I had Tier One so my clutch, exhaust, downpipe, coil packs and plugs. Quality work at a fair price and Chase went above and beyond to make sure any questions or concerns I had were met.

These guys are experts when it comes to performance cars. Everything from maitenance to new builds to power adding, they far exceed my expectations. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars. They are reliable, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Having an excellent shop to stand behind whether you're on the road or at the track is priceless and these guys are an excellent resource to have.

These guys did a job for me they normally don t do. I have a 2011 F150 with a 5.0 in it. They installed my long tube headers and did an amazing job, also the run down of labor was very detailed and they were very honest about what had to be done and what they had to swap out for the install to work. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone that s has a project they re willing to tackle. Thanks tier 1!!Service: Exhaust

I ve been taking my 20-year old Subaru to Tier 1 for years and simply won t take it anywhere else. I make the drive from North Spokane to Liberty Lake just to take my car to Tier 1. Tier 1 is top-notch in service, quality, and pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for highly-skilled Subaru service, for anything from basic maintenance to full builds.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

These guys are honest and straightforward in their communication. I had an issue with my air bag system that left me dependent on the dealer rather than my usual mechanic. I found myself getting jerked around by Subaru Spokane with long delays, miscommunication, issues not communicated properly, exorbitant bills and quotes, and unnecessary recommendations.Tier 1 quickly identified the possible problems, clearly disclosed their suspicions, and gave me solid advice for addressing the air bag system. Because the ultimate solution ended up being costly and their initial attempts to troubleshoot to avoid major expense failed, they charged me half their typical diagnostic rate and nothing at all for the part they ordered from the wrecking yard. I was not pressured to fix it and was told it may not be worth the cost relative to the value of the vehicle. When I was leaving, they noticed my vehicle was low on oil and topped it off.While I'm annoyed that my air bag system is probably not worth fixing, I know what the problem is and, without question, I know who I will go to for repair if I decide to address this issue. This whole scenario made me realize that much of the stress of vehicle repair for me has little to do with the actual cost and so much more to do with trust. It sucks to feel like you are just a number with a bank account. It sucks to know someone is talking you up because they get paid via commission. It sucks to have someone talk around your concerns because they don't have the answers you need and the one hand only talks to the other after your money is on the table and your car on the lift.Because these guys are so above board and transparent, and demonstrate that they care about me as a whole person, I would gladly drive to the other side of Spokane to Tier 1 rather than a couple of blocks to Subaru Spokane to address this kind of issue.

I have been to this shop multiple times for different issues with my car and chase and his team always go above and beyond. They are extremely knowledgeable and will walk you through the entire process. They will be straightforward with what needs to be done now and what can wait, they don't try to sell you a whole bunch of unnecessary repairs. Very reasonable rates on diagnosis/labor and can even get parts at a great price. I would recommend this shop to anybody for anything from general maintenance to full on race car builds.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my 2011 WRX here twice now. Once for headlights and second time for clutch assembly. Headlights haven t had any issues since it s been in and now my clutch is buttery smooth. I will be recommending Tier 1 to anyone I know and will continue to bring my car here if it needs anything. Fantastic group of guys working here, not terrible on price either. Highly recommend

Chase and his team are an excellent combination of knowledge, experience, proffesionalism, and expert finesse. They are absolutely THE ONLY place to take your Subaru to in the area. My experience was nothing less than amazing. My car had serious issues when I took it to them and they were honest and upfront a about what needed to be done. Also, you can't beat their prices anywhere! Thank you Tier One team for treating me and my Subaru right! We will definitely be back when we need it.

So much love for these guys, my god do they go above and beyond for their customers!! It's hard for me to trust people with my car but I had no issues trusting them to get my parts installed and taking care of my STI as if it was theirs. Thanks to all the guys here that worked on my car, it's been an amazing experience and can't wait to come back for more power!

The team at the shop is amazing brought my 15 sti in. had some DAM and knock issues they diagnosed that problem told me exactly what I needed and are fixing that problem while installing a down pipe and power steering rack same day. This shop is where you should be. Nice environment friendly people will not be going anywhere else. Thank you tier one

My subaru is currently being worked on right now. Dominic's shop is super clean and everyone that works at tier one is professional and really cool! My cars had some issues and I drove here from Montana to get tuned and Dominic is continuously finding ways to squeeze me in to get my car done, even with unforeseen mechanical errors! Super awesome place! I am grateful to have found a tuner I can trust! Thanks guys!!!

Great service, staff, and overall experience. I dropped my 2014 wrx off this morning to install a stage 3 clutch and flywheel. Friendly staff, professional service, and expertise with subies. I would recommend this shop for ANY of your subaru needs. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Tier 1!

