Claire is an absolute rockstar. She is pretty much the only person that I trust with my car maintenance. I am so clueless when it comes to cars, that s why I bought new, and since day 1 she has been so amazing at explaining everything, and recommending openly and honestly what I need and what I might need to look into for the future. As a young woman, I never feel taken advantage of and am always treated with respect. I m moving out of state and will be coming home for every service, because she is truly the only person I ve ever felt was worthy of trusting with the most expensive asset I own.

The auto was put in the care of your service on 11/25. I FINALLY received it back on 1/9. I only saw two flats, but they said there was more work to be done and more parts to be ordered. They said it took so long because they could not get the parts. They needed to improve at communicating why it was taking so long.I am glad the car is done, but I now owe several weeks to the rental car since they only pay for 30 days when I need a repair. I am incredibly dissatisfied that you took over a month to replace two tires. I will not recommend any service from you to anyone I KNOW.Service: Tires

I get my 2019 crosstrek serviced here, and I also bought at Bud Clary Subaru. The service and sales teams both are great, i am always treated well, and they go out of their way to be helpful. I wish there weren't a trend in businesses right now, where they solicit reviews after every visit from their customers. It doesn't mean anything if you get repeated calls asking for f.eedback. The service is indeed great

What an improvement man met me with smile on his face and immediately got my car in for maintenance he dealt with three folks almost st once with professional demeanor but friendliness he answered all my questionsMade sure the coffee area was proper and took care of business no lies no back talk incredible improvement over the gal you had in there who told me boxes in the back of my car caused the battery to dieMy one thing i forgot to ask why does my battery die so quickly? We came to get our headlights replaced and were very happy to get it done in less than 40 minutes, without an appointment, and for a very minimal cost. Just bought a car here and could not be happier. Everyone was helpful, friendly, not pushy at all and made us feel very welcome. Would work with the again in a heartbeat. Hats off in particular to Leo. Terrific young man.

Had a number of services performed last year and over time have found out that many of them were done sloppy and incomplete and as a result have caused multiple damages to my vehicle. My radiator blew and cause was determined that both fans were left unplugged after repairs, AC belt was installed incorrectly, PS/Alt belt was installed incorrectly, had both rear breaks replaced and only one side was actually replaced so just had to get them re-done. Considering having another mechanic re-check all the work they had performed as they appear to have no quality control. The issues so far have been identified on an ongoing basis as damage or unusual sounds/driving conditions occur and each time it ties back to the large selection of services I had done at Bud Clary.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I got into a yelling match with Heidi and Matthew over my leased Subaru Impreza 2018 having Bluetooth issues and they didn't fix it and refused to service my vehicle. I will never forget this travesty of injustice and their rude demeanor.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I needed to have my new phone paired with my bluetooth in my car and the nice people at Bud Clary have been so helpful, Ron German the salesperson came out and paired my phone to the car in just a few minutes, Thank you so much for being so helpful I really appreciated that:)
