I went to a competitor but they wouldn t take my Polaris on trade. Fred was very helpful and found me a Rockwood Signature Trailer with 7 ceilingsThey delivered it and picked up my trade. I am very pleased with Fred and RnR RV

The whole staff at RnR was wonderful to work with. Especially Eden, Justin, Steve, Don and Andrew. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an R V. Eden was sincerely more concerned with my wife and I getting the right rv for us than just making a sale. He even came in on his day off to make certain we were happy with everything. We just bought a new fifth wheel at RnR in Liberty Lake.We were treated respectfully by all we had contact with. Ann in the Financial Department was really helpful and knowledgeable.Bob S our Salesman was friendly and bent over backwards to get us the best deal.Marty R and his boss Rob S from the service department were very Professional. Marty did the walk through with us and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time and patiently answered all our questions. There is so much to learn.We highly recommend buying your next RV at RnR in Liberty Lake.

My wife and I are looking to scale down from our 5th wheel to a class B or really small class C. We stopped by RnR and spent some time with Richard B. He was extremely helpful and showed us a bunch of options. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We will be back with the kids to see what works best for us.

We have received FANTASTIC service from RNR from the very beginning. Our salesman, Randy, REALLY listened to what we needed and wanted in a travel trailer. Lisa, in parts, made sure we had all of the things we needed to get started in our FIRST travel trailer. And, Dennis and Jacey in service, have made the WHOLE experience wonderful. Feeling cheated from these people we purchased a rv and no more than two weeks into ownership it started falling apart the furnace went out in the cold season tried calling service department and got no replies for over two weeks had to call in many times to get help. Finally got the trailer into the dealership and I've asked to return the rv do to all the issues I ran into right away and have been mistreated by management they towed my rv down knowing I don't have a rig to pull it and because I've asked for my money back I've had nothing but a horrible time working with a guy named Ryan he has told us that they don't want to buy the rv back and they won't even do consignment! RYAN you have mistreated my mother and my wife I have zero respect for you or your company and feel like your a rip off and I'll make sure to let the world know on how you treat your customers who come pay cash strong .

We purchased our first RV from Dean at RnR 15 1/2 years ago. Dean was amazing then so we were Blessed to have Dean do an incredible job putting us in our new Forest River motorhome that is Perfect for us. We received a Very fair deal and Dean went above and beyond keeping us updated on our order. . The process of delivery and pickup went very smoothly. RnR is very honest with No pressure at all . We highly recommend RnR for anyone looking for a RV. And Dean you are a true friend to Dori and I

Always had the desire to own a Class B van, RNR Rv in Liberty Lake WA made that happen. Great experience and enjoyed the low no pressure process working with sales, service and finance. They rock the total experience from the camping and boondock vision to assisting with the first time rv driver experiance. The walk through helped me get the first time jitters resolved, I'm now RV confident and ready to roll. Thanks Dan, Ann, and Rob. We were traveling from Oregon to North Dakota when we had a bearing failure on our fifth wheel. RNR's service department accommodated us and repaired our RV quickly. A good portion of the service departments we've dealt with would make you wait 2 or 3 weeks but RNR fit us in immediately when they heard our situation. They let us stay in their RV park for free while the repairs were made. We are very pleased and thankful they had us on the road and heading home quickly.

Couldn't get me in to fix my cruise control. Secretly thanking my stars as the shop rate was $200 US per hour. I was complaining our shop was $160. I did stop into their retail shop and was able to pick up my RV cover at a reasonable price, and the sales clerk was a very nice fellow!

We were traveling from Alaska to Bristol Motor Speedway. We had issues with the air suspension and kept losing air. Pounding hard on the suspension. We called and spoke to Jacey Byrne our service advisor. We explained our situation and needed to be on the road by following Friday to get to the race. She was awesome and was able to get us in and fixed by Friday. Not only the problem we were experiencing but also found brake issue that was explained as fairly serious. They fixed it all. Hats off to RnR RV Center for making it possible to make the race!!! P.S. it was a blast.

We had to have an emergency repair done the day before we had to leave for a long trip. Jacey pulled a rabbit out of her hat and found a way fit us in the day before we had to leave. The repairs were done quickly and perfectly as always. Jacey s efforts were Customer Service at its best. The perfect reason for buying from RnR.

I purchased a motor home a year ago it was used but great shape.It was not perfect but as I said it was a couple years old.You never know until actually using systems if all is perfect until actually in use.Luckily I used Bob Sandano the salesman and he is truly dedicated to taking care of his customers.I have purchased and traded 5 total campers and motor homes and he has never disappointed me with his follow up!I could write a book to brag about the relationship he has built with me and my wife but, I m positive he makes all customers feel great about doing business with him.The service department backs him up perfectly or how the heck could he be so great!If you buy a unit from anyone to camp in, don t screw up look for Bob, you ll be super happy.I think I m his biggest fan but I m sure we all areBob NagroneHayden Idaho

My name is Gil Stone. I went in today with my 38 year old daughter, who happens to have down syndrome. We have purchased three rv's from RnR over the past thirty years, and we were there in response to a heads-up text about an rv that we might be interested in that was sent to us by Fred Much. Though we could not make the purchase happen, we were very much impressed and touched by the effort Fred put in and his heart-felt disappointment that we couldn't buy the rv that WE felt fit all of our needs. Thank you so much Fred, for your efforts! We will be asking for you by name when we return!

