Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Looked at all the models. Was impressed by how user friendly they were. Excellent build quality. We enjoyed looking at the cyber truck and the x.

It s a Tesla Service Center! and then so much more! This is a great place for anyone wishing to charge on a trip. They have a sales floor with associates who are genuine fans & owners of the product and happily would geek out with owners chatting! There are a couple local places to grab a snack or drink. And it s a beautiful facility also!Right off the freeway, quick on and off access to i90, one of the best chargers in the region size wise!

Made an appointment to get my windshield replaced since I noticed a couple small cracks. Very easy process through the app. It said it would take 3 hours so I dropped off on a Friday expecting to get my car done the same day. They then said it wouldn t be done Monday, no big deal they gave me a loaner for the wkend. Monday comes around and the app notified me it was complete, so I drove out to go pick up my car, wasn t in the spot it was said to be in. I went into the service center to check where my car was. The service rep checks his computer and says let me go check something. He finds out they changed the windshield on a different car and tells me to come back tonight and pick the car up. I also added a check of the car once I just purchased it from a separate dealer. They gave me the results of the inspection before I came to pick up my car so I asked are they sure they did the inspection on the correct car. He said he wasn t sure. My faith was lost in their ability to know what actually was going on. Once I arrived back to pick up my car they gave me the same results which I still don t know if they were correct since I asked them again if they did it on the correct car. They couldn t give me a direct answer. I will avoid taking my car back to this place at cost cause I don t think they have a clue what they are doing.

I was very happy with the work this Tesla Service Center did, and with the clear and quick replies to my messages in the Tesla App. I owned my first Tesla Model S in 2014, and my second in 2018, so I have been to several different service centers over the years in California. Those service advisors in those other places were so overwhelmed with the volume of customers they hardly had a moment to talk with me. At Liberty Lakes, the service advisors and the service manager were very generous with their time with me, explaining details (which I like), and answering my pesky questions. I want to send a BIG SHOUT OUT and THANKS to John, Nick, Eric, and Alec (who I understand replaced my windshield). I highly recommend this service center!

I m a big fan of their products but the customer service needs a fair bit more training. Only able to communicate with them on Tesla app messaging platform and both occasions I ve dealt with them having experience with whoever is sending the messages, not reading prior communications that they have sent, which contradict what they say and trying to charge me for something that they admitted was their mistake and no compensation or even an apology when it took an additional trip in and downtime in my workday to deal with the issue

I've been in twice. The first time was to demo a model y. The process was quick and the sales people weren't pushy. That's different from any other place I've gone to for test driving a car. The second time I went was to pick up my model y. The sales associate went over everything to make sure our car worked with our phones and we understood the features of the car. It's nice going into a car dealership/service center where sales associates are not worried about selling you the car, they just show It's features. Cars are expensive, so I can't say I will definitely do it again, but if I do, I won't dread the buying experience.

I called while traveling to Spokane from Lincoln county.I spoke to Brighton. I wanted to see the Model Y in person.20 minutes later, I was actually sitting in a beautiful Model Y with the white interior. The folks were so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He even offered a test drive. I've never driven an electric vehicle and it was very tempting but we we had to get to another appointment. If they had a model Y on the lot for sale, I might have taken the plunge.

If you are considering a new vehicle, regardless of whether or not you're sure a Tesla's right for you, go see Renee at Tesla LL. Renee is kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and highly professional. We walked in on Sunday not expecting to purchase a new vehicle but were blown away by the car and the experience. Renee was a fantastic listener to our needs/wants in a car and was highly communicative throughout the entire process.

Boy oh boy don't divulge trying to solve problems on your own! We have a model 3 and live in Montana. Right after an update our PTC heater failed and took out the 12v battery. Tesla didn't have any PTC heaters and I took it upon myself to replace. It was a simple install however there are some alerts that you cannot reset without the help of Tesla or access to the right tools. I'd be in the hole thousands of dollars if I were to rely on their terrible service. My initial call to Tesla went unanswered and I've yet to get any reasonable assistance. I wouldn't recommend this service center or buying a Tesla! I've less than 50k miles on the car!!!

