attitude and very poor customer service. The replacement part we received was not rebuilt or repaired it was another used one. Man...... Very disappointing to say the least, hopefully this different used transmission works without problems, I cant say i would recommend them to anyone.

Called yesterday, they said parts would be delivered to shop this morning. Wait till 4pm, still no parts. Say I will just come pick them up so they say to give them 10-15 minutes and head over. We gave them about a half hour, when we pulled up, they were *just* pulling the car from the lot. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes after arriving for parts to be pulled.No apologies or explanations were given.And honestly, nothing they could have said would have rectified the situation enough to make me a repeat customer.

Bought a supposedly running motor, paid 850, they even said they had done a compression test. Got the engine installed, and it backfired immediately, pulled valve covers, and it had a pushrod through a rocker arm and a bad lobe on the cam. Talked to the manager, and he said he would send me a cam. That was two months ago. I basically got a core motor for running price. Not a happy customer

Easily the rudest and most unprofessional joke of yard I ve ever been to. 0 stars. Called and specifically asked twice if they had a part and was told certainly yes, because I m driving over an hour to get it. I drove 1.5 hours, and they don t have it, and the guy immediately starts yelling and swearing and calling me names when I expressed my frustration. Not to mention at least one employee was drinking alcohol in the open in the office during business hours. Plus I had to wait 15 minutes when I got there because they were just chatting/gossiping and didn t acknowledge I had walked in as a customer. AVOID THIS DUMP

Called looking for an igniton exciter for my toyota 22R They had one, arrived a few days later and purchased it for $125. At the time of purchase I asked if it was tested and known to work. Dan the owner assured me that it had come off of a motor home with only 80K and would work fine. When I installed it it didnt work! Purchased another on Amazon for $400 works great. Called D&S and told them that I intended to bring it back. He said it was not your problem and I had the understanding that he would take care of it when I brought it back. Today I bought it back. Once again he said "not your problem", as he proceeded to tell me I was wasting his time. Of course I was a bit puzzled by his reaction! He became hostile and told me to leave. Fortunatly, I had paid with my debit card and have some dispute capability with my bank. My recommendation is to never do business with D&S, they are not honest or interested in being fair. I would have understood no refunds policy and taken credit for something else but, not an option!

Had all the parts I needed and he was upfront and honest about the condition of the cars when I called. The guy who helped me was more than happy to work with me, and even hosed off some of the interior parts that were kind of nasty. Not to mention the fact that I got a great price for the amount of parts I bought.

I wouldn t recommend going here. They sold my husband and I a bad part we needed for our truck. When my husband figured out it was broken we took it back and the guy refused to give us anything back and also kept the part, which was $600+. So they ended up with $600+ and the part for the truck they can refurbished and sell for $1K+. We will NEVER recommend this place and will NEVER be doing any business with them in the future. They obviously do not inspect what they are selling you to make sure it is a safe and usable part.

Called and asked what color a part was that they had on shelf, owner said, I don t know and I said you don t know the color of the part on the shelf? And he replied, That s what I just fxcking said right? . I said I have to drive from Fort Lewis and I just wanted to check before hand and he said, then don t fxcking come. Dudes a real piece of work. Don t bring your business to them.

Wish I could give this place a negative 10.Every single employee is uneducated, doesn't actually have any real mechanical experience besides striping the bolt and breaking parts off cars.Every single person I know that has been over that way says "it's the worst junk yard in town"Most rude and unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced.I'd honestly rather spend the extra going anywhere and everywhere else!Avoid this business by all cost!I REPEAT DO NOT GO!

Have had terrible customer service here on at least three occasions. My friend and I stopped in today to to get caliper pins for an older Toyota. Owners response was that he wouldn't be bothered to go through the trouble for them. We then told him we would just buy the entire caliper and his exact response was, " I think I have spoken"... Horrible service, can't browse the yard, and shouldn't expect to be able to purchase anything here. Not sure if the place is a front or not because that kind of service doesn't seem very profitable. Went to ACE Auto Wrecking and got exactly what we needed in less than 5 minutes for $5.

Worst place in the world to get parts. Ask them about about price, they lie, you correct them, and they hang up on you. If I could, I would give zero stars. Don't buy from them, make them go out of business. They have no place making money and surviving. The business deserves to go under and the employees to starve; that's how bad it is.And not to mention they don't know anything about car parts, and lie endlessly. Thin skinned, useless idiots.

Dan and his wife went over and beyond to help me. I've read a lot of bad reviews about this place but really I have no complaints what so ever. Show respect you get respect. Thank you Dan for helping me get the right rear axle for my Dakota. I highly recommend these guys.
