Lost my business today when you tried to force my wife to buy new tires. She asked for a tire rotation l. And you refused saying the tires were too bald. 50% is not too bald. Lost my confidence to recommend you to my customers as well. Brian Cole. Owner of liberty lube.

The service here is unmatched. They go above and beyond. I ve come here several times over the last couple of years for oil changes, tires, battery check and what s nice is the same guys are always behind the counter. Employee retention speaks volumes about the quality of a company and for a customer it s great to see the familiar faces.

The entire staff is very friendly and kind. They got me in quickly for the snow tire change, reminded me to have the lug nuts, re-torqued, and then Conrad and Anthony did a great job with the retorquing. Thank you so much!!

Good tire shop - bought a full set of Cooper snow tires. Easy to make an appointment online. Mounting and install was good, balanced. Nice and informative manager / staff.

I called with some general questions about installing new rotors myself at home. Tire Rama had nothing to gain by helping me, but Josh was extremely helpful and patient answering my many questions. I can also vouch for their professionalism and speed in getting my tire work done whenever necessary.

Great tire store! Popped in just for air. Ross had me in and out in under 5 minutes, no charge, all smiles, great attitude. I've used them before for tires, no need to go anywhere else. They feel like a neighborhood store, and I like that.

My car was in an accident, and needed a repair to be drivable. These guys were wonderful in both customer service and skilled repair. The expected wait time was 3+ weeks, but they completed the job in only one. Absolutely essential for a single parent! I liked them so much I've decided to move all my maintenance work to their shop.

The absolute best service anywhere for repair work. Dropped my car off yesterday evening and it was fixed before 9 am this morning. And best of all I wasn't screwed over on repair costs like some places will try to do, thinking I don't know anything about mechanics.Everyone there is awesome!!! Highly recommend and will be taking my car there for maintenance from now on. The employees are wonderful.

OUTSTANDING customer service!! Fair, HONEST & fast. I was told my oil change would take about an hour & was quoted $90 for a full synthetic oil change, which is a fair price especially since you get the fourth oil change for free. When I arrived I asked for my tires to be rotated & to install a few missing pins in my wheel well cover if they had them in stock, obviously expecting to pay for the additional work. They took my car into the shop in a matter of minutes and just as I was getting comfortable in the waiting room then they called me up to the counter saying my car was finished. I didn't time them but I think it was only about 30 minutes. The young man at the counter told me they did have the pins and that they rotated and balanced my tires as well but they only charged me for the oil change. WHAT!? The manager said since I bought one of the tires there he wasn't going to charge me for the tire rotation and I know the pins aren't too expensive and are easy to install but most places will nickel & dime you but not here. Thank you, Tire Rama Liberty Lake. I highly recommend this business!

I took my F150 for new tires, and my Impala in for new wheels a couple weeks ago and the recently both for an oil change. Loved the atmosphere of the place. Everyone was super friendly. Would I recommend this place to get your auto looked at? The answer is YES!!!

The skinny guy he told me you can come back any time before 6 PM and I came back in 4:50 p.m. and the big guy with the glasses he said I am sorry it's almost 6 we can take any car and I told him the another guy he said it's will be fineThe big guy he said OK the other guy he go home hes gone 04/22/2019

Brought our car in with two completely flat tires. We knew we ran over something. I told the team to do what was needed - if they could patch them great if not replace them. I left to head back to work and two hours later they called with good news that they could patch both. Trustworthy comes to mind. They could have easily put new tires and charged me $900, but instead it was $40 to fix them. Great service team.

Very happy with my experiences here. The team is honest, transparent and very friendly. They helped set me up with in store financing, told me how to avoid interest, set me up with the best tires for my budget, and took care of a late night flat 10 minutes before close a few weeks afterwards, where they also surprised me by stopping off my fluids. I'd recommend this shop to anyone and can't express the gratitude I feel for them. Thank you for your phenomenal customer service, great quality, and fast work. Keep it up!