Very disappointed with customer communication. We were told our Model X would ve delivered in about a month from ordering, and our app indicated the same. When oir delivery window approached, all of a sudden our delivery window changed to one to two months later. No explanation, and impossible to reach customer service. Still waiting.

Brandon P Tesla advisor and manager Michael D are the two shadiest liars I've ever encountered in the car game. Lies to secure deposits then back out on their words. Luckily it's all in writing see you in court thieves.

Horrible customer service. Kept the car longer than projected without notice. When I arrived to pick it up they did not apologize and were rude about the situation. The car was at the facility for two days for a 5hr job and they couldn t even get to it so I just took my car back. What is the point of making an appointment? The car was already there an extra day. All of the diagnostics were completed ahead of time so they knew exactly what the issue was. The impact of leaving the car there extra days results in additional hotel stays and missed work that I am not being compensated for. I do not live in the area and unfortunately this is the closest facility to me. Do not accept appointments you cannot fulfill in the allotted time.

Drove 6 hours from Montana to a scheduled appointment at Tesla to fix a broken hatchback under warranty. Spent $600 at a hotel in the area waiting for repairs. Tesla contacted me on day 3 to tell me that they had finally gotten around to examining the Tesla and determined that they couldn t fix the problem. The trip was an enormous waste of time and money which could have been prevented if they had communicated, or examined the vehicle at the time in which we had agreed to an appointment.

Test driving a Tesla was a thrilling experience, even though I was relegated to the backseat as a passenger. I was invited by my friend and attended the meeting with her and her husband. The salesman sat in the backseat and directed the driver, my buddy. It is completely different than driving a regular vehicle. The Tesla S was unbelievable! I have never sat on such comfortable seats. What a quiet ride! The car was so zippy that upon heavy acceleration I was pressed into the seat. Who knew? Driving an electric car is a different way of life. You truly have to figure out every plug in station along your route if you take it out on an extended trip. Depending on the car, mileage varies. The lighter the car, the longer the road miles. Full charge for the larger vehicles with 350 to 400 range can cost approx $20. You can plug into an RV electrical box, which we already have at home, or have one installed. You can even use a heavy duty extension cord plugged into 110 but it would take a full day to charge. Super chargers will take 15 minutes or so. This seems like a great money saver if you tend to stick to the home base with 100 mile radius. The only problem with going to drive this vehicle with my friend is... now I have to have one too. Look for a 5 month wait time to get your car, with very limited colors. Loved the Tesla!

Horrible customer service at the Liberty Lake Tesla service center. Told me they have to cut a coil out of my heater element !?The car is been dead and won t run due to supposedly the coil in one of the heating elements they re charging me $1000 to cut it apart, and also said that my car would probably be cold During the winter time now!?.. the coil they need is a month out they said, so this was my only option since I need my car back. They didn t communicate enough to let me know if they could get my car running without the heat. I would rather just fix it myself I felt forced, but my only option was to pay them to cut my coil up so I could have a car to drive..This all happened after the latest update. 23.44.30.1. I ve chatted with other people that have left reviews and the same thing has happened to them. They are figuring out how to replace the element themselves.I have texted and called multiple times and have not heard back. Was supposed to pick up my car today but as my app is showing no one is working on the car and I ve had no updates. If I knew customer service would be horrible I would ve never bought a Tesla. Also shouldn t the heater coil last for more than a few years? Also, not very transparent on the actual work they re going to do I only saw the estimate for a minute and didn t screenshot it but I guess I should ve done that because it s now not available for me to access. Zero stars.

This is the choice service center for us Canadians to the north. Don't ever go to Calgary, aka worst SC on earth, go to Spokane for professional techs, proper results and no damage to your Tessie.

Never been to none prior, so I don t have comparative notes to give. But my impression of the general center itself along with the employees are align with what one would expect out of the premium and cutting edge Tesla experience. Glad I received ample time with my sales rep as he walked me through the ins and outs of driving this computer on 4 wheels.

