We traded a car in towards a pre-owned Palisade last week. The car is great and the process was super simple. Marshall was a great salesman and definitely someone to see if you have questions about the vehicles they have. We were weighing between a few different vehicles and based on our needs he helped us narrow it down.I was leery about pre-owned since they normally don't have a good warranty, but we were able to get a pretty good one which was a big factor in getting it. They detailed the car and applied a rain seal thing to it a couple days later and the whole process was easy. Marshall gave us a number to text him at which made communicating this easy and they all operated with professionalism and refreshing openness for a process known for being convoluted and annoying.We'll definitely be returning customers in the future and I without a doubt would recommend working with them. We drove down from Tumwater to see a couple of cars since my cousin recommended it and it did not disappoint! It was a 2 day process due to the holiday weekend but Marshall B made sure to stay in contact with us and answer every question we had. He truly made it a lot less stressful to find a perfect fit for us, Thank you Bud Clary Hyundai and most importantly Marshall B !

Took my 2022 Hyundai in on 10/11/23 for my "Free oil change and tire rotation" the desk staff was friendly and after telling me my oil change and tire rotation were free they presented a form with a list of other services and mentioned that since my car had 13k miles on it and was a year old I may need some other services. When presented the form the customer service rep pointed to 3 prices at the bottom of the form one for each column. I chose the one that I thought said $63 and signed. When called to pay via phone before my car was delivered to work I was told my balance was $870.43. I was in complete shock and asked how on earth my 1 year old car needed $800+ in services. The reply was "I am so sorry ma'am I thought you knew what you were signing" they gave me a $50 discount and I paid $820.43. When presented with the paperwork while getting my car back I realized a tire alignment was listed and asked if my car needed an alignment and was told "we recommend it once a year" nobody could tell me if my alignment was even off prior. To top it off my car has smelled badly of vinegar since the filters were replaced at that appt not sure if it was the type of filter they replaced mine with but it is very strong. Please just be aware as I felt very stupid and taken advantage of at a business I had previously trusted going to after purchasing multiple vehicles there. I am including a picture of the form I signed and you can see the $63 that was pointed at is just a "monthly payment" and the actual amount is $804.50 which includes over $500 in just labor. I will be paying more attention in the future but want others to be aware as this feels like a way to scam people out of more money. If my car had truly needed these services I would not be upset.

No problem getting an appointment to have a recall done in n my Genesis and an oil change.I used their shuttle to take me back home. All work completed when promised. Very satisfied with Steven who made out the service order

Kayla Bruno, was amazing made the sale super easy. Helped me through the process of getting the most for my trade in and got a brand new elantra. Trading in my 2016 for a new one. I would highly recommend the bud clary hyundai team.

Steve Ballweber deserves so much praise and I hope that his boss recognizes the quality of customer service that Steve provides. I went in for an oil change and he looked into my account for me to see if I still had care packages available. Others in the past overlooked them and had me paying for the service. I felt like I was able to trust him to make sure that things were done right and that he values customers. He was knowledgeable about his work and provides excellent customer service. Thank you Steve for looking after us the other day :)

If you re looking for a sales person that listens to your wants and needs, I highly recommend Brandon. He was extremely helpful and made the whole buying process a lot less intimidating. Definitely will be coming back for all my future car needs.

My service advisor Liam was great to work with, got my car in at the scheduled time, went over everything with me and was spot on with the estimate. Only downside was to learn he would not be my advisor at my next scheduled appointment as he has been promoted. But since everyone in there was helpful I'm sure it will be fine. I took my new vehicle in for service and a recall. I had a couple other questions about the accuracy of some small items like radio and display staying on after shutting the car off etc. ask them to look at it, & the service manager said oh we can t do that, you ve gotta bring it back for another appointment, that was really frustrating as I live half an hour away from them. I waited a month and a half for the first appt. This is for a brand new sonata with 3500 miles. Disappointed!

My sales person Kayla was very nice. She kept me updated on my car arrivalAnd went over all the features with me. Was not pushy at all, which i appreciated. Made my car buying experience very nice. Would definitely recommend her.

No communication, sent to voicemail 2 time with no return call, texted 2 times( told best way to communicate) no answer. When I finally got a person, was told they couldn't find my car, they were on the verge of closing and I won't be getting my car back that night. They also told me they would deliver my car to my home ( nope not if they " lost" it around 4pm. Nope didn't do that either. I got a ride to shop, on the way, they found my car and I got my car that night.

Customer service excellent. However. Focus from the mechanics can improve. Small issues...like draining my battery and forgetting to connect the latch to hood should have been avoided. Maybe not rush a job. There is nothing worse then going to get your car and not being able to pick up.

The people we dealt with were very courteous and professional. They went out of their way to make things right since water had leaked into the 2024 Santa Cruz we wanted to buy. They gave us several price breaks and kept the vehicle till they solved the problem. A vehicle was loaned to us till we are satisfied with the service. Thanks Bud.

Does anyone work there??? I left a message for the Service department over a week ago -- no call back. Then called again yesterday and got sent to voicemail again. I left a message, waited over a day, and still no call back. I called again, today, and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. I've never tried so hard to get my car serviced, in my life. Maybe I should take this as a sign from the universe, and move on. If this is how they treat people before they've even become a customer what kind of service and experience can someone expect once they've got your car?

I have a 2022 hyundai ioniq hybrid blue.I originally made an appointment for oil change and to figure out why my electric power brake light comes on.I got to my appointment. I was told that I would have to leave my car there for a few days. Just to do diagnostics on my car. Last time this happened. It took the other dealership a few hours to tell me that my calibers was not right. So the warranty will cover it.I think I will take my car to a different dealership. I don't think this dealership cares enough about their customers. I even had issues with the collision center. I'll start going to the Vancouver dealership.

My car has been in for repairs for 6 months. Half of which they were struggling to just get the car put back together. I will never use Bud Clary for their collision center ever again. Very disappointing since I had wonderful service with the sales team!

I had a really great experience at this dealership. It was the easiest car buying experience from the time I walked on the lot through the time I drove my car off the lot. The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles, which I was surprised since he hadn t been there very long as a salesman. They must have a really good onboarding program for new staff members or something. I was probably at this dealership for 2 hours total vs 6-8 hours at any other dealership. Another thing I liked about this dealership, is the price on the window sticker is the price you pay and there s no negotiation, which was nice. No back-and-forth negotiation games which I m not a fan of. Who has time and patience for that? I highly recommend this dealership if you want a no games, professional experience!

Im not happy with Bud Clary, I had a tire repaired at my tire shop and they rotated my tires just before I was to have an oil change at Clary. I told Clary not to rotate my tires, 2 times, because it was just done, and guess what, they rotated my tires. So I had to wait extra time for them to undo the rotate. I m already there 2 hours. They also told me I needed new windshield wipers, I just had a new wiper put on the same time that my tires were rotated. I will not go back to Bud Clary Hyundai.
