Exceptional Service!! I give this repair shop a 5 star rating! Abby at the service desk is very knowledgeable and professional. Recently we took our sprinter to a Mercedes dealership and they quoted us thousands of dollars in repairs that were needed to be done to our sprinter. Ken and his crew found that the repairs were very simple to do and that the Mercedes dealership misdiagnosed our sprinter van issues. They made all the necessary repairs for a fraction of the cost saving us several thousand dollars $$$. Ken even went out of his way to make a service call to our house when we had an issue with our check engine light. What other repair shop would do that?? A Mercedes dealership?? No way!! They just want to drain your pockets! I would recommend going to this shop for your sprinter repair needs or you will be sorry. Thank You to Ken and crew at the Sprinter Shop for your superior service and dedication

Just WOW! It is rare to come across a shop that excels in ALL ASPECTS of their work! From customer service, to their texting technology (they use tekmetric so I received their inspection results, their concerns, a work authorization and invoice in one text), to their actual work and pricing --- Ken and his entire staff are the BEST! I would HIGHLY recommend for Sprinter Van or Sprinter Chassis work!!

Took my sprinter there and needed it done QUICK, as I am a painting contractor so everyday out of circulation is cutting into the schedule, well let s just say that had my front brakes, rotors , calibers, pads all brand new put back together by 3PM! I dropped it off at 11am. The owner use to work for Mercedes so your getting a REAL TECH that knows about your van (in & out) for a fraction of the price! Awesome company they will be doing all my work from now on!!Thank you so much guys!!!The only criticism I would have is the getting ahold of them by phone, I found it was faster to go to there website and email them personally from your personal email as they seem to get back to you quick that way. But overall a 9.8 outta 10! Thanks again!

Let me start out by saying this is a very caring and considerate shop. Hard to come by these days. 1) Abby (front desk) is so very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. She works well with insurance and cares deeply about the customers concerns. 2) Ken(owner and mechanic) has been more than helpful getting down to the issues of my vehicle. He even did more than what was asked. I was involved in a not at fault collision and he took me in when he was booked up and fixed my seatbelt as well as my tail pipe. He also offered up a great app to help me find overnight parking!! (I live in this sprinter full time for travel). We had a bit of a run in with getting parts in..although frustrated, I did not feel like I couldn t trust that they were doing everything they could to get the part in stock the next day. Ken even offered to host me and my van on the lot with heat and a plug in! I am extremely grateful for people like this!

We need more Sprinter Shops like this!My camper was running in limp mode because of an emissions valve issue. Ken made special arrangements to take care of it even though it was on the weekend outside of normal hours so that I could get back on the road.He has years (>decade) of expertise with Sprinter vans and knows how to get right to the issue. Super knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

I have a 2014 Mercedes sprinter van and the engine light came on so I called to make an appointment. The front office staff was kind and we made an apt for less than 2 days later. She asked us questions and made us feel very cared for. When we got there, the owner, Ken, was very kind and knowledgeable. Ken spent a lot of time talking to us about what s going on with our van and issues sprinters have. He showed us the part that was triggering the engine light to come on and showed us an example of what happens when they get stuck. He found out we were teachers and offered a discount. Not only did he inform us of why the light was coming on, he and his team figured out a squeak we had in the back (unrelated to the engine light being on and we didn t even ask him to fix it). He and his team fixed our squeak, aired up our tires, informed us of what was going on with the engine light, and offered recommendations of beautiful places to visit in the state. They also offer free water and dump for vanlifers! We didn t get everyone s names but they were all very welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable (and I m sure I ll learn all their names eventually because I plan to go back for my sprinter needs). I am grateful for a team that s honest about what s going on, knowledgeable about how to fix it, and caring towards humans. Also, love that they take care of the cats that came with the property:) We highly recommend them for anyone who has Mercedes sprinter!

The staff there was very helpful and kept me informed along the way during my vehicle repair. I am glad I found an honest sprinter repair shop. I recommend this place I will only be bringing my Sprinter van here.

This is a newer business and had few reviews but because of limited options in the Puget Sound area for Sprinters I decided to give them a try and very glad I did. I had an engine rattle noise at idle that Seattle Mercedes was unable to diagnose. These guys found a worn out alternator pulley which they replaced and fixed the rattle. They also found and fixed a transmission fluid leak where electrical wires enter. They took care of another minor leak that would have lead to a breakdown.My options are limited because most shops can t lift a RoadTrek due to water tanks underneath but they are set up to lift camper vans.Their fees seem very reasonable and are open on Saturday which made it convenient for me to pick up. Ken and Mike are very friendly and personable and willing to go out of their way to make things happen. I live in Seattle and will gladly drive the hour to Lakewood to get it done right at a reasonable price.A bonus is that I was invited into the back shop to see the leaks and get a walk-around to inspect the underside of Van (named for Van Morison). That has never happened at a dealership and as a DIY guy I appreciate seeing things for myself.And that is why they get my highest rating.Service: Engine repair

I finally found an exceptional Sprinter repair shop in the Puget Sound area that exceeded all my expectations. As a skeptic of a place with all 5-star reviews, I was hopeful but needed to be convinced. The Sprinter Shop not only resolved an issue that the dealership couldn't find but were honest and transparent throughout the process. They explained what needed to be done and gave me a detailed cost breakdown up front. (They even showed me what they had fixed after it was done.) Add mine to the list of 5-star reviews; I m a believer. If you re looking for a place to take your Sprinter, these guys will impress you.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance

