I had a fantastic experience with Mercedes in Spokane yesterday. We are considering buying a Mercedes (from a different dealer) and we brought it in to get it checked out before we made our final decision. Amber was friendly and efficient getting the process started. I did not have an appointment but they were able to fit me in which was great. Sal, Wyatt and Raul were the team of techs that inspected the car. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Sal walked me through every step, shared his concerns, and pointed out several areas of concern. Fortunately there were no major mechanical issues but there were a couple of problems we would never been aware of had they not done such a thorough inspection. They even wrote up a report of the concerns and recommendations for repair/replacement. I was able to take this to the dealer selling the car and ask they fix the items prior to purchase. Likely saved us a lot of money. The dealership itself is clean and well stocked with goodies and all of the staff I interacted with have mastered their customer service skills. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle to them for service! Great dealership.

Worked with Robert and Riley. Was great buying experience. The sales manager Drew was awesome as well. Sales transparency, with the highest quality customer service, from the greeting to signing the final papers. Getting the papers done was quick too. Top notch attention to detail. Great follow though and follow up. One of my best buying experiences ever. Thanks guys

We were on our way to pick up a used Mercedes for my son at another lot in Spokane Valley. We decided to stop in here on a whim. I'm so glad we did. Robert and Lincoln got us into a much nicer car than the other Meredes we've been looking at. They gave us a wonderful deal on it too. Robert was super knowledgeable about the brand. My son loves the car. It has more features in it than any other car I've ever seen. Robert and Lincoln were so easy to work with. Everyone at the dealership was super nice. We will be back, for sure. Thanks for everything!

I had a truly disappointing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Spokane. My friend came in to get a new car. The customer service was abysmal, with staff members showing a blatant lack of professionalism and respect. From the moment I stepped foot onto the premises, it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than a valued customers. Not only were the sales representatives uninterested in assisting us, but the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. I have never felt such sexism from a group of men in my life we were talked down to the entire time. My friend decieded to go somewhere else in the end. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Spokane to think twice and explore other options.

If there's one thing I learned from this ordeal, it's that their mantra of prioritizing the customer is nothing more than a hollow platitude.My interaction began on a Saturday, innocently enough, as I initiated discussions with a sales representative about a potential purchase. However, being situated about five hours away from the dealership, I encountered an unexpected obstacle: they refused to accept a deposit to hold the car. Already, this signaled a lack of flexibility and customer accommodation that set the tone for the entire ordeal.Fast forward to Monday evening, after considerable time and effort spent organizing finances and insurance, we finally reached an agreement on a deal. I even went the extra mile to reassure them with photographic evidence of my readiness, complete with a check and finalized insurance. With plans set to drive down the following day to seal the deal, I received a text from Korbin an abrupt notification that they had sold the vehicle.The sheer disregard for my time and efforts was appalling. It's evident that this dealership's primary concern lies not with its customers, but with squeezing out every last cent of profit. The fact that they sold the car within a mere 24 hours, despite my clear intentions and preparations, speaks volumes about their priorities.One can't help but speculate about their motives. Was it sheer greed, not content with the immediate sale and seeking to maximize profits from financing options? Or was it simply a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction? Regardless, the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed is inexcusable.I am left not only deeply disappointed but also disillusioned with the brand itself. It's a shame that a company renowned for luxury and excellence is represented by such a dismal establishment. Rest assured, I will be vocal about my experience, ensuring that every person within earshot knows to steer clear of Mercedes Benz of Spokane. Furthermore, I fully intend to escalate this matter to Mercedes Benz headquarters, as this level of incompetence and disrespect deserves to be addressed at the highest levels.In conclusion, my advice to potential customers is simple: unless you enjoy being treated as nothing more than a walking dollar sign, take your business elsewhere. Mercedes Benz of Spokane has made it abundantly clear that they are not deserving of your time, trust, or hard-earned money.

I want to express my gratitude and admiration for Riley, who is a rock star in his profession. He provided me with the best buying experience I ever had from a Mercedes dealership. He was attentive, courteous, and helpful throughout the sales process. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He also went above and beyond his duty by delivering the car personally to me on the west side of the state (from Spokane), which saved me a lot of time and hassle. He was friendly and professional during the delivery and made sure I was satisfied with the car. I was impressed by his dedication and service. I will definitely go back to him again for my next car purchase, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Mercedes.

My husband and I had a great experience at this dealership! From the moment we walked in, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. We worked with Nick Nelson and he was amazing!! Patient, knowledgeable, honest and so easy to work with. We were looking at a few cars over a few days there and he was so helpful and accommodating! The old saying goes...Don't trust a politician, a lawyer, or a car salesman. Korbin is a poster child for this. While in the process of buying a car for a business this weekend and having everything lined up and ready to go, he decided to sell the car out from under us the night before coming down to get it. I truly hope this isn't the culture of Mercedes, but it certainly is of Korbin. The level of disrespect and trust is a disgrace. His love for the almighty dollar certainly over shadowed any good characteristics of a decent sales person and good customer service. Will always go elsewhere. Mercedes lost long term business over and poor employee.