When I got my '04 STi, I was worried about where I was going to take it to get it all straightened out. I found Tier One Imports and haven't taken it anywhere else. They took my Subaru ownership anxieties away. Also, if you decide to wait there while the work is done, their couches are super comfortable.

Amazing auto shop. I brought my 02 WRX in for a power steering leak and a transmission whine. They were immediately able to figure out all the issues and let me know about them. They even found some unrelateable issues and fixed some of them free of charge. Great shop, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and quick.

If you love your Subaru as much as me you ll take it to these guys. I received excellent customer service both times I went in. The main mechanic fixed something on my WRX in 10 minutes that the dealership couldn t figure out. You have my business!

This place would be my first referral for anyone looking for quality Subaru advice and service. They custom tailor a plan to best suit your budget and needs and treat like family when you come through the door. Thanks to them my WRX has recieved a second chance and now beats with the heart of jdm STI and is stronger and more reliable than i ever could have hoped for. Thanks guys!!

Would definitely recommend for performance Subaru anything. Had my '14 STi in as it had been running pretty rough for a while after I had a previous shop "upgrade" the turbo and add an EWG etc.. Error code kept coming up and the like, so I scheduled an appointment. Within the first day of the car being there I received multiple updates from Chase and by the end of it, basically a list of all the things the last shop did wrong / ignored. By the end of it everything was fixed, Dom retuned it on my Accessport, and it runs better than ever. Thanks guys!

Tier 1 Imports has done good work for me. They aren't the lowest price shop in town but I think paying a little more for quality parts and workmanship is worth it. They did a timing belt job with all the pulleys, belts and water pump. They specialize in Subaru.

This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any business. My car was tuned by Dominic and he ran my car out of gas and my car did not even start when i picked up my car and then the valve was burnt up in the 1st month of driving it. he refused to take responsibility and did not want to retune my car with my new engine he degraded me as a person and my capabilities. Do not go to this place at least for the tune.Service: Auto engine tuning

Quick service, aftermarket parts in stock.Makes a happy customer. Drove from Moses Lake to pickup Killer B oil pickup and windage tray. Nobody else in Spokane had these products in stock. Now back home to Moses Lake to finish building my motor.Thanks Tier 1.

If I could give zero stars, I would.Tier One Auto is a terrible name for a business that only works with imported cars. I had no way of knowing that they only work with imported cars until after the fact when I looked at their WEBSITE URL WHICH ISN'T ADVERTISED ANYWHERE. They weren't communicative at all, and just brushed me off without telling me that I should go somewhere else. Very unprofessional for a business.The story is that I had my car towed there one night after it had broken down on the side of the freeway in Liberty Lake. It was smoking and leaking fluids and I didn't want to risk turning it on again after seeing that. Tier One Auto had 5 stars so I had it towed there. It was really close and it seemed like a good place to go. I left a note on my car apologizing that I had left my car in their lot, and I had left a message on their answering machine saying the same thing. Their hours are 9-6 M-F, my car broke down on a Wednesday and the next day I heard nothing. NOTHING. And when I called around 12pm they said "We don't really work on Chevy's, but we will look at it for you so you don't have to have it towed somewhere else, and if its an easy fix, like a hose or something, we can do it for you. it's not a big deal at all that you left it in our lot, don't worry about it, I'll try to get to it today, give me until the end of day." So I waited until the end of the day and heard NOTHING.So I called the next day at around noon again, to which the man replied, "I haven't had a chance to get to it, I'll try to get to it today, give me until the end of the day. We usually schedule appointments a week out in advance, so I've been dealing with the appointments first but I will try to get to it today and I'll keep you updated." So the end of the day comes around and I still haven't heard anything from them. My first thought was, "why didn't you tell me about the appointments in the first place and why haven't you told me to take it some where else if you weren't going to make it any sort of priority?" And now its the weekend. And I'm STILL out of my ONLY car to get to Coeur d'Alene for work.Look, I get it. They don't work on Chevy's and it's a business for imported cars, but really, if they didn't want to look at it any time soon, they SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME TO TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. How was I supposed to know they didn't want to look at it? I EVEN OFFERED TO TOW IT SOMEPLACE ELSE. THEY FREAKING OFFERED TO LOOK AT IT since I had it towed there already.But seriously, don't offer to look at a car if you're not going to do it promptly. Why would you even offer at that point??It was VERY unprofessional and not very compassionate at all what you did. I had it towed to another place over the weekend that actually took the time to contact me in a timely fashion and communicate with me, maybe you could learn a thing or two as a business. Just saying.Also you should stress the fact that you only work on imported cars. Business 101 people. Maybe have IMPORTS in the name of your freaking business and not just 'Tier One Auto'