So if it's you and the significant other here's how I'd do it. Get a pint of born n raised in the beer hall and get some snacks like the giant pretzel, play some Cornhole or skiball. If your there for dinner or late lunch try the Philly cheese steak. This place looks and feels amazing.

So far they have been pretty good about their service. I have had a few problems with their service team but their manager (Hector) is very quick to fix any problems and seems to handle things very well! I gave 5 stars only because Hector is on top of managing the Tesla service team very well if you were to run into any problems. The new Tesla Service center is a major upgrade from their Spokane location and we are very pleased with the waiting area and the service team so far! Thank you for all you do for us!

Went in to grab some wiper blades, and while we didn t call ahead it still took almost 30 minutes and 2 reminders to get our blades after they initially said no problem.Staff were friendly and kind, and the waiting room was nice with free coffee, but I think they just underestimated how busy they d be with deliveries when they said they d be right back with the blades.

I purchase a model y last night. The whole process was seamless. After using the app to pay and agree to a few documents, it took a few minutes to sign and receive my car. I could only make it 2.5 hours after they closed and AJ stayed until 7:30. Very professional and easy to work with. It was an amazing experience and the Y is amazing.

I went here to replace my windshield after it was cracked and had by far the worst experience dealing with a car-owned service center. From signage to the service entrance to the drive home, it was apparent that Tesla has forgotten the human element. To begin with, requesting service could only be done through the app. Calling led no where and at no point was I able to get any questions answered prior to setting up an appointment. Once I arrived at my appointment I asked how long the repair would take, one of the questions I could not get answered before, and the guy checking me in informed me that it would be done by around 3PM. I was dropping my Model 3 off at 915AM. Not a big deal, but when I asked if they would provide a loaner car for the day he informed me that those are only provided to repairs that last 48 hours. If I wanted to go home then my repair would have had to last at least 24 hours and they would provide credits for a Lyft or an Uber. Seeing as how my repair was estimated to take 6 hours, 4 hours longer than the average, I was relegated to the waiting room (fun fact, the wi-fi password isn't in there, you've got to go on a hunt for it). When I asked him about this policy he directed me to the app. When it was clear that it wasn't there, I asked him to find it for me to no avail. Every other car-owned service center I have ever been to at least offered a shuttle to take you home. Not Tesla, you're not that important once you've purchased the vehicle.Fast forward to 415PM, 45 minutes before they close, I am informed that the car is ready for pickup, 75 minutes late. I am also informed that I either have to pay through the app or pick up the car in the morning if I don't get there by 5PM. God forbid someone stay an extra 5 minutes to help out. Not Tesla.Upon getting my car, $1100 later with no chance to get insurance involved before hand, I start the drive home only to notice that the new windshield is filthy. They could not be bothered to clean the glass. I'm not exactly a germaphobe, but staring at someone's greasy handprint on my 40 minute drive home was not exactly pleasant. You would think they could have taken some time within that extra 75 minutes to wipe it down. Not Tesla, that just doesn't matter. Although I'm sure that IF I could have asked someone there about it they would have directed me to the app.To top it all off, I now have a mysterious rattling in the back right quadrant of my car. No clue what it is, but I have little faith that the people there can help, even if they wanted to and that's a big if.It's clear that they only care about selling a car and never seeing you again. If you do, good luck because they do not give a S*** about your experience.

I went in having door handle issues. They fixed the problem but scratched my tint. They were very open about scratching the tint telling me over the phone. When I came to pick up my car there were also scratches all down the window they obviously took out. I caught one of the employees leaving and called him over. He said he was a manager at that location. He acknowledged the scratches and the scratches tint saying someone would be reaching out.The guy over the phone prior to me picking it up said they would pay for the one window to be redone. When I stressed concern about it being slightly different than the tint that s 3 years old they said they would only pay for the one window. I have a feeling it won t match well and I ll be paying out of pocket to redo all of it.This happened 5-6 weeks ago and I haven t heard a word. I figured they were probably just busy and I d give them time. But taking this long is ridiculous.Service: Electrical repair
