I ve been taking both me and wife s vehicles to Icicle Valley Automotive for almost two years and Jesus and his team of mechanics are true professionals; behind the wrench and the desk. They are courteous, fair, friendly, honest, reliable, trustworthy, and the list goes on and on.They are busy (which is a good thing!) but he finds time to fit you in to at least check out your car and will get it done quickly. If you re looking for competitive pricing, fair and honest work, Icicle is the place to take your vehicles!

I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at Icicle Valley Automotive. I brought my car because of problems with front wheel. Jesus and Roberto are knowledgeable and friendly. They quickly diagnosed the issues and made arrangements to fix it as soon as they could get the part in. The repair was completed in less time than was indicated. They checked my other concerns and we have developed a long term maintenance plan. I look forward to continuing this business relationship.I would definitely recommend this shop if you need work on your car.

Super great guys. We came to Leavenworth for a day trip when our car started acting up. Robert and Raul fixed it right up super fast and saved our day. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

We were at Napa, trying fix our truck and just didn't have the right tool. One of Napa's employees recommended Icicle Valley Automotive. He made phone call to them for us and the owners said send them over. I was so happy they were able to help us get back on the road again. They are so nice, honest and easy to talk to. Once again thank you so much

I had an emergency issue with my car during vacation and these guys were able to fit me in even on a busy day to fix it for me. I'm so appreciative of them and they did a great job on my car. Saved me a ton of time and money and I can't thank them enough!

I went in yesterday and got air in my tire because it was low. I go out to my car today and it was again and have a air leak in my tire. I have a 3-hour drive to get home. I went back to icicle to have them check it out They were very busy and referred me over to Kevin's tire service. Kevin's tire service was able to take care of me. It was very nice to icicle to refer me to another company. They were very nice and very helpful. Now we can drive home with no worries.Service: Tires

We had an unfortunate hit-and-run while vacationing in Leavenworth. Jesus squeezed us in for a much needed repair to be able to get home over the mountains safely. His generosity and kindness will not be forgotten. This shop clearly has a strong value of good service. We are grateful!

Had my brakes changed in Bothell, drove over the pass and got to Leavenworth when the front passenger brake caliper came loose and seize up my whole wheel. They took my truck in on Friday at 11am and had it finished up and working again by 5pm. They showed me why this happened and were amazing help! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I ve used these guys a couple times and they are great. I work early hours and they are super accommodating when I need to drop something off or leave it overnight til I can grab it later. Just recently helped me diagnose some transmission issues I ve been having and will also tell me anything else they notice along the way. Super timely on getting work done when they say they will and very informative with quotes and work to be performed before they do it. Jesus is such a helpful and honest mechanic. Couldn t have hoped for a better last minute fix up experience. I was driving up a mountain when I noticed my car over heating. Then next day I took it in to Icicle Valley Automotive and they recommended 3 main different things I could keep an eye on to figure out what the problem was. So the next time I drove it, I was able to figure out that my engine fan was not turning on when it was supposed to. I took it back in, they diagnosed it themselves and confirmed the problem, ordered the part, and was able to fix it the next day despite how busy they were.Very kind and honest people here and I appreciated so much explanation with my car troubles so that I could also understand what the issue was. Very thankful for this crew!

Jesus and Roberto have an amazing business! We had an urgent need for a front brake job while we were traveling and Jesus got us in immediately. 5/5 highly recommend! Jesus and his team are amazing. Professional, helpful, courteous and most importantly, great mechanics. I was in town from Seattle and had a really bizarre incident where my rear passenger side wheel was falling off my car as we were heading back west over the pass, so I stopped at a gas station at Cole's Corner and was recommended Icicle Automotive by a local. And thank goodness! I called and talked to Jesus and he was confident he could help. So I got the vehicle to him and within 3 hours I was back on the road, good as new. I thought for sure I would be stuck in Leavenworth another night when all I wanted to do was be home, and thanks to these guys I was able to get back on my way and home safely.

Outstanding Service. Both gentlemen quickly realized the situation I found myself in. Missing a nut to a bolt that holds my upper control arm in place. By some stroke of luck he looked in and saw the nut resting on the frame. If that nut was not there, I would have been stuck in Leavenworth for days. I can t even begin to wonder how long that but was sitting there and for how many miles before I noticed the problem. We are traveling with a travel trailer and a long way from home. Jesus and Roberto saved us. Amazing work. If I lived there this shop would be my go to forever. Can t thank them enough!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Amazing service! Once I pulled up they immediately met me outside of my vehicle, listened to my needs, and performed a custom repair on my positive battery terminal. I was on a road trip when one of my wheel bearings started to go back. Called Jesus from the wet side of the mountain to see how far out he was and he said I could get in that same day. He test drove it and called back with the confirmation that it was the wheel bearing within minutes. Got the work done in a timely manner and was open and honest about what he was doing and the timeline.I appreciated his communication throughout the whole process and the fact he didn't force unnecessary fixes on us. I wouldn't think twice to bring a troubled car to him if I was in the area again.Keep being one of the good ones Jesus. Thanks!

Living in town or just visiting? Icicle Valley Automotive is the place to your bring your car for all your maintenance / service needs. Jesus runs a great business, he was able to schedule an appointment and get me back on road in no time. I wouldn t bother going anywhere else in Leavenworth. Amazing staff and great service

When I heard that the former owner retired I was a little skeptical as are many people when the phrase new ownership comes up, but I ve just gotta say that the new owners Jesus and Roberto are AMAZING!!!Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and beyond accommodating!The work they did on my differential has it handling better on the road then it has basically the entire time I ve owned it. They also let me know some stuff that will need to be done to my rig sometime in the near future, which is so helpful! That s something I don t think mechanics do enough.I ve had such a phenomenal experience so far with these highly talented mechanics, I definitely recommend them!

I was from Oregon and right before leaving Leavenworth, realized I has a slow leak. Drive into their establishment right before they closed, and they gladly fixed my tire. Jesus and his team are heros!! They came to our van that was broken down in town, were able to diagnose it, and get it started. It needed a new starter, but the shop had closed for the night. We dropped it overnight, and they had the van fixed right away the next morning. I m so happy to have been referred to this crew by Dan at Napa. Everyone in Leavenworth is amazing!!

Jesus really helped us out this camping trip when our check engine light came on. Really appreciate him and the team getting to our car first thing in the morning to help us continue our trip. I highly recommend this place if you re in town or nearby!
