I've been in here several times, and they have always taken really good care of me. Especially Shelby. She is knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and professional. Her excellent advice saved me money & got me running again when I broke down on the side of the road.

Shelby, Byron, and Julie (+ others) here have been wonderful to work with! I would follow them to any place they work at. All have made the numerous shopping trips here exceptional with their helpful knowledge and friendly customer service and I hope they are treated exceptionally well by the Owner as well! What a great team. To many more purchases, Thank you!

This is probably the best AutoZone I've been to. The crew is typically friendly and knowledgeable, patient and willing to help. The store is clean and you're always greeted warmly.

The cashier lady was really amazing, had very good people skills and kept a good atmosphere in the whole place. She was informational, friendly and willing to go out of her way to help us. She's a keeper. This was around 8 or 9 pm at the Triangle Shipping Center, around March 15 to 19thShe was a top notch customer service pro! I want to thank her for caring about the stuff fitting on the Harley, so Thank You!

We broke down at this store in Longview,WA. We needed a new alternator and a new battery for our truck. Shelby was so knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars for this young lady. Best service ever.When you find yourself stranded away from home, this is the place to go for help. Shelby @ Auto Zone

Very helpful and professional. My check engine light came on and the staff person immediately took care of plugging into my volvo computer to determine the problem.

These ladies and gents that work here are awesome (including a spouse of one of them). They all are super friendly and ready to help at the moment you walk in the door.I had recently bought an O2 sensor for my vehicle and after a mixup I ended up with the wrong part for my vehicle. Once I realized the error, I brought it back and the correct part ended up being double the price that I paid for it. Shelby, the assistant manager I believe, dropped the price and I walked out with right part and didn't pay anything more or less for it. I will definitely be coming back until the day they close for good

This branch is new so it was very clean and organized. My pal and I were tired from our trip but the lady up front was nice to look up an item and grab it for us. Made for a quick trip and an awesome customer experience!

They greet you as you walk in. Ask if they can help you. But did not have the products we were looking for. Not their fault. Friendly and helpful though.

Nice clean store. Be sure and look up the part you need online before going in. Just very young girls working there. I asked for a pitman arm puller and they couldn't find it on the computer. I looked it up on my phone and gave her the part number. Gone are the old days where gear heads worked at parts stores.

In and out ok customer service. Only issue is they never can give me the rewards I get emails saying if I spend 50 I get 11 yeah even the rewards from signing up to online nope never got it

Found my new go to auto parts store !!!Can you say beyond Helpful, like seriously!! Actually put some extra effort into finding the right part for my car (had a different engine than stock) Thanks for all the extra effort in gettin me rollin again.
