I'm delighted to share my experience, we (the service department and I) have had nearly a year long relationship. We (my son and I) took my son's car to the service shop on July 27th 2022. Sufficed to say, she is still parked on their lot waiting for repair... I feel like the department has really gotten to know the needs of the beautiful little car.

I called twice and was told that I would receive a call back which I never did. On my third call I reached a service tech and made an appointment for the next day.Repairs haven't been made yet... it's been a week and still waiting on parts and an update. I requested the complimentary car wash and they missed most of the drivers door, passenger side bed and about half of the tailgate.

My experience with Bud Cleary Chevrolet was excellent and worthy of sharing.I was stranded on my way to California on a Saturday afternoon; with only one hour left to close, I called the service department. The lady at the service department waited for me to check my vehicle in. She was so nice and polite and treated me with so much empathy. She told me she was going to make sure I get a call Monday first thing in the morning to deal with my vehicle.Come Monday morning, I get a call from Garret at the service department and we went through the problem with my vehicle and the options I had.Garret kept in touch with me and kept me informed along the way. It was simply heart warming how this people went above and beyond in their job. Garret was also very polite and honest with me. No hidden fees, bad surprises; just honest to god work. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Certainly world class service and top notch employees. God Bless Them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My vehicle was damaged in their shop and I wasn't told by the employees until I brought it to there attention. They said they were going to discuss it but had just forgotten too.. unbelievable.. after the enormous bill for repairs that weren't necessary they wanted to railroad me on my bill and now have a line on my vehicle over a 3400 dollar bill. Initially 12,ooo. And still, even after they had, my truck got nearly seven months to repair the transmission..unbelievable m...the same repairs done on my truck prior at another dealership cost around 4400 dollars. Instead of paying the remainder of my bill for their mess up and taking care of the customer, they further insulted me by telling me they would deduct 750 dollars for the damages!!! It's unbelievable b le that they would treat their, customers, customers in this manner. I paid 77 thousand cash and have had every service done with them and the loyalty. I get back a lien on my vehicle, and I'm not even Ble to get important belongings that are work-related out of it until I pay them in full! I would not recommend buying anything or having your vehicle serviced by them in the future... terrible customer service and care for the customers by and have their vehicles serviced,/ Fuxed at their shop.....truly sad that they tried hiding the damages from me that occurred in their shop....sad, sad sad!

I really enjoy the employees in the service department. Kenny is very friendly and takes good care of me. Joe, from the parts department is so knowledgeable and helpful. He takes his time to explain things instead of just telling me to "look it up".I have always felt comfortable when ever I need to wait while my vehicle is being serviced.Service: Oil change

Left us waiting for 7 hours for parts that should have been installed on the car at purchase. Refused to do anything to make it right and implied it was our fault they didn't order what we requested when buying our car and then weren't ready after months of delay to install the parts. Garbage business

Had a repair (part replacement) under warranty, and it took them 5 weeks AFTER receiving said part to get my car back. Will avoid at all costs, let alone buy a car from them.

My wipers stopped working. Gave bud clary a call and they found out I had a recall for my vehicle for the wipers. Got me in same day, replaced the recall part and had them fix in a few hours. Over charged me for 2 hours of service to turn a sensor around when there service tec sends me a video talking about how my air box is leaking air and is not sealed that's why it's loosing air with a k and n not recommended

Arrived for scheduled appointment on time. After waiting two hours I asked about progress and was told that my car was next to go in the shop. I put my car in at 10:45 am and now it's 5:56pm not happy ....no response after I called almost 4 hours later ...they told e it would be approximately 2 hours had diagnostic done...