The Sprinter Shop solved several issues on my 2014 Sprinter flatbed (cab chassis) that another shop (and myself) misdiagnosed. Although I brought my truck in to address an oil leak on the upper pan seal, Ken was able to identify the true culprit to be primarily a rear main seal, and fuel leak. Ken understood that I rely on this truck for work and went above and beyond to ensure it was at 100% when it left his facility. Mike (office guy) was super friendly and helpful with book appts, emailing invoices, and all the 'background' stuff that made working with the Sprinter Shop an easy experience. Kyle was the guy turning most wrenches on my repair, and he did a fantastic job. The full team is top notch and has my complete trust in making solid repairs at a fair price. The difference in the quality of work between Ken and the dealership is laughable. I was once quoted $3500 with a 6 week turnaround time at the dealer to fix a countdown issue which would have completely incapacitated the vehicle in 4 more engine starts. Ken fixed it in less time than it took me to walk across the street to buy 6 bagels. The cost? Those 6 bagels. 5 years later, it is still fixed and I haven't thought about it again.I have personally witnessed the head of MB service department begging Ken to help him diagnose issues. Ken doesn't just know things, he *understands* them. Ken and crew are good people, kind, helpful, and honest. The Sprinter Shop was a lifesaver for my 2004 Sprinter delivery van. They found the issue and had supplies on hand to fix it. Van is back in action with no leaks, earning me money. I was relieved to see four cats in the yard, knowing these fluffy employees would protect my van overnight. I also was impressed with organization and cleanliness of the shop and the yard. It's worth the drive to take it to a specialist - they can save you time and money, whereas other shops will get stuck on the common quirks of the Sprinter. Also, most shops in Portland are booked out for weeks - Ken and crew made it a priority to help me right away. Thank you.

The Sprinter Shop is a family run repair shop that only services MB Sprinter Vans. The owner, Ken, is MB trained a very knowledgeable about Sprinter Vans. Ken went out of his way to help me out with some service on a cross country trip. The shop was very friendly, accommodating and the cost for service was very fair. The Sprinter Shop is an excellent alternative to service at the dealer.

For years I had been using a local Mercedes dealer. Once I heard that Ken opened his own store, it was a very easy decision to follow him to his new shop. Ken's personal experience along with expertise with Sprinters is unrivaled. Aside from being a conscientious, honorable and caring owner, he is just plain GOOD at what he does. I urge all of you to give him a try. This type of service is rare these days. Try them out...easy access on/off freeway!

Ken and his crew KNOW SPRINTERS inside and out. My highly customized & lifted 2018 needed B Service and they did it for much less than the dealer would have done it. Plus they discovered a problem with the steering linkage related to my lift kit that the dealer didn't find during the A service. Probably because it was going to cost them Warranty money. A great experience. PLUS they delivered the vehicle to me after the job so I didn't have to come pick it up. Now THAT's service. I'm taking my Sprinter there from this point forward. Ken and his crew saved the day. My sprinter unexpectedly broke down on my way home for Christmas, and his shop happened to be just 15 miles from where I was stuck. He fit me in hours later on a holiday weekend and made time to thoroughly inspect and repair my van. He and his team are friendly, hard-working, experienced, and transparent. Can't explain how grateful I am that I found The Sprinter Shop. I don't know what I would have done otherwise. Easily a strong 5-star rating! This shop was a God-send. Ken is a Sprinter van doctor/wizard. We were traveling from Indiana with our dogs and our sprinter van broke down in Olympia Washington. We got it towed to a local mechanic who couldn t figure it out. Several other local shops also could not fit us in or said they couldn t either work on diesel or couldn t work on Mercedes. Then both Mercedes dealerships in Seattle and Tacoma were extremely difficult to work with. We called multiple times, left voicemails that were left unanswered, and when we finally got ahold of someone they said they were booked out for weeks-months and would not fit us in. But the cherry on top was they said it was against policy to give other recommendations when asked if anyone else nearby could work on sprinters to help us out. We found the Sprinter Shop online and spoke to Ken who immediately fit us in that day. He asked us a very thorough history about the vehicle instead of jumping to conclusions about what the problem was, unlike the Mercedes sales rep who said it sounded like a faulty EGR valve (spoiler alert: it wasn t the EGR valve). We had it towed to his shop and not even 15 minutes into it, he told us it was our alternator (mechanic in Olympia said alternator looked fine). Ken had it up and running by the end of the day. He also corrected misinformation that was given to us by previous mechanics. We stayed an additional night so that he could fix a leaking DEF line (previous mechanic in Indiana thought our DEF system was deleted.. it s not). Ken and Mike were so accommodating during our time with them and I can t thank them enough for helping us in a pinch so that we could get home safely. I can t emphasize enough how much I would highly recommend them!

The best Mercedes Sprinter shop!!!!!! Honest people. Shop is run by a former shop formen at Mercedes. Very knowledgeable in Old and New Sprinters. God blessed me to know this people. Reasonably price. God bless you.
