Bought my wheels here and they were damaged when i left. They won t take responsibility for the damage. Theres also a no return policy so if they mess it up but put it on your car, just know your stuck with them.Reply: The car was handwashed. Couldn t have been my fingers. Looked at by another shop and guessed to be done when mounting them. Make sure you check your stuff before leaving.

Had to replace 2 tires. They had to order them but had them there the next day when they said they d be there. Mounted, balanced and out of there in no time flat. Great folks!

They are not PRO and Responsible tires shop. Don t make Dirty Tacoma area. Shopping here you will be sorry like me and my friends.

I took my 2018 jeep Cherokee to get new wheels when it s only two years old they broke my TPMS Sensor stripped at one of my wheel studs and could not balance the tires correctly I would not recommend this place

Moize and the guys here are the absolute best!!!! Not only do they have a huge selection of rims but they also had two new tires for my Mercedes with staggered setup. I came in with a failing doughnut after a front tire failed. They hooked me up with two new tires and got it done FAST! They are polite, honest and fair. Thank you so much! A++++

These guys are awesome. I had a busted rim, they ordered me a single rim, got it in, in one day. They had me fixed up, mounted balanced out the door in no time. Very professional, with Good customer service. The workers are very friendly people totally recommend. Thanks for doing such a good job

Highly not recommended this place.When they have to sell u stuff that time there are so nice to u. When u bought it and have some issues they are so ignorant. I have TPMS sensor installed and balance my wheels pay them 750. After thet valve steem was leaking air i been back to them for repairs. They saying ur wheel is old that's not there fault. If u want us to fix we gonna charge 95$.they said While fixing that any happened to ur tyre they are not responsible for it. I been to different shop they fix in 20 bucks.This is reply for ur comment.1st thing i m not stupid leaving u review for no reason. And u guy's are big liars. U comment on my review to get ur images better. It was reason that's why i leave review. I been to ur shop 3 times never been help. U denied me So don't say u gonna fix it.

Absolutely terrible! Paid 1800$ for rims and every 3 weeksI ve had to pay 400$ for a new one low QUALITY.Asked for some kind of replacement this time orSomething cuz I ve had to pay an extra 1900$ for replacements . Instead was told it s my fault and can t do anything no swap or manufacture warranty. I BARELY DRIVE 15 min a day toWork and home . Unprofessional!How have I had rims for 4.5 months and gone though 5 replacements. didn t even want toWork with me .

Just got my second set of rims and tires from this place the whole process of getting in and out was fast and everybody in there is super friendly! Great selection of wheels and tires highly recommend!

Update: in response to your fully inaccurate response.#1. Not a hate review#2. My name on here is a nickname#3. I paid over $500 for these tires and have the receipt#4. The warning light did go off right after these tires were installed so I thought it just had to be reset at the dealer#5. I have no reason to lie about what happened and I am an adult here giving an accurate review.#6. What business owner would accuse a customer of writing a false review with no grounds to back up their claim? Unprofessional in my opinion#7. Why would I let you fix your mistake after trusting your tire shop in the first place then me having a bad experience? It's not a requirement that I take it back to you for you to fix. That's my choice and it's my choice to write a review stating what my experience was. There's no reason or benefit for me to write a false review. I write reviews for many businesses and my experiences I had with them. Unfortunately your business failed me and I'm not driving another 45 minutes to have you mess up again. THAT'S MY CHOICE not yours. And I chose not to come back or even call you because I'm upset it even happened in the first place have a good day!Almost forgot: YOUR tech broke my sensor not another shop.i haven't even repaired what damage you caused me. How dare you imply they did it. I took my car to the pull up area for air.i told him I just had the tires installed roughly 3-4 weeks ago. He checked the issue and the valves were leaking, that's when I asked him about why my warning light was still on and did I need to have it reset. That's when he responded that the rear sensor was broken. He filled my tires and that was that. I told him I'd be back in to schedule the work to be done. YOU want to pay for that? You want to pay for the valve stems and sensor? I'll gladly bring it back and WATCH your tech do it. I am really not even needing to debate with you though but I'm going to ask you this: You want to refund the $550? You agree to that then I'll remove my review or update it in your favor that you decided to do the right thing.Not even going back after I bought 4 brand new tires a little over 3 weeks ago. I noticed they got flat pretty quickly. Took my SUV in to get them checked only to be told all 4 valve stems are leaking slowly. Thankfully I didn't take back to you guys. They were at 12psi in the rear and 25psi in the front. I thought I could suppport you smaller companies but after this I'm just going to start paying more just to have that service I deserve. It's easy to take my money but not do a good job. I'm super disappointed. I can't even trust to come back for you to replace the stems and oh yeah almost forgot... Your tech broke my left rear air sensor when he replaced my tires too... Thanks that's going to cost me another $49 in addition to the other costs to replace the valve stems.

I had a bent rim and blowout. I had my car towed to the dealership and a 12:00 appointment. After waiting for a couple hours, the dealership gave me a rental because the were not sure they could get to my car. Later that day they called and told me they didn't have my tire or rim in stock and it would be 10 days before they could get it. I opted to go to universal tire to purchase a new rim since I knew they had it. Long story short, the next day at about 230 pm (and providing the dealership with the tire and rim) they called and said they could not do the job because the equipment does not accommodate 22"rims. Needless to say after running back and forth last minute universal tires completed the job without issue. In addition they also LAST MINUTE put new tires and rims on my hubby's car. FRIENDLY and accommodating even down to the last minute at closing. These guys are great! Will come back again and again! 2 days at the dealership and these guys did both my cars in a matter of couple hours! Highly recommend!

Good selection good enough prices fast service. Garage area is messy like a normal S. Tacoma Way rim shop but the staff are chill dudes and you never feel pressured I always use them for rims and tires

Awesome service and great group of guys. They really are fast. They ordered me specific tires that I requested and in less than 24 hours they were on my car. I was in and out in like 20 minutes.

The only Rim shop that matters! The best prices anywhere; take it from a Boss! The first and last place I ve shopped and bought rims. A looked around in WA and other cities and hands down unbeatable in the quality and fair pricing.

I didn t buy tires or rims here. The 5 stars are for the gentleman that helped me. Wheels are hard to find for my vehicle. Instead of trying to sell me on something I didn t want, he urged me to look elsewhere. Great customer service. Not to mention they have a large inventory.

Don't go there to waste ur money. If something get wrong what u bought they not gonna fix it for free.And now they gonna reply to my review like they always dose. Oh sorry u never been here so don't leave negative reviews

We didn't go for the wheels but to look at vehicles they were selling and even though we didn't drive off in a new car I say this father son team is legit. Friendly, knowledgeable, gave it to us straight and just solid dudes.

Went online to their website and researched the tires I needed. Called the store, gave the gentlemen I spoke with the Brand and Model name from his own company's website, he could not find the tire. After several minutes of describing what I needed he informed me that although their website lists those tires, his company has no access to them. Seems counter productive to include products on your website you not only do not carry, but cannot even order. Basically wasted my time by advertising products they can not provide.

What started as an easy drive up to Canada, turned into a stressed pit stop when we hit a massive pot hole on I-5 N. We were able to get to a nearby Les Schuab, but were not told about the massive wait for just a tire!Thankfully, the guys here were super helpful, informative, and helped up get back on the road in less than 15 minutes!! Thank you guys so much! Definitely reccomend you to anyone in the area.
