Was my first visit so I don t feel I can provide a good review. I can provide how I was told by people who have used them they are a reliable shop to go too. They are a bit expensive but still worth the money.

As always, Art s provided exceptional service when I recently scheduled an oil change. I was quickly able to get an appointment time that worked for me. It was completed and I was on my way before I knew it! The team is so accommodating, the waiting area is comfortable, and no one tried to upsell me at the end. And they have great coupons!!! I had the oil changed in my truck this week, and it was very easy. They only took half a day while I had breakfast and ran some errands. They noticed that I needed new wiper blades, so I had that done, too.Over the past year, Art's has kept the 10-year-old family sedan on the road with a new radiator, new battery, new rear struts, and a new A/C fan when a mouse got in there and made a nest (yuck!).This is the place for high-quality, honest work in a super-clean environment.

Purchased Two 6 V RV batteries. Have purchased 6 V batteries at other locations which have only held a charge for a year or two at the most. I had previously Purchased two 12 V batteries for the coach engine and they have performed flawlessly for the last two years. Customer service at Art s Is top-notch.

They were accommodating with scheduling appointment, good communication through texts, accurate with time frames and finishing work. My car is working better, sounds better than a long time ago. Seem honest, will know more in a few weeks but have always has had good reputation.

One of the smoothest experiences Ive had with a auto repair shop! From setting the appointment for my car, the safety inspection results texted back to my mobile phone, to the agreed upon repairs being done at the time allotted and for the quoted price .NO Surprises! Thank YOU Arts Automotive!

Very friendly. They have great communication, and take the time to explain things to you. Love their texting feature, as well as their reports with photos. We've used them once before for something different. We were happy with their service and customer service, that we returned to them again.

2012 Corolla needed new alternator and battery. Arts got me in same day and had my car fixed earlier than expected. Great service and price was much less than I anticipated! Would recommend.

Took my 2015 Traverse in for service. All repairs were explained and all costs were clearly itemized. They took the time to check all issues and even conduct a safety check of the vehicle (lights, fluids, etc.). I would definitely recommend. Teresa was my contact and was courteous at all times. Excellent service and excellent staff.

My car wouldn't start sometimes, for no apparent reason, but Art's automotive fixed the issue and now it starts with ease every time. They also did a quick diagnostics to let me know if there were any other issues my car may have, plus they prepared a quote for the other issue they found, just in case I asked. They go above and beyond and I love that. I recommend Arts automotive, even if it's just to get a diagnostics done.

Left my pick up for the day. Came to pick it up and it was still parked in front of the business, hadn't been touched. They forgot about it. I told them the tires were brandNew so they didn't need to be rotated, but they charged me $15 anyway for tire rotation.Not very impressed with customer service this time.

Art s was quick and determined our battery power was low and not recharging fully. I was prorated the price for my old Art s battery and replaced a new battery. Everything went smoothly.

Art's replaced the transmission on our 2022 Ford Transt Connect work van and it runs like new. They even gave us a complimentary oil change. The staff is personable, trustworthy and experienced.Highly recommend!!

I was greeted when I entered and directed to the service writer that helped me set the appointment. He set up the plan and expectations for the day, and called me to update the tech findings by mid morning for an authorization to fix and an estimated time the repair would be completed. The repair was done on time and I picked up my vehicle same day. I really appreciate the communication and explanation and my car is running much better now! Thank you!

Great teamwork at Arts. Customer service was nice. diagnostic was done the next day. And the manager Patrick was kind enough to give me a ride home, (after my long day at work, then breaking down, being towed and stranded.)

Art s Automotive operates like a well greased machine. You enter the lobby and are greeted by friendly staff. After getting our vehicle diagnosed for our initial concern, they also perform a safety inspection with recommendations. Not once was there any feeling of being sold a service.Only inconvenience was as the work was completed we were not notified it was finished and had to call.

While it's never any fun to fix car problems, Art's Automotive helped me figure out it was the battery. They were very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned. They replaced the battery and had us on our way in no time. I would recommend them to anyone and will most certainly use them again myself.Bill McMann.

Went to have my 2010 escape power steering torque sensor, and they quoted me $3000, and tried saying more was wrong with it then actually was wrong. It cost me $200 to get it fixed there should be laws against greedy auto repair shops and them lying and over charging people.

I was on a trip to Oysterville, Washington when I discovered that my oil cap had fallen off. Oil was everywhere, I was missing a cap, and I had to drive over a 100 miles back home. It was MLK day and I was worried places would be closed but I called Art's Automotive and Larry answered the phone. When I speak to mechanics, I am often treated like I don't know what I am talking about and it can be an uncomfortable experience, but Larry was very kind, helpful, and reassuring. While he didn't have the cap I needed, he suggested I come down anyway so he could take a look. When I got there, he not only helped me add oil to my car, but he found my oil cap! He found it at the bottom, below the engine and fished it out! I am not exaggerating, this was the best customer experience I have ever had. He didn't charge me at all, just helped me get on my way safely. I will be forever grateful!

Needed a new battery. They got me right in, no appointment necessary. The old battery still had 8 months remaining on warranty, which I didn t know, they told me and gave me the fair discount. Gave them 5 stars. Quick, efficient, honest.Dave

2018 Honda Civic SI (Need a clutch replaced) car has 54k miles and the only reason im calling shops is because this particular job will need a lift as the entire front end needs removed, sub frame and all. Should be about a 9 hour job in a shop. The lady I spoke with on the phone wouldn't entertain an estimate for an hourly rate for labor, wouldn't give me an estimate for parts, and just kept saying she needed the car inspected and diagnosed. I informed her that i already know the car is in need of a clutch. I directly asked her if there was a reason she couldn't provide any type of estimate and she could not give me an answer. I can't speak on the actual work done here. However the front line completely sucks and makes me not want to ever head in there or recommend anyone else does either. There is no reason a customer should have to sell the business, their business. That's completely backwards. Every other shop I called was able to punch in my Vin and give me an estimate on parts and labor and a time frame. I've worked in a few shops myself and this technology is nothing new so I don't know why she wasn't able to do this. Hard to not think she was just being lazy and didn't want to do a couple minutes of leg work. I'm happy to see a local business doing so well they can turn down a potential 3-4k sale none the less!