Online build gave me lots of information before I contacted the dealership. This is my second Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Spokane. A good report on everything. Riley and Francesco provided the personal sales experience. Very responsive to my inquiry on the web page. I'm a gadget guy and this loaded GLE will keep me busy looking at all of the options. My most surprising option? The cabin air filtration and fragrance system. It'll be nice when the forest fire smoke settles in this summer...

If your thinking about getting a car I would suggest going anywhere but here there is just to many better options and I felt that the people here are very rinse and repeat and have no actual care for the customers they just see a paycheck. Really hope some of you don t make the same mistake I did avoid The Mercedes Benz of Spokane or at least do your best to avoid Korbin .

We are extremely happy with the purchase of our GLC 300(Great Little Car). Nick, our salesman, was the best. He kept us within our budget when showing us cars that he felt would fit our needs. He also gave us a fair amount for our trade. When we went to pick up our GLC, it was dressed with a red bow on top

I would give 10 stars if google had that option. Scott Grumbly and the team of tech's and other service advisors here are top notch people. He communicates, keeps you informed, has empathy and compassion, and will go to battle to get your vehicle back to you tip top ready to go. Even with the current difficulties trying to get parts and the supply chain issues, he delivers. I know that his position is by far the most difficult in the dealership, yet he is always one step ahead of the process and tries his best to make the whole experience as pleasant and professional as possible. You are in good care with Scott.

We were very pleased with the customer service we received from CJ Haun (phone) and Harry (technician) that helped us with a lug-nut issue we had when getting new tires on our vehicle from Costco. Unfortunately Costco couldn't figure out the security lug-nut when they were installing the tires, so when I called Mercedes, they were extremely knowledgeable in regard to what the lug-nut issue could possibly be. They were helpful getting me an appt. quickly to check it out before returning to Costco to complete the tire installation. Thank you boys for your generosity and teamwork, we are happy to service our Mercedes though you!

Today I experienced concierge service. First contact this morning and by late afternoon a car was delivered to my driveway 120 miles away. CJ handled the entire process seamlessly and professionally. Extraordinary service, detailed communication, firm handshake and a genuine smile. Thank you all for making this buying experience top notch.And then I turned around and let an awesome sunset finish off this fantastic day

While in my ideal world, these vehicles would be flawless and run forever without any maintenance or unscheduled downtime, reality is not this. But what is real is the very competent and helpful folks that are working in the service department here. While they are always busy, I have been always taken well care of here, and go out of my way to be sure that when I need something done on my vehicle, its done at Spokane Mercedes. Other MBZ dealers could do well taking notes.

Korbin was great. He ran outside in the cold to greet me and I immediately was happy it was him. He s not your typical salesman that gives fake untrustworthy vibes. He was friendly, down to earth, funny, and very non confrontational. I think the most important quality of a car sales person is to really listen and make the costumer feel heard. He did just that and didn t try to push me. The car I got was super clean, new tires, new car mats, full of gas and ready to go. The process was very smooth and quick. Thanks Korbin!

Robert gave us what was hands-down the most pleasant experience I ve ever had when shopping for a vehicle. He had a wealth of knowledge about the essential elements of the vehicles and ended up knowing more about what I wanted before I did! We were looking for a car for our teens and safety was our main priority. We decided to make Mercedes of Spokane one of our stops and boy we are so glad we did! Nicholas Nelson was THE best salesman! He was knowledgeable and listened to what our specific needs were a used SUV with good ground clearance, AWD, & safety features galore. He didn t waste time, and he was super professional & very kind! We got to meet others thru the entire purchasing process & everyone treated us very well!Highly recommend this dealership & Nick!

Korbin our salesman is fantastic! We live 90 minutes away from the dealership and I had 3 knee surgeries, husband had a heart attack in 2023 and I am not very mobile yet that made it hard to buy a car. Korbin delivered our car and took care of all paperwork. No pressure, no problem and extremely fast friendly service. We definitely will be using this dealership and our salesman Korbin again! Thank you Korbin for going above and beyond the greatest service ever!

I want to buy a GLS here. It seems to be very popular. I want to pay a deposit I m out of town for few days )but they don't accept it. Because there were other customers who were interested, but in the end they didn t seem to buy. The salesperson didn't come to me. It seems they don't care about me as a customer. From the beginning, I wanted to pay a deposit, which showed that I was a potential buyer, but you rejected me. It doesn't matter! I just bought a Porsche and I feel more welcome there and everything is fast.

I feel thoroughly taken advantage of. After 7 months I have lost 13k (43%) in equity for a certified preowned vehicle I purchased. Not only did I lose a significant portion of my investment, the entire time I owned the vehicle it was nothing but problems; check engine light came on 6 times before they were willing to fix and I drove 5 hrs each way, took 6 hrs to repair, and I got in the car and when I started it sounded like a tractor and rumbled every time I started it. A/C system was broken off the lot and took 4 service visits and 6 weeks to repair. My partner and I, through our businesses, have purchased several new vehicles from this dealership and I trusted they would be honest when I decided to buy a certified preowned from them. It has been a financial nightmare and has caused me significant trust issues. I sincerely believe I was taken advantage of. I will never do business with this dealership again.
