Excellent service department. My service advisor Bryce was amazingly helpful, friendly and informative. Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation on my F-150 while traveling and they made the whole process really convenient. Would highly recommend using them for any maintenance/service needs

Colton was very friendly and helpful. I've unfortunately gotten to work with him a few times recently due to issues with my vehicle, but he recognized me and remembered my name despite it being several weeks since we've last interacted. While I'd prefer not to be a "regular customer," it is nice when you walk in out of the blue and hear, "Hey Aaron, how's it going, buddy?", instead of a generic, "hi there, how can we help you?".

I went to Bud Clary Hyundai to get a key fob programmed for a recent used Hyundai purchase. The staff is great and courteous. I had to wait a little bit but they have a clean waiting area and coffee, snacks, etc. Steven was extremely helpful. Will definitely return for service.

Excellent very attentive service! Really appreciated the 3 lube service offer that I took advantage of....it's really a GREAT deal!! Bryce is very easy to deal with. He answers the phone, is knowledgeable and quite helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

They were fast in doing the oil change and tire rotation. About an hour. The Hyundai lounge was very clean and they had complimentary water, coffee/tea and snacks available. The only downside was they didn't offer a free complimentary car wash. Columbia Ford always offered a car wash.

I brought my Ford Edge in for an oil change, multi-point inspection and tire rotation yesterday and I can't say enough positive things about Colton Hope! This is the 4th time Colton has assisted me at Bud Clary Ford/Hyundai and his customer service skills continue to be first-class and totally amazing!

I had to take my 2017 Hyundai Tucson in for a recall repair. The people at the dealership were very Professional and got my repair done quickly. Unfortunately, it did not correct the problem that I was having with the lights on the dash. I will have to take it back in to get the issues addressed.

I am so grateful for the service team at Bud Clary Ford. I have had my terrible run ins in the past with other dealership service centers, so I was dreading taking my vehicle in. However, I was greeted, and treated so amazingly. Their honesty and communication does not compare to others. Thank you Andrew for always keeping me up to date on my car, even when the phone lines were down. If I have any other problems in the future, I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle back in.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Maya was great. She is very helpful and knows how to get things done. She is the only thing good about this place. However, when I went to pick up my car it was close to closing and the service department had gone home. There were a couple of sales people there but one couldn't take my payment and the other who could , was talking to other people. I stood there waiting for 20 minutes to pay and get my keys. My husband who had been waiting for me outside came in to find out what was taking so long and we waited another 10 minutes to finally go pay and get my keys. The guy was rude and short as if we had interrupted him. I have not had a good experience at this dealer yet including when I purchased my car. I would not have gone back except my car had 2 recalls that had to be fixed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

Very grateful to the service dept for their help today. My car just quit while driving and had to be towed there. I was so anxious about the whole thing, thinking I would need to leave it there for days until they had a chance to look at it, order parts from out of state, etc. It took a couple hours to get it figured out and repaired but I was so relieved that it was done the same day. I was updated throughout the process, and was even given a break on the replacement parts, for which I am thankful. Past service experiences here have been hit or miss, but today s experience was definitely an improvement.Service: Electrical repair

We took the car in at 10:30 for its transmission recall. The company gave my husband a ride home as it was going to take about two hours. We did not receive a call after five hours so I called the service department and left messages and finally asked the operator to locate someone to talk to. The service advisor said he had left a message but used the cell phone number that doesn't work at our home because we have no service there. I had indicated on my maintenance record for the past seven years to always call the home phone. He apologized and said that a driver would be sent to pick up my husband right away. An hour and a half later, I called again and again only reached a voice recording. After waiting and calling back again twice more and insisting that the operator find me someone to talk to, another service adviser came on the line. Apparently someone neglected to send him out. They said they would keep the service desk open until my husband could get there as they were going to close at 5:30. Twenty five minutes later the driver arrived and almost an hour later my husband returned. We have not had a very good experience at this Ford dealership in the seven years that we have owned our car and will only use it when required for recalls or major repairs covered by our Ford maintenance contract.Service: Transmission repair

I needed a couple recall replacements done on my car and the service department completed them quickly and provided quality service. They were all very friendly and professional and were able to provide me with a shuttle ride to and from the dealership so I didn't have to try to find a ride myself. I had a very good overall experience.

Needed to get a recall done on our Transit van. Tried to go to another dealership and it was a huge hassle, so when I had the opportunity to take the recall work to Bud Clary, I did. And I was not disappointed. It was a safety recall and they worked hard to get our van completed so we could go on a long trip for the holidays -- even though they were already overbooked! I won't be taking my van anywhere else from now on :) Andy was especially awesome and we really appreciate all the juggling he did to get us taken care of. I was sent to a dealership when T and T Tire was unable to replace my alternator. After having my car for 2 1/2 weeks T&T blamed it on my 15 year old car s computer. The difference between theses two shops was night and day. The people at Ford weren t so busy they would leave me standing around awkwardly. they were incredibly communicative every step of the way. I don t have a mechanical molecule. They didn t mind explaining the issue to me three times. Turned out to be the wiring, not the old computer. They fixed it earlier than scheduled and I had my car back at a super reasonable price.I would recommend them, if nothing else for the stress free ease I felt throughout the entire encounter.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Colton Hope and the service team. I took my 2016 ford fiesta in for a transmission issue but it ended up being the computer. After a quick diagnostic and reboot all was back to normal at no charge to me! Your integrity at the service department has restored my confidence in customer service. Bryce is amazing to work with. He called when it was time to pick up my car. There was an ice storm and he wanted to let me know how unsafe the roads were where they are located. He also noticed that someone had overlooked my warranty and made sure all services covered by the warranty were completed.