Dean Fotis helped us with no pressure and quick answers. When we told him we'd be back in contact with him after our first shopping adventure, he believed us and didn't hound us! Our sales experience was great, working through finance with Jessie was smooth and also free from inordinate pressure, and the delivery of our new Rockwood Geo Pro G16BH was thorough and enjoyable. When we sprang the news of our tow vehicle not being ready due to parts being on order, they offered to deliver our trailer that same day! No charge!Also, the well- stocked parts department was very helpful, even matching a price I found elsewhere on an item we wanted.Thank you RNR RV for a wonderful, even ENJOYABLE first- time RV experience. This won't be our last, but we won't go anywhere else!

This is the best place to buy. Vince was very knowledgeable and helpful with my initial steps. Randy worked out a great deal for us and was super nice. Ann is a pro with working with the banks. This whole team made me feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. I highly recommend them!

Bought our 2018 Travato here from Steve Pace. Can't say enough good things about working with Steve and RnR. High integrity, no games - just straight-forward good business people intent on providing a good product and excellent service. I really appreciated Steve's knowledge about the RV and his advice. He has also been great about staying in touch - reaching out to inquire if everything is ok and did we have any questions - rare!! We haven't been in for service but have friends who have, and have said it was remarkable - including overnight camping inside their facility. We will drive the 300+ miles to have our service done there.

After 2 days our trailer is already falling apart. Trying to get our trailer was a nightmare seems like communication there and s non existent. We were told of we pointed out and flaws they would be fixed and that didn t happen. Would love to bring back and get our money back.

We purchased our 1st Winnebago from Dean and had our walkthrough with Tim this past Saturday. We had a great experience with RnR. Both Dean and Tim were great. Tim knew all the details of our model and answered all our questions through the walkthrough. He did not rush us and was genuinely interested and excited for us to get out on the road and explore in the new RV. Thanks again, Dean and Tim!

We had the best experience with these guys! Larry was our salesman (he's retiring in a month) and he was beyond excellent. Larry got us the exact used RV to fit our large family of 6 and our budget. RNR even has a restaurant! We ate there and had a burger, chicken wraps, and a veggie wrap - quality you'd find in a cute and cozy diner. After we ate we had to wait 1.5 hrs for our bank on the phone and during that time Wayde, Larry, and a female employee were extremely welcoming and accommodating to our large family in their awesome waiting area. Complete with coffee, a foosball table, great kids books, a tv, and other small games and toys. RNR really puts pride in their sales and they go the extra mile to make sure each RV is safe and inspected. They install hitches there as well but we opted for delivery. We are very excited to have our Heartland Cyclone delivered this coming week!Thank you RNR!

October of 2022 I finally located the Truck camper that I d been looking for. A 2023 Northern Lite 811EX. I called and spoke to Brandon who was extremely helpful. I put a small deposit on the camper and drove to the North Spokane store to see the camper. Again, Brandon was very helpful and informative. I will definitely refer friends & family to Brandon. Marty the sales manager was equally as helpful and the buying process was extremely smooth. On the day I went to pick up the camper I met Jason. Jason was awesome and had the camper outside ready to load. He took his time to explain the loading process and helped me with setting up the fast guns fasteners. Jason was very knowledgeable and great to work with. My experience with RnR RV, Brandon, Marty and Jason was an A+Thanks fellas!Jeff

The service team at RnR RV Center is outstanding! On a family vacation travelling from Canada, we ran into an issue with our awning that was dangerous to drive with and the team fit us in for an emergency repair that didn t just fix the issue but made it stronger than it was when it left the factory. Thank you Dave and Dianna for the exceptional customer service! The rest of the staff was super friendly while we waiting in their awesome customer lounge too!!

My experience at RnR RV has been less than ideal. Allow me the opportunity to explain my 2 start rating. We purchased our trailer (2018 used) from North Spokane RNR in May of this year. The sales experience was typical and professional. Upon delivery of the trailer we went on our first outing, to our surprise it was delivered with a 3/4 full black tank that smelled very bad. Please note, we called up the sales department and they quickly made right on this mistake. Mistakes happen. We took delivery of our trailer in May, less than 4 months after owning this trailer the tire blew while on the freeway causing thousands of dollars of damage to our uint. Upon further inspection the tire that didn't blow also showed signs of age, the service provider (Rob) suggested for this reason that both tires be replaced in addition to the repair work. I would have expected to get a bit more than 4 months on tires on this new to me unit. My expectation of purchasing a used unit from a reputable dealer is that it would have been closely inspected before delivery (in my case an empty black tank and tires that are in safe/good condition).Our RV was in for repairs for 3 months over the summer. Supply chain constraints make things slow. Our service provider from the beginning set realistic expectations around this. For this I was appreciative but of course wished it were different.Communication with the service department was minimal, in fact after several emails, a text message and a phone call I was only able to get ahold of our service provider after asking to speak with his boss. I mentioned that I would arrive the next morning to meet with whoever Rob's direct report is I promptly received a phone call back. Communication was lacking during our repair process. Yesterday we took delivery once again of our repaired unit and I am satisfied with the work. My feedback to the service department: your clients deserve clear communication. I shouldn't have to call and text multiple times in order to get a response.In summary, I will choose to bring my business elsewhere. This all would had been different if the unit was properly inspected and serviced by RnR prior to our purchase.