The shop was clean, the staff was polite and professional. A 4-WHEEL ALIGNMENT was done quickly with accuracy. Easy to read page before and after adjustment. Highly recommended tire shop!

We went in to get our trailer's bearings packed. We got prompt service and found out they would also be able to help with our AC line. They not only helped, they overnighted the part and finished the work in one day so that we could have AC for our end of summer camping trip. Seriously the best service I have had in a really long time. We are so thankful and will be going there for more services. Josh helped us. He felt more like a friend than an employee at a tire place. Top notch.

Made an appointment for new wheels & tires a week in advance. Called them 2 days before the appointment to make sure they had everything. Said everything was ready to go. Got a text message confirming my appointment. Drop my pickup off, get a call 30 minutes later, we don't have your wheels, sorry, should have them in 3 or 4 days. Not happy, impressed, satisfied, insert your favorite term here for good customer experience (it's not that).

I took my Subaru in for an alignment. This shop informs me that they could not perform the alignment and that I needed a left front wheel bearing and inner and outer tie rods on both sides replaced. Over $1,100!I took the car to an independent Subaru repair shop for a second opinion. The Subaru shop tells me I do not need any tie rods or wheel bearing work at all. They perform the alignment and I'm on my way.I feel the Liberty Lake, WA Tire-Rama recommended repairs that were not needed. So...they tried to soak me big time.

Our battery died when we were at a business next door. We tried to jump it ourselves with our battery charger but no luck. We asked Tire-Rama for assistance & they came right over. They were able to jump our battery & no charge. It turned out our charger wasn't fully charged. I didn't get the name of the gentleman but he was very nice & helpful! Thank you Tire-Rama!

These guys were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I needed some hub Centric Rings, had honestly never heard of them before, and they figured out which rings I needed, and were very patient with me when I said I was gonna take them to another shop to get them put on (huge mistake, the guys I went to had terrible customer service and didn't tell me why the rings didn't work the first time, just said I would need to get new rims, HA) came back in and they offered to get me new rings that would definitely fit (they took a tire off my car the second time to make sure to get the right measurements) and installed it pretty quick! I would definitely recommend this shop to others!

I ve taken multiple tires in to get plugged and recently purchased winter tires and wheels for our cars. Josh took care of me and I have been really happy with all my experiences at the Liberty Lake shop.

Never again will I be going to Tire Rama In liberty lake again.. Came in with a tire repair came out with two missing lug nuts and rest where so lose you could unscrew then by hand. Didn't notice it until I was a hearing a strange grinding noise coming from my rear tire.. Grateful that I made it to my mechanic shop that's where they noticed the strange noise and found out that I was missing two lug nuts and rest where lose enough that you could unscrew them by hand. Lucky my tire didn't come off.. Now am really sad I bought my tires from Tire Rama.. Never again will I go to this location.. Hopefully the other stores take better care of my vehicle when I have an issue with my tires as they are under warranty...

These guys are pretty great. I had an issue after they fixed a problem wth my car and they got right on top of making it right! I highly recommend Tire Rama for your automotive needs! I got a set of tires from them the 1st time and now they fixed an issue I was having wth my heater/ac switch! I will definitely b back and suggest you give them a shot also!

The staff was courteous and very professional. I thought my trip would cost me a couple of hundred dollars. Instead, it cost me $20. I have been to many other facilities, including dealerships, but this Tire Rama is the best. Thank you for your honesty and integrity.

Thank you so much to everyone at the shop! We replaced our battery here and then had some issues with our brake lights a few days later. They tried new fuses and they kept blowing so they traced the electrical problem back to our U-Haul hookup malfunctioning. It took them over an hour and I was ready to pay over $100 for their service and they gave me the bill for $0. To me that shows that their investment in customer relationships is more important then getting as much money as possible. I will honor that commitment with our business for as long as we are in this area. Thank you again.

They gave us the lowest price on good tires Plus senior citizen discount plus veterans discount their service was very quick and professional I will go back and buy more from them it was very very happy with their service and their products
